I recently got the galaxy core prime from my brother its in good condition but the first thing i did was get kingroot on it it rooted succesfully but when i turned the phone off to charge then turned it back on it suddenly came up with the block by FRP and kernel fail i need help finding the serial number because it does not show that or an imei i have kies 3 ready but i need to find the serial number i dont have the original box or am i able to get into the settings on the phone due to the bootloop
Lo único que puedes hacer es descargar una ROM desde SANMOBILE y istalarlo por medio de la PC con método ODIN !!! Eso funciona ! El mio tenia lo mismo y lo arreglé

I thought there was a fix for this already some where in the forums. I have done this and luckily I was in my return window, so I just returned it.
APX mode is a low level connection with the Tegras. In the past, we've been able to use NVFlash to push files to devices. The N7 doesn't get too messy with APX mode since the bootloader is easily unlocked. I would keep digging in the forums though, I'm pretty sure that after I had returned mine, there were a few other similar cases and solutions.
I'm not sure the outcome of those solutions though. Travis seems to have been around the block a few times (you whore! ) so there may not be a method yet.

Doing the reading for you, I've found no answer to the problem. There is definitely some good reading and stuff you can try there to see if you can't revive it. At this point it looks as though ASUS repair needs to get involved as they have been replacing the motherboards in these type cases.
NVFlash is what you need. Now a few weeks ago that was still not available for the N7. however things move fast on these devices so hopefully it is available now or real soon. Good luck!
Creo que puedes instalar uno de los "toolkits" que hay por el foro de android development. "Nexus Tool Kit" y sigues las direcciones. O si no entiendes el ingles tanto, instalas el tool kit, y desupes, escoge el numbero 6 "Flash Bootloader" o si queres empezar de nuevo, selecciona el numero 9 para devolver en nexus a factory settings y nuevocito. Espero que esto te ayude.

Lo que pasa es que no reconoce la tablet ya que perdió el bootloader, de hecho lo perdió con un corte de luz mientras flash con Nexus Root Toolkit, ya probé también con Nexus 7 Toolkit ninguno de los dos reconoce la tablet ya que requieren que a lo menos la tablet inicie en bootloader.

Wow, que mala suerte!! Tal vez les puedes decir que mientras hacias una actualizacion, se corto la luz y todo se quebro. Lo siento mucho.
I did the same to my Nexus 7, I deleted the bootloader. One of the links above is to my thread about it.
There is no fix available. You must send it to ASUS for repair.
I contacted them and I said "On my tablet was a notification for an update so I plugged it to the computer via USB and let it update overnight. In the morning it was dead."
ASUS collected my tablet and it was fixed in two or three weeks. This was in Europe, maybe it will be longer in Chile.

It all started when I wanted to have root, then I came out a system update and upgrade the mobile was in loop turned off and entered the recovery went off and returned to recovery, without knowing that I do I clean everything, system , data , storage internal everything, I have the phone in s -on and boot loader closed can not go into recovery I get re- locked closed it to try to install the os , and above all in recovery mode told me he had no operating system installed I'm desperate not to buy the phone less than one month ago and tried everything and am not able to install any operating system or may not know how.

1) hold power button + volume down button for 2 minutes.
2) If above method doesn't work
Try holding the power button and volume down buttons down,
while holding the proximity sensor directly under a very bright light.( I AM NOT TROLLING)
Note: It happened with me yesterday, and I don't know which of the above method worked but me and my phone got back to life

I have HTC desire 820 . on 4 Jan 2016 my phone warranty expired and on 10 Jan 2016 I was using my phone normally . I was in market at 6 pm my phone battery decreased to 5% when I put my phone to my pocket then approx 9 o'clock I was in my room then I took out my phone to my pocket I saw my phone was switched off then I think it was due to battery discharge . when I plug my phone to charger it was not taking charging only my indicator light is continuaslly blinking . and phone was not starting now . when I visit HTC service center they told me that your phone mother board replaced at the cost of 9000 indian rupees . i don't what happen to my phone . I always using my phone very safely . really sad . plz help me if any one can I really thankfull to him.. Thanks

Charge your mobile for a day. Plug your device via USB on your Computer and if you hear some sound then there is a possibility of fixing your phone. I am talking about the sound which is heard when you insert a pendrive or any hardware via usb. If you hear it, follow my instructions given above.

Estoy preocupadísimo, mi cell J7 PRime tiene un problema de imei pero lo reparaba con z3x En Nougat 7.0 con Supersu. El Problema ahora es que actualizé a Oreo 8.1 y Lo rootie con Magisk Pero Resulta que no Tengo señal Por el problema de Imei. Intente volver a Nougat pero me dice esto Siempre SW REV. CHECK FAIL. DEVICE:3. BINARY:2. Y ya Vi tu respuesta. Solo Quiero Saber si Puedo Rootear 8.1 Con Supersu. Asi Z3x Puede Acceder a la raíz y Repararme la señal. Gracias de antemano!
