LG G2 Pro F3502 Root And Custom Recovery Questions :) - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi Guys
I got an LG G Pro 2 with F350s the other day, it was running KK and I did manage to root it using Kingroot (nothing else worked)
And even managed to get a copy of Philz recovery on there using an APK which was a surprise lol
But could not update the Binary in SuperSU (yes I had "Busybox") - but I coud live with that
But today I decided to upgrade to Lollipop - The APK Philz recovery vanished and I of course lost root again
I did try the "One Click" method and even though it said "Done" it didn't root?
So my question really is - where can I find a reliable Root method and a custom recovery? everywhere I look its not for the F350S running Lollipop (I have spent all day searching) no matches for F350S and LP anywhere I can see?
Thanks in advance

[Q] #SOLVED# Weird problem in rooting

I'm new to the rooting thing, but i recently rooted my phone with ROOT L7. Then I tried getting cwm to work on it so flashed a custom firmware using KDZ updater. That screwed up my things. So I needed to reset my phone but that did not help. So I got a different stock firmware and flashed that on my phone. but now when I tried to root it it would not work. My L7 is the P705g model running p705 firmware. (Android 4.1.2).
I tried using various root programs like root l7, bin4ry root, and more.
how can I root my phone?
#########EDIT##########
Well,,, that was easy..
I fixed the problem.
I used this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2486512
follow exactly what they tell you to do. I used the CYDIAIMPACTOR one. Option 3 on rooting.
you use the cydia impactor to root, reboot, install SUPERSU from play store then you have root access!!!

Do we have a temporary custom recovery for LG G2?

I was wondering if there's a temporary custom recovery that we can use on the G2 that would let us flash the flashable version of super su to quickly root the phone without needing a computer?
Sent from Sprint LG G2
This is the fastest way I found to do it to a virgin phone.

Once you have root then install a Custom Recovery with Loki.
After that any rom that you run with no root just flash SuperSU.
Besides that I have not found a way to install a custom recovery with out the virgin root process.
(I just got this phone 3 days ago lol so there maybe ways I have not found yet)

[Q] GALAXY S5 - SM-G900F unable to boot TWRP or CWM

Hello. I have GALAXY S5 - SM-G900F Lollipop. I wanted to root it and i used Kingo. It said that root was successful i even had superSU app, but i couldn't open it and when i installed app that i know needs root access i didn't get prompted to allow it. So after some checking i concluded that root was not successful and wanted to revert it with kingo again. It said that S5 was not rooted and i couldn't root it again (was getting failed this time).
Then i wanted to do factory reset to 4.4.2 via mobile but each time i would select that option phone would just freeze. I booted into recovery TWRP that i installed previously and did hard wipe. After that i was without ROM, and installed lollipop using this tutorial (/watch?v=r_ifFnj9tbo). Everything was fine but i lost TWRP and was with stock recovery.
I wanted to root phone again using different method (/watch?v=iBNGeppOzGI) but when i installed TWRP via odin (i got success and phone rebooted as last time i installed it) and tried to boot into TWRP using button combinations phone would just load standard recovery instead. I also tried to install CWM, same results. Success message, phone reboots and it still loads stock recovery so i'm stuck now. Anyone has any idea how to install TWRP now?
Anyone got any idea, don't know what to do here. Any help appreciated.

I personally did it with flashing a prerooted firmware from TWRP recovery, since I was on rooted 5.0.2.
Didn't do it quite well, but the only oddity is an app icon that remained in my drawer. Must be the first attempt of installing the supersu with the prerooted zip. After installing the supersu as standalone it shows a different icon.
Device is rooted and has dual recovery, because root explorer and cerberus asked for permission. Installed 4K and 120fps mod. Also installed intelligent gestures (smart call handling, smart rotation and smart backlight) and face in camera.apk. Those are the extras I needed.
Forgot to say that I created a prerooted zip from customized GR from Xperifirm, since I live in Greece.
I am not sharing the zip though, because of the stupid icon remaining in the app drawer. Maybe I will revert to kitkat again, root it and try once again.
thx 4 fast answer
thanks alot guys i was able 2 make a pre rooted flashble fie and i flash'd it and works fine but the thing i wanana do right now is getting xposed some how to work on 5.1.1

anyone help ?
S7 edge I do root via the SuperSU flashable zip file via a custom recovery. Other methods don't seem to work well with S7 on nougat because the user data partition needs to be reformatted in custom recovery (TWRP usually) in advance when you want to root the phone.
You'll need to backup the phone before hand and set it up from its initial state after rooting it.

can u please help me on how to root via superSU flashable zip ? and will I lose all my data by this method ?
thanks,
Do not use SuperSu to root S7 as its not compatible and only meant to be used on older phones. It will not work on Android 8.
