I've ported the MIUICamera to xiaomi's 4.1.1 AOSP some time ago and now it works with CM-10.2 and CM-11.0 too.

I'm missng HDR fuction in the standard camera app.

Hey M1cha, is it possible to port the new miui camera from Wajk's WIUI 4.4.4 rom to CM11? I have the impression the focus is a lot faster, quality is better, flash works more accurate and there is less banding while shooting video.

I got it!
So:
MIUI camera doesn't work with cm11(art) but only works with CM11 (dalvik)
It works also with WIUI v6 if you install it manually by replacing original poor app!

It works in new ivan's 5.0 rom.

It's camera work in ART? Or only New 5.0 ART?

I am more interested in the cb version. Has anyone flashed it to give feedback?
Does the lower DPI actually work or the same issue with other CB builds that mess the notification panel and the quick tiles?

Yes, lower DPI has the same issue

with right twrp and full wipe you should not nave problem. obviously make a nandroid bck

My internet is very slow, so I'm waiting for @Barnir to prepare and upload the ROM with fixed issue, or may be I can upload and wait almost 5 hours, and sometimes androidfilehost.com fails when uploading.

Sorry, xiaomi.eu repositorie from your language has some files that not own for proper repository, has en_rGB strings.
So I can't add your language because of this. Is not pure. Ask to github manager for your language, ask him for erase those strings.

hello i got the camera working on the 5s plus by following this guide on page 34 look for the link by paranoia thank you so much for the https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-5s/help/cm-to-support-mi5s-t3498417/page34 to get sound working i reflashed miui rooted it then copied the mixer paths all three of them to my storage then flashed lineage os copied all the mixer paths from miui into the system etc folder and now have fully functioning lineage os on the mi 5s plus

For j200h there are an lineage os rom with android nougat. I dont see the need for it.
