Phone shuts off when battery reaches 6% - X Play Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all,
Is there another way to recalibrate the battery stats beside a full charge from 0 to full while phone is off, because I've done this twice now and the phone still shuts off at around 6%. I'm not rooted yet, but if necessary to fix this I will root. I've also tried to wipe cache in recovery, but I can't even start stock recovery. I boot in the bootloader and when I select start recovery, I get "No command".
My phone is completely stock with the bootloader still locked and the 6.0 update installed.
Thanks

I'm on stock MM and rooted. My phone shuts off at 5%. No idea what causes this

[Q] 5.1 Update killed my N4.Boots/Works only when Plugged In,else Turns Off

N4 boots only with external power. On Battery it Turns Off. At first, it only happened if there was a SIM card inserted. The Battery never had any issue before this update. Any idea what could cause this issue? Did the 5.1 Update fry my precious phone? It did get really Hot.
Phone Details:
Nexus 4
Unlocked bootloader, Not Rooted, Stock
Installed factory image of Android 5.0
Sideloaded 5.0.1 using adb
Installed 5.1 using OTA with 750MB free space.
Solutions Tried:
1) Factory Reset in 5.1
2) Flashed factory image of 5.0.1 successfully
3 )Safe Mode
4) Wipe& Clear Cache/Factory Reset
5) Upgrading to 5.1 OTA using adb sideload cmd
Update: Also Tried the following using NRT
6) Re-locking Bootloader (OEM Lock)
7) Downgrading to 4.2.2 (JDQ39)
8) Upgrading to 4.4.4 (KTU84P)
9) Unlocked Root and installed TWRP
10) Unrooted Bootloader and flashed Stock 5.1
11) Drained the battery by leaving it at the bootloader screen.--> Result: Red Light of Death.
Observations:
Managed to boot the phone after the Red Light Of Death while plugged in to 2A port of an external battery. Its been over an hour still says 5% Charge and 3 Hrs until Full.
While trying to do a Nandroid backup with compression in TWRP running on battery, CPU temperature increased from 45C to 55C and it shutdown. The same options with external battery works even though CPU temp goes up to 63C. Battery was at 93%.
The Issue:
After Installing the 5.1 OTA from 5.0.1, My Nexus 4 keeps shutting down even if the battery is charged 100%. There is no battery drain.
At first, I thought it happened only when the phone switched from 3G to 2G network. Since, It worked fine using 3G network or Airplane Mode. But Now, the phone doesn't get through the Google icon at the bootloader and just shuts down if its running on battery.
Unless Its plugged in to a charger or external power source there’s no way of getting the phone started. The phone worked fine if there is no SIM card inserted or in Airplane mode even if you disconnect the external power. But, if you try to restart again it fails to boot up on battery power.
Upgrading Process:
I received the OTA notification for 5.1. Due to insufficient space, phone would not download the update file. So, I deleted ~150 photos while it was downloading. I had approx. 750MB free space and 70% battery. This caused the phone to heat up (deleting/downloading) and reducing the battery power. I used an external power bank while the phone started the upgrading process. I disconnected the power when it completed. The phone successfully booted up and started optimizing applications after which it shutdown immediately. I powered it up and was checking what’s new in 5.1 when it shutdown again even though there was like 30-40% charge. After this “The Issue” started.(Refer above)
It was the Battery!!!
I'm guessing, It ignores the battery temperature sensor while upgrading or it could leave the device bricked. Thus, leading to The End of Days of my battery
It was the weekend, so the only option I had was to pull my hair and try all possible software methods.
So good to have my phone back. Only wish I had taken a Nandroid backup

My phone is in a boot loop. how to recover data prior any wipe?

well, a glass of water dropped on SM-N910F. suddenly it said battery was very low and shut down. i've immediately removed the battery and let it dry without any cover for 24hrs. then, as it wasn't powering up, i've pressed powerbutton for 1 minute, then tried to powerup and... SAMSUNG logo appeared... but now the phone is in a boot loop.
the device is not rooted, but knox is voided. it had all stock-things, like stock-rom, stock-recovery etc. (knox voided when, some week ago i rooted the phone with TWRP, but then resetted all).
if i try to boot in recovery, the "no command" appear, then i'm in a menu where i can wipe/reset the device.
I cannot flash any recovery as the phone have R/L ON (and i don't know how to deactivate it without booting android)
now the first problem is to recover all media data of the phone _(picutres and videos). then i would like to try to reflash the stock ROM or do any reset/wipe.
could you help me?
my fear is that flashing again the stock rom before recovering data, could wipe my media files... i've also fear memory is not working fine so if flashing goes bad i would have lost the phone and all the data.
thanks in advance.

