Currently Samsung has stated that EU/NA markets will get only 32GB built-in memory models.
Korea and perhaps some other Asian markets will get 64GB - at some point in time.
Currently no official information (as of 25/2/2016) is available from Samsung on:
- 64GB model release dates/countries
- 64GB model supported 3G/UMTS/LTE network frequencies (bands)
Previously one could buy for example 128GB special model of Note5 from Korea. However this model would NOT include support for all US/EU network frequencies.
So, if you know of 64GB model information, release dates, prices, countries or frequency support, please post here.

With all the gear VR stuff and game being almost 1 gb nowadays. I am really compelled to get the 64Gb variant. Cant find much online. Any sites you can buy them from? All seem to be coming soon.
Why do you need a 64gb version at all? I have the 32gb european model, a 128gb micro sd partitioned 50/50 and formatted fat32/ext2. Then I rooted my handset and use Link2Sd Paid and every App (Data and Obb files too) are transfered to the ext2... I have over 500 apps on handset, lots of which are 2gb games and my internal storage still has over 20gb free... Job Done [emoji39]

Cause if you use 2 sim cards, 32GB is not enough.

Samsung galaxy tab coming to sprint nov. 14 hopefully with 4G
http://androidapproved.com/item/sprint-galaxy-tab-coming-november-14th/
Yea, too bad the CDMA Sprint version only has 2GB of internal memory where the GSM unlocked version has 16GB or 32GB internal. So stupid... Wonder if the at&t version will have 16GB or 32GB.. oh wait, they only support the iPhone... The at&t version will be lucky to even have a front facing camera! I think there is an unlocked US version thou with at&t 3g SPECS..?
I might be wrong because one never can tell what's going on in Yankee techno waters, but there are two kinds of internal storage - built-in nand (2gb) and built-in sd (16 or 32). All tabs will have the 2gb as well as either 16 or 32 of flash.

I think you are right.
I've given up waiting for a WiFi Galaxy Tab to be available and want to get one before Christmas. I don't plan on signing up for a data plan andjust want the device. Which carrier should I get if from?
I think all of them have /some/ bits and pieces, Verizon being the worst as always.
But nothing rooting/root explorer/titanium backup and ADW.Launcher shouldn't be able to work around to get a 'clean' looking setup.
Thanks. So should I get the cheapest on offer or is there anything else I should look out for?
I'd say T-Mobile and Sprint are the best.
Keep in mind that T-mobile and ATT have 16gb internal memory where as Sprint and Verizon oniy have 2 GB.
ATT and Verizon have pay as you go type plans that can be stopped and started at any time.
ATT is the only version that can be currently flashed with the European firmware which allows voice calling and 3g data in the US. (This also removes any restrictions and bloatware.)
With all those data points in mind, I plan to go with ATT.

But the Sprint Tab comes with a 16GB memory card according to the site.
I believe they all come with a 16gb card. Att and t-mobile also have another 16gb internal, were sprint and verizon only have 2gb internal.

That's incorrect...those with the 16gb internal memory, DON'T INCLUDE a 16gb microSD.
Here's the difference:
Take a look at the memory specs for each:
AT&T: 512MB (ROM) + 512MB (RAM) + 128MB (One D-RAM) + 2GB (User Memory) + 16GB (Internal Memory) + Up to 32GB with optional microSD card (External Memory)
Sprint: 512MB(ROM) + 512MB(RAM) + 128MB(One D-RAM) + 2GB (User Memory) + 16GB microSD card preinstalled (supports up to 32GB microSD card)
T-Mobile: 512MB(ROM) + 512MB(RAM) + 128MB(One D-RAM) + 16GB (Internal User Memory) + (supports up to 32GB microSD)
U.S. Cellular: 512MB(ROM) + 512MB(RAM) + 128MB(One D-RAM) + 2GB (User Memory) + 16GB microSD card preinstalled (supports up to 32GB microSD card)
Verizon: 512MB(ROM) + 592MB(RAM) + 128MB(One D-RAM) + 2GB (User Memory) + 16GB microSD card preinstalled (supports up to 32GB microSD card)

Not everyone cares for using a 7 inch device as a cell phone. I already have a cell phone that does that and quite well.
Wish they'd just come out with a wifi only version.
Forgive My Brevity. To Be Or Not To Be...
Guess i believed wrong . I would still go with the at&t version or t-mobile for the internal 16gb + optional 32gb microsd card.
Does anyone know a reliable source anywhere I can buy the 64GB or even 32GB version of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 with both 3G and WiFi? (I've recently been scammed by a company in China offering a 64GB version)
As far as I know, the 64GB in either Wi-Fi or 3G doesn't exist yet. UK resellers just started to receive the 32GB 3G model on Friday (9/30). The arrival date for the 64GB model is supposed to be mid-October. Both have been delayed repeatedly. My 32GB 3G is supposed to be delivered on Wednesday.

