Galaxy note calls not working

hey guys
well the problem is that i can no longer recieve or make calls from my galaxy note...
was working till this afternoon had it in the car.. my daugher watching videos on youtube... then just started breaking.. and from that moment.. NOT WORKING...
dont know what to do anymore... flashed the original italian rom everything stock and the problem is still the same.....
everything works...wifi...bluetooth....ecc... just data stuffs.. no calls ... non sms...etc
when i try making a call i get a message MOBILE NEWTORK NOT AVAILABLE
in NETWORK OPERATORS it finds all the various networks... ie.. vodafone.. TIM...3 ITA... AND I WIND (my operator) when i click on IWIND says unable to connect. try later....
PLEASE HELP.. NEED MY FONE FOR WORK TOMORROW
ok so tried to swith network mode to gms only.. that did not resolve
put a vodafone sim in the note and the same error....

Do you have installed a third party contacts or dialer application?and a custom kernel ?.

No i dont. Like i said i flashed my rom to stock.
However internet works using my sim. Just no calls or sms

unfortunatly no.... nothing yet
was hoping that some guru here might be able to help out...
if i am not able to get help will send to samsung repairs....problem is i dont the receipt so have to pay.....and its not in my plans to get another fone :crying: trying to hold out for the note2

I deleted the file nv_data.bin and it works!
IMEI is changed..

I faced similar problems couple of times. Antenna used to show full bar, but when I try to make a call it used to show 'No Network Signal ' error.
I tried removing the battery, sim, but nothing worked.
When I switched of the data network , I was able to make calls. This happened to me in on one of the earlier GB rom. Not able to reproduce the bug.

[Q] NQ stuck in "Setting up network" mode

Hi guys,
I used my NQ last week, was working fine. My ADSL modem had to restart yesterday (update of the config by the ISP). Tried to replug and use my NQ again today, with no luck.
I tried palm reset, but the NQ is stuck in the "setting up network" mode. As it is said on the NQ app, plus quick blue led circle on the Q.
Any help appreciated? Not sure what to do to regain access to my beloved music.
Am kind of a newbie, NQ-wise. Tell me if you guys need more info.

have you tried clearing data in the app? it sometimes remembers passwords and such for you and if you have changed things it might be remembering old information.

Yeah - tried, but no difference. I noticed that I had to do a Bluetooth pairing when I started originally. And didnt have to do it here, even when I cleared the app cache. Would it make a difference ? (Can't try now, am not close to my Nexus Q for a few days)
Any other idea I should look for ?

anyone bought Lenovo S898t?
i have a prob with data.. im using 2 sim.. 1. umobile 2.celcom.. already set apn setting. but right now.. i cant even make data connection with my umobile and keep geeting roaming and for my celcom..should be H but i got E only.. is there any prob with my sim or phone.. anyone face the same problem?
just bought it yesterday.

i have the same problem only i get one more problem. I am connected at wifi connection and i cant open google or any site, i cant connect to playstore or anything that includes internet. Sometimes a window pops up saying that i should connect to an other wifi because the signal is week but this cant be because im next to the rooter and with my note 3 everything works fine...

after 3 days using it, go back to the shop.. and then he said, cannot support 3g. LOL.

Wifi won't connect to open network. Connecting, then saved.

I tried searching this fourm, online, and no results after countless hours.
This is my problem. At work there is one big open network with a lot of extenders everywhere. When I got my new phone phone from BB when I broke my screen I tried to connect to it and it says " Connecting...." for a few seconds then automatically goes to "Saved".
I tried the obvious, forgetting network, rebooting phone, restoring to factory, updating firmware, nothing has worked so far. It always goes from connecting to saved. Every other device has worked flawlessly besides this phone
My last few phones have had no problem connecting. I do not have the authority to reboot the whole system, change frequently, add a pw, basically I'm only allowed to connect.
Wondering if anyone has experienced this problem, and might have any ideas or solutions. This is the only network that has ever gave me a problem.

if i'm not wrong you need to reflash stock rom because your kernel is broken i get this problem with a galaxy s2 after that all working great

Funny thing... I just got a brand new galaxy note 3 and it does the same thing... Making me think something with this Wifi setup and the galaxy family phones are not getting along. I'll try and see if I can talk to the Web tech and see if he can tweet something to get it to work.

Just got this phone for 2 days. I am unable to download apps from the Google store using WIFI, download froze on "downloading".
I tried factoring resetting twice but still not working. When using cellular network apps downloading is no problem.
Anyone has any idea how to solve it or is experiencing the same?
PS. Same threads suggest disabling IPV6 but that too didnt work.

i have no problems downloading in wifi,might be problem with your wifi network provider
chk with vpn like tunnelbear or different wifi network

Try another wifi for testing.someone mentioned low downloading speed from play store using WiFi .but I don't have any issue regarding this

Clear data in appps for play store

Facing same problem.

any solutions? i just got the phone and updated to November release yesterday, install on play store worked ok over wifi, today doesn't work tried clear cache etc. no luck...

same issue , but wifi network works : i just downloaded the oreo update and all other updates.

Same problem on oreo february on other wifi networks i can download from play store but in one i can't, on other phones it isn't this problem on same network, what to do?

Flash custom 8.1 with opengapps and leave the crap stock roms
Btw: never had this issue on stock beta January,February and March.

did you try rebooting your phone? i just got that bag, until tonight i have never faced this problem, but few minutes ago i was trying to update some apps and the speed was so slow it was annoying. but simple reboot solved it.