If you have twrp installed you can download "Aroma file manager" and flash from twrp then you can transfer all the data from internal to microsd card same ar "my files".
After once you finish recover data you can try whatever rom or firmware you want.

Thanks much Trex,
well at moment twrp is not installed anymore... it was removed in the last full reset of some week ago.
this morning i tried to reload TWRP with adb-sideload available with the STOCK recovery (that appear after the NO COMMAND screen ) but it fails with error "signature verification failed".
do you have any idea on how to flash TWRP or custom recovery on the phone with ADB sideload on the stock recovery?
i just need to enter some recovery to load some data, then i can wipe/format it all.
thanks much
EDIT1. this morning i've also tried to reflash the stock rom with ODIN as i read that multimedia files shouldn't be deleted, but the boot loop is still there...
i've also tested the charger circuit is gone as it don't charge battery... the battery icon while charging disappear after some second and after a night the status was ever 1%
There is a chance that you can recover your deleted data if you haven't over written the sectors on the internal memory of your device.

Stock Moto G4 Plus getting rebooted continuously.

Hi All,
Moto G4 Plus gets automatically rebooted as soon as it reaches to lock screen after power on. This is continuously happening and i cant even use it.
(It suddenly started facing this issue, till yesterday it was working perfectly fine. yesterday night it had 7% charge and when I checked in the morning it was powered off. I plugged the charged and tried to reboot and this issue started.)
I can try the factory reset from recovery but it will erase the data which I really don't want.
What has been done till now :
I wipe cache partition from stock recovery but still no luck.
Charged phone to 100% after that also same issue.
booted the device into safe mode but still having same issue.
can you please help me here or can I get the data by "adb pull" command. am on stock non rooted phone please help me.

oneplus 6t is stuck in the boot loader is unlocked" message and takes no input

I did a relatively normal flash of both TWRP and root with Magisk, no issues booting. However this message came and after 5 minutes didn't go away so I fiddled around and tried to turn it off (couldn't). The phone takes no input and nothing I do allows it to enter fastboot or recovery. ADB and Fastboot do not recognize it since it's basically in a pre-boot state. I waited 20 hours for the battery to finally drain just to get this message right after I got it charged enough to boot again.
Any help? I just got this phone yesterday hahahha.

Hold down the power and volume up buttons.
This is a known issue when running Magisk, etc. The phone is not bricked.
Do not attempt to charge with the phone off.

Charging bootloop

hey guys. have my redmi note 7 here with me
i successfuly installed the LOS 17 rom on it, through OrFox (after unsucessfully trying with with the unofficial TWRP, not following the developers advice!), but it had some bugs and i decided to try his previous LOS 16 rom
after wiping system, data, cache and dalvik partition i tried flashing the rom zip file - i got back and error and it didn't flash. i rebooted to recovery to retry flashing but got the same error
as has happened to me before in other devices, i suspected the file could be corrupted, since i had a very slow connection that day and paused the download 2 times, and also decided to download the correct firmware just to be sure, in order to flash the two
since i was waiting a lot for the download to finish, i left the phone overnight without a rom installed. i think i left it turned on recovery and so next day, when i pick it up it had no battery
i tried to boot it and got a "no battery" sign right after the splash screen. so i plugged it into the adapter.
as soon as it got plugged, the phone screen turn on with the splash screen and right after a "no battery" sign again. (i think think is normal and then you usually get the "charging battery" animation, after some seconds?)
but the then it just rebooted: splash screen again and the "no battery" sign once more. and then again...so it seems to be stuck on a charging bootloop, always showing the "no battery" sign and getting no charge at all, no matter how much time it stays plugged in
i tried connecting it with a different charger and another cable and get the same result..even tried with a charger with no fast charge (i read it would be a solution to some other device) but still the same bootloop
i can boot it into fastboot but it reboots quickly also (with the "no battery" sign right after)
so i can't get back into recovery or whatever since the phone gets no charge at all.
does anyone know a solution for this? thank you