32GB 3G is available in Singapore for past 2 weeks .. I'm waiting for the 64GB if it ever comes.
This flash memory is installed to the board, isn't it? Maybe the flash storage can be changed by opening the device?

I got mine from a B2B reseller that doesn't sell to the public through a work connection. Clove is supposed to get their first shipment in this Friday and they're easy to deal with for U.S. shipments. It's 500 GBP delivered via DHL 2-day.

They both do/will. The Wi-Fi version of the 32GB has been available since launch. The 64GB hasn't been available in either 3G or Wi-Fi. The 3G 32GB is rolling out in the UK this week and the 64GB in both Wi-Fi and 3G is supposedly going to be available in "mid-October." T-Mobile U.S. is releasing a 16GB version that runs on their AWS HSPA+ network on 10/26. I don't know if it'll support AT&T's bands and off-contract it probably won't be any cheaper than importing an unlocked one from the UK. And as those using a VZW Tab have seen, being dependent on a carrier for updates sucks. All of this info is for the EU/UK where Samsung sells direct to consumer. Who knows what their plans are for the U.S. Additionally, Samsung won't sell unlocked 3G/4G devices in the U.S. because of their relationships with the U.S. carriers.

P.S. - Someone's posted different availibility in Singapore. That doesn't do the rest of the world any good as it's impossible to export one from there.

Yes they do, I have had my 32gb 3G tab 10.1 for 2 months now here in South Africa.
On my second tab, as after a month I had the dreaded newton rings which Samsung promptly exchanged and gave me a new one.
Singapore just released the 3G version of the 64GB yesterday .. snag myself a set !
I have the SM-G900H (Exynos) version and find my SD card unmounting and generally having problems.
Sometimes the card shows as empty w/ ES File Explorer
Sometimes it just spins in ES File Explorer
Sometimes Application Settings crashes.
Almost every time I put the card back into my PC it says that it needs to "Scan and Correct Errors."
This is my 3rd S5 (AT&T & T-Mobile versions) and didn't see this with the SnapDragon versions.
It failed with the SanDisck 64GB Extreme so I went out and bought the 64GB SanDisk Extreme plus. The problem occurs with both UHS-I cards (for me).
Interestingly, an old 8GB microSD card (not SDXC) works fine with this phone and has never had an issue.
Could it be a octacore problem or maybe I just have a bad card reader in this unit?
WHICH SD CARD ARE YOU USING IN YOUR G900H (Exynos) PHONE? And are you rooted or not?
Mine is rooted and with PlilZ recovery, same situation with a 32Gb Extreme, not with an Ultra same capacity, with Extreme is the same as yours.

WOW! So, maybe there is a bug with the OS? Does Samsung know about this?
>> Yours is also the G900H?
The problem for me with the Ultra (in the G900A and G900T) was that I couldn't shoot videos or use the 'Shots and More' mode because it would say that the memory was too slow and that it was switching over to the main storage. A single photo was fine but not something that needed more speed.
Samsung India (online support) - no known issue
I just finished with an online support chat with Samsung support in India and the guy that I chatted with said there is no known compatibility issue for my phone (SM-G900H) and the SanDisk Extreme. He recommends that I bring it into the support center.
Maybe someone else with a SM-G900H can confirm that a SanDisk Extreme microSDXC is working in their phone?
Yes, mine is a SM-G900H.

Thanks for your response but I was asking about the octacore (Exynos) G900H version.
The Korean G900L version is still a quadcore Snapdragon processor and that one worked fine for me as well with the SanDisk Extreme line of memory cards. I knew right away because the Exynos doesn't have LTE ASFAIK.
Still no one has tried these memory cards with the octacore G900H?

It is good to know that the slower 'Ultra' and 'Ultra Plus' work with the 900H but I still haven't heard of anyone who can confirm that the faster 'Extreme' and 'Extreme Plus' are working with the 900H.
I did return mine and another one went into the mail today so I'll hopefully know by Wednesday if the 'Extreme Plus' is working with the 900H.
I can confirm that the 64GB SanDisk Extreme does work with the 900A Snapdragon version.

Yes, I use my my 900H with AT&T.
No, the Exynos does not have LTE -- HSPDA+ is the best but it works.

Are you in the US or Canada? I ask because I read the only the 16gb/2gb model is coming to North America. Also, the phone won't even be released until Sept. 15. on Amazon.
There is a 8gb/1gb international model. It probably won't have NA LTE bands.
You got snubbed. Only the North American version has 16 and 2.
I have 16gb and 2gb memory. Moto G Play (XT1607) This one from Europe CE0168 / United States of America FCC ID: IHDT56VD6 Weird that this phone have two countries.
