what about PDA?
I don't think PDA matters because I flash various PDAs to my s4 i337m from other carriers in my country. Just match the country to your phone.

The country is based on where the phone was released for sale, not necessarily where the phone is located or being used.

Installing of firmware not changes csc.
To change csc to XEF you should to make wipe data in recovery.
After this csc will to be XEF and kies will recognies the firmware.
I can't download the file from FileFractory, it keeps saying no more free slots.
Any other source?

Thanks. I did manage to get the file from FileFactory after trying for a day and a half.

How do I know which firmware to use in South Africa?
I see for all other contries but none for mine, the firware on the unit I have is for UAE and is Arabic, all goods work fine but I confused when going to flash a Custom Rom on which to use and not to use.
Please could someone help with this???

I didn't realise it was so easy to change CSC. I read in other places that CSC was not wasy to change.

Do you mean United Arab Emirates? Its available on Samsung update server, why not download from there? Search for Check Fus Downloader.

Sorry I meant your phone's CSC not the Firmware CSC build. It's usually 3 digits (like BTU)

I was looking on sammobile but when u compare at the dbt Section the newest firmware with Mine installed the pda number is the same but the csc do not Match? I am confused:/
I'm on an unbranded S7 Edge in the UK and i'm still waiting on the OTA
Edit: Looking at that sammobile page, looks like there isn't a firmware for the UK "XEU" CSC (only the UK BTU version is there)
I can't see it in the settings app. I downloaded an app from the Play Store(Phone INFO Samsung) and it shows nothing in fields related to CSC. Is it normal? How can I be sure about my CSC?

Check the file /system/CSCVersion.txt for info on currently loaded CSC.
You can also cross-reference this info with getprop or the folder /system/csc.
