What is it hardware or software that limits the capacity for the external sd card in the Note 3's to 64gb ? And is there anyway to change that to 128gb or more ?

There isn't a MicroSD slot so the only way to add extra storage so far is to use a USB on the go cable with a MicroSD reader and MicroSD or thumbdrive/external HDD.
If you're talking about replacing the internal memory chip with a 32 GB chip, its damn near impossible.

I use a 64gb SD card but I read the other day that you can use 128gb but not 100% they will work
I put a 128 GB SD card in my s4 and seems to be working fine. Is it suppose to be able to handle that big of a card ? If not, what problems can it cause ?
