Does anyone know if it is possible to downgrade back to 5.1.1 bootloader after flashing the 6.0.1 one?
With the Note 3 I lost the imei and baseband etc trying to downgrade certain bits, so I don't want the hassle if that is going to be the case with 6.0.1 and 5.1.1.
i tried flashing also 6.0.1 and ended bricking my phone. would love to see if you find a solution for that.

Can you still get into download mode?
When I put bobcat rom on mine I didn't change the bootloader to the older one, I was stuck on the s6 edge+ bootscreen, I have to plug USB into pc and then hold the power+home+vol down for a few seconds and that rebooted into download mode where I managed to flash the correct bootloader. You can also then restart the phone and use power+home+vol up to get into recovery to restore a back up. Not sure why I had to plug in USB cable though but if I didn't I couldn't reboot at all and was stuck on the bootscreen.
hi yes i can go in download mode and i can go in twrp. but flashing a new rom always fails for me. stock firmwares as well. can u attach me ur bootloader plz so i can try it?

My S3 Neo I9300I ran stock 4.4.4 KitKat with TWRP 2.7.1 and I tried to install a custom Lollipop rom which did not work so I had to reflash the stock firmware.
After reflashing the firmware with Odin, everything was fine except that the Wifi option was greyed out and unresponsive so I coudn't connect to Wifi. I tried many of the options specified on threads related to this particular issue but to no avail.
Second time I tried to reflash the firmware with Odin, Odin showed "PASS" after which I unplugged the phone and found out that it didn't boot at all, even into Download Mode. No key combos etc worked.
After some Googling, I found out that writing a debrick file to an SD card and inserting it into the phone could get the phone into a bootloop while booting normally and into Download Mode while holding VOL DOWN+POWER+HOME. Without the SD card though, the phone was completely unusable as above.
I then tried flashing the firmware and TWRP again with Odin but still the phone won't boot at all, and inserting the debrick SD card could only get it into Download mode.
Would flashing a firmware from a different region help? Or have I ruined the bootloader? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Does this also work when it broke down by "installing" xposed framework?
i also got the problem that no matter how i try to boot in recovery mode it freezes on the samsung logo (with model number below), then fades to some strange static green, so deinstalling the framework might be kinda problematic
Hello,
What is your actually version android ( 5.1.1 lollipop or 6.0.1 Mashsmallows ) ?
so if Android Mashmallows 6.0.1 , download the files firmwares mashmallows 6.0.1 .
Next you need to use odin in computer to put the file .tar.md5 in Odin and plug you devise with USB cable , and press power + home + volume - in mode download.
And in Odin you start to flash.
Sorry for my bad english.
Today I was looking to install the lastest BP for the N910F wich is here: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=26346&sort_by=date&sort_dir=DESC
And after flashing it throug Odin with the phone in Download Mode and the Samsung Drivers installed, when the phone boots up it still with the old Bootloader
Maybe the problems is because of the way I'm trying to install or idk...

Hey, so I wanted to install TWRP on my S8, I have flashed it via odin, and I have experienced a bootloop - I think no worries, I'll try to flash stock firmware - Well...
I did try so - apparently bootloader was "newer?" so I skipped BL section in odin, I did the rest - it flashed BOOT, and then failed at next stage...
Now my s8 won't boot even into download mode - and it says:
"An error has occured while updating the device software.
Use the emergency recovery function in the smart switch PC software" Thing is - the smart switch software doesn't recognise my device.
Am I hardbricked out of my S8 - or is there still hope?
Thank you very much in advance!
EDIT: nevermind, I CAN boot into download mode, I just wasn't quick enough to boot into it, my bad.
I am downloading a new stock firmware and I'll see if this one works.

As far as I remember it was g950f
Hey, so I have managed to fix the bootloop via just downloading a newer stock firmware for international model (g950f) and flashing that through odin - seeing as the phone now booted up I decided to bite the bullet again and downloaded latest twrp again - flashed it and this time it worked 100%, flashed magisk and now I am rooted, I guess that was a false alarm, but I got into a quite a panic mode when the previous stock firmware wouldn't flash.
It's solved now, so cheers!
I believe we all know here how hard flashing Nokia 6 phones are... they are unbelievably a PITA.
I have a TA-1025 Nokia 6, 7.1.1 Nougat. I have been trying to fix it for 3 days now with no success. Originally tried to reflash stock boot image at first with little success so I could flash Magisk. Ended up wiping out entire System partition and trying to reflash, getting nowhere. I then flashed a B02_Homebrew.zip which ended up with stock recovery and no root at all (and no ability to flash magisk despite having unlocked bootloader. great.) Downgraded bootloader again and am now stuck and unsure how to proceed.
Note I CANNOT get QFil to work without EDL mode, which requires me to tear my phone apart.
Any suggestions? Does anyone have any certified knowledge of how to fix and reflash stock Nokia 6? I don't want to take it to a dealer because they will update it and make it unrootable (and probably won't be able to even touch it since bootloader is unlocked.)
ATM, all I can boot to is TWRP recovery or Download Mode.
Help?

just download the Full OTA update in the thread section.
must downgrade first ur recovery to nougat then install update via recovery.
You can use TA-1021.
If you want Nougat Ver. then use Nokia OST.

It shows up as a QualComm COMM port device. But before you get your hopes up, every time I have tried to flash it, it says "Failed to switch to EDL mode" :-/.
