Linking Facebook friends to contacts in my phone?

How do i link my friends on facebook to the contacts in my phone? I saw it in an x10 video where when they press the infinity button timescape show the contact's twitter, facebook, and email accounts. how do i do this?

or failing that you could just click on the "link contact" button in the contacts entry on your phonebook?!

choosing contacts when sending text messages

Hey guys!
Got my legend yesterday and wanted to know something..
I linked some contacts with facebook and i´m connected with facebook.. now, when i wanna choose a contact to whom i wanna send a message it shows me every facebook contact i have and the people who are linked with facebook have 3-4 entries( FB email, email i added, their mobile number from FB and the number i added)
Thats pretty annoying if everyone has 4 entries.. so is it possible to only show the entries i added to my contacts without the facebook stuff?
Hope you guys understand what i mean

Contact/menu/view you can choose by list which contact i want to use.

Droid X Twitter Issue

I have a Facebook and a twitter account, among others, added in "my accounts" and Facebook is the default source for pictures (this works fine).
I have several friends who have Facebook and twitter accounts, some of whom were already in my phone. I know the easy way to deal with this is to link the contacts, but the problem I have is this: if I link a twitter contact and a Facebook contact, the entry in my contact list shows the twitter name instead of the Facebook and/or already listed in my contacts with their name, number, and e-mail.. This seems odd since most of the time people's real names are on Facebook, or at least much more so than twitter. Even more odd is that the picture associated with the contact is still the Facebook picture since I set Facebook as the picture source.
This does not occur with all of my contacts that I try to sync with Twitter either, it's only a select few.
Example:
Google Sync Name: John Doe
Facebook Name: John Doe
Twitter Name: johndoe
Is there any way I can change the order of precedence so that contacts display facebook names?
P.S. I hate the way syncing has been done with the Droid X. I don't want all of my Facebook contacts in my Dialers contact list.

You and I are in the same boat with this frustration. I just removed my twitter and facebook from" my accounts" and just installed the official twitter and facebook apps.

Yea, it's pretty frustrating. I see no pattern either of why it chooses to do this to some contacts and not others.

Contact Pictures

I like how you link contacts on this phone and love that I can have 1 contact have their twitter, facebook, and my gmail contact info all linked and synced. Marking the appropriate one as default makes the contact's name appear how I want it but I can't figure out how to pick which picture shows up for the contact. If the gmail contact has a picture associated I can remove it but I can't choose between facebook or twitter per contact.
any ideas?

One particular example is a friend who has a google account, facebook, and twitter account Linked.
The Google account and the Facebook account both have profile pictures, yet it uses the default Twitter picture. How do I pick which one is used?

Is there anyway to synchronize Twitter contacts?

I want to synchronize Twitter contacts with my phone but i can't find anyway. I enabled Sync address book contacts option in Twitter app but they're still now showing.
