I've tried on my incredible and a computer and I can get half way through the upgrade process then it says that there is an error to call verizon. Now when I do the dx or the droid 2 it goes fine. Anyone else have this?

thats because the ordering system with this phone is having technical difficulties, ordering on-phone will still ensure the internet price...
i wanted to see what accessories and prices where with it, wasnt going to order yet, will visit a store first to check it out in person. i never order sight unseen, have to play with it first

I was having the same problem. My theory is that Verizon was experiencing a system overload. I just kept trying, and finally got through the online order process at 11:30 this morning. I also ordered a pack of screen protectors, the windshield mount, and the desktop charging cradle.
I wasn't going to order it just yet I wanted to see the accessories first. Even when I went to the accessories page for the fascinate it came up bad page.

most likely if u order online or by call, ull get the overnight shipping option for free, and yes it should be there by sat 3pm. You can alway ask when ordering or chat with them while ordering.

I find this generally depends on your UPS hub and/or delivery man. Basically every package is "supposed" to be signed for, but often times they don't care. I actually have a very hard time even catching my delivery guy before he's driving off. He literally sets the package down, rings the doorbell, and immediately heads for the truck.

Yea it does really depend on your delivery guy, I've got an enclosed porch so he just puts stuff inside. I'm sure if you had an apartment or something you'd have to sign.

I logged into UPS and changed mine to hold for me at the local hub. They dont open until 2, but atleast i know what time i can pick it up.

I tried doing that as well, but it says that I have to contact the sender because they are the ones that have to make the change to hold it at the hub.
Sometimes they just leave it at the apartment office, and sometimes they don't. If they don't, you can take the little paper they leave and call to have them leave it at the hub to pick up later.
If you have a UPS account you can remove the Shipment Authorization (signature requirement) from the delivery. OR. Change the address to where you want delivered, have them deliver to a UPS location and then you pick it up or hold it at one of the main hubs.
I just did it for my nexus. Gonna pick it up after class tomorrow at the UPS retail location.

I know I don't and if I had to I just leave a paper saying it's ok to leave it near blah blah bush or something where no one will see it.
Put a line sign it saying they can leave it with the tracking ID
Technology item with price over $200 would definitely require signature.

Why don't you just post your address here? Somebody will take care of it for you. =T
If you don't want it stolen, you can call UPS and have it delivered to your work address instead. Or, have them hold it so you can pick it up at their service center.
I called ups earlier to see if a signature was needed for this package and if so to change it. The guy told me it didn't require a signature after confirming the tracking #.

Hi everyone,
I know a few things about UPS, I've worked there over 25 years now. About signature being required, the driver will not normally need a signature for this if you live in an area where you normally wouldn't. If you look at the first part of the tracking number, here's mine 1Z7F382V02, the Z7F382 is the account number for the shipper and the 02 refers to the service level. These are shipped standard two day air, no signature required for house delivery. The final decision is with the driver though. I hope this helps a bit.

I just called UPS about my package from Google Play, and they did say that the sender requires a signature. It could just be my package, but I have the Nexus 7 16GB on its way with a V02 code.
UPS is showing mine as delivered and signed. I haven't even left work yet. Awesome job, UPS guy. Hope it's still there in an hour.

I ordered mine on Saturday when it became available. I called Moto and they said it's built. Just waiting on FedEx to pick it up. So, hopefully today or tomorrow they'll give me the tracking number. Standard shipping was $6 but 2 day shipping was free.

No shipping notice yet. I suspect it will take the whole 4-6 weeks.
I have one in the kitchen and one in the computer room. I listen to music. A lot of music. The simultaneous music playing feature is great.
I don't use the Google Assistant. I only installed the app to set up the Google homes and then I uninstalled it. Google home is also good for cooking timers, weather, and news. You can have GH tell you jokes too which is kinda fun.

How did you get the simultaneous music working? I was trying to do that so the music would play from my phone, Google Home and my tv via a nexus player
You need to set up a group through the mobile app. Then when you want to play music on the group, just say "hey Google, play smooth jazz radio on <group name>"

Got that email, too. Not sure what "coming weeks" means exactly, but it's nice to know they're still thinking of me.
I've only gotten the approval email.
I also just got in under the wire and got approved for getting the 49" HDTV. Got the approval last night.
Mine says shipped. Says shipped on the 21st of April. No email though, just checked the portal.

All I sent in was the phone itself. Made sure to factory reset it before hand. Got my confirmation email a while ago confirming trade in was successful and all is good.
same here factory reset, sent in only device, took 2-3 weeks for successful trade-in email to arrive.

how long did it take to get a confirmation?
It took about 2-3 weeks to get confirmation. But I ordered my phone from day 1. The process may be faster now that the phone has been out for a few months.
Sent in just the phones in their original boxes. An S8 active and a Pixel 3XL. Received confirmation and approval within a couple days. Maybe 3 or 4 days, maybe because i sent the original boxes, maybe i just got lucky...
2 to 3 weeks which went smoothly.
They received it on the 8th and this was why I'm asking. I also sent mine back in it's original box as well. Still waiting for them to confirm.
