how to change xiaomi redmi note 4G boot logo? - Redmi Note Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is there a way to change xiaomi redmi note 4G boot logo? (mi.com that appear at first you turn on the phone).I have googling many times but no such luck,I didn't find a tutorial for it,I just found a tutorial how to change boot logo on mtk device.
Can anyone give me a tutorial how to do it?
Sorry for my bad English.
Thank you very much.

You can go on Themes app, click the green customise button and change the boot logo to whichever you want.
Once you've done this you have to save your changes.
Done.

yeah, you can easily change it in Themes > Customize option, that too without root.

Not the bootanimation! He wants to change the bootlogo ! (the first mi.com logo that show up, when you press the power button)
There is a thread for changing the bootlogo on the Snapdragon Redmi Note 3. It should theoretically also work on the Note 3g. But I'm unsure. You could ask @GokulNC he made the thread for the Note 3, so maybe he can help you.

Since it's a MTK device, you can just use this tool: Changing Boot Logo (logo.bin) Program

[HOWTO] Remove The Unlocked Bootloader Warning logo

Hello,
After the unlock of the bootloader via Motorola Website, you have probably noticed the M logo has been replaced by a Warning message...
Here is the solution to restore M logo :
Extract the file in attachement in the same folder as fastboot, you will find "logo.bin" file.
Enter in Fastboot mode :
- Shutdown your phone
- Push and maintain VOL DOWN and press POWER to boot your phone (A black screen with white lines should appear)
- Plug USB Cable
Flash the M Logo with fastboot :
- fastboot flash logo logo.bin (success message should appears in the DOS windows)
- Unplug USB cable
- Press POWER and the phone will shutdown
- Start your phone with long press on POWER and check your M Logo.
Bye
Very nice.. Thank you for figuring this out!
Thanks for this. Works like a charm.
One Question: Any chance to get the 'Motorola Dual Core Technology' boot logo?
Thanks in advance!

Give me the picture your want 540x540 px and it should be possible.
Edit : you can try the one in attachement :
fastboot flash logo dual_core.bin
To complain on a high level I would say the image could be a little bit larger...
But it's absolutely OK for me. Thanks a lot!

I'm currently trying to make it bigger, but not sure about the quality.
Try this one... quality could be better, but I'm just resizing it...
That's it mate! This one looks absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much!
I prefer this one (in attachement)
very nice thank you so much it's very cool
Thanks a lot for this, I found the warning to be annoying lol
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus
Thanks all here for this logo ;p
Love the last dual core logo ;p
Just exhange my RAZR V for a HD ;p Love the unlocked bootloader ;p ... remember me the atrix ;p
Hey guys, does anyone have a windows binary to create custom logos please? Thanks!
Thanks - replaced the annoying startup with the last Dual Core Logo.
i need the Original logo for Razr i...
i try this and only get loop on fastboot
http://sbf.droid-developers.org/smi/list.php
Download the firmware file for your device from that link and flash the stock logo with fast boot.
Thanks Orphee! Just out of curiousity, where did you pull these logos from? Do you have a program that'll modify boot images?
http://aosp.us/?p=260
That link is where P3Droid posted this method originally for the RAZR M.
You can use any image file you want after resizing and saving as a raw file using GIMP.
Didn't work with GIMP for me, don't know what I did wrong. But worked like a charm with Photoshop.
Now I just need to find an image editor that can save in RAW format. Yes, I know GIMP is free...

Mi.com displayed on bootup screen on cyanogen is 13.1 android 6.01

I did a factory reset on my phone recently and now when I bout it up it looks different. Instead of having "cyanogen mod ready" on the boot screen, now it says mi.com ... Is cyanogen somehow affiliated with miui?
If it's displayed before the boot animation it's probably the splash screen which you can restore to stock using fastboot and the correct file.

There's not much of a boot animation. Just the screen with the OnePlus logo and the "powered by android" on the bottom. After that, is a mi logo, and android on the bottom with some scrolling ellipses, them my home screen.
I did install a theme through the built in theme app, but I don't think that could change boot screens.
It was taking over 5 minutes to boot before and now it's under 20 seconds, probably having something to do with me using 63.3 GB out of 64 available... So I'm not too concerned about it, just curious as to how it could have gotten there.

Its definitely due to the theme you installed as i said earlier. CM themes have the power to change your boot screens. you can change it back to default by going to themes and customize the selected theme.

First boot sequence changed to chinese

Maybe a silly question but I want to understand ans solve if possible:
After testing some Lineage-roms and also flashing back to stock and again to lineage, my first boot animation (before seeing the lineage boot animation) is now in chinese. I remember it was in english before ( "Share the ECO World... I'm not a phone but...") but for some reason it is now completely in chinese.
There is no problem with this for using my phone as this sequence is only a few seconds after a reboot, but I want to know which part of my TWRP backup is responsible for this and how to change back to english?
Its just you boot animation. Search the Leeco pro 3 forums for Boot animations, you can make it anything you want. There are also utilities available that help you create your own splash screen and boot animations, you can also give TWRP a theme if wanted. You can also manually add, the splash screens and boot animations.
To go on, plenty of pre-existing zip files exist to make it say Google or Leeco but in English. In fact, I just remembered that I posted one of these here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=75021582
At the bottom where it says just for fun.
Thank you tsongming for your help. Now I now that the start-up screen is called splash screen/boot. I searched for this and found the answer
For some reason I don't get notification anymore, so I missed your answer.

zte axon7 2017G two phases boot

Hi all, thanks to developers for their good job.
I have a zte axon 7 2017G with an official lineageOS 15.1 and I'm experiencing a weird and annoying boot process each time I reboot the device:
1.- First I see a screen saying push any button before 5 secs
2.- Despite push or not any button, I see a pretty similar screen saying that I have 30 sec to push any button to continue boot process.
If no key is pressed, the boot process start again and again and the device never start up.
Only the volume down button works and I can see more boot options, but even it move the options in wrong direction (from bottom to up), the volume up button doesn't work at all.
I've tried different bootstacks, but the boot process doesn't change.
Is there any bootstack, or aboot image or some "magical" process that I could do to change the boot process into a more working one?
Thanks in advance for the help
Are you serious dude, there are dozen of threads and mentions about this.
On the second screen you press the power button to proceed booting(pinguin logo is normal).just like the bootscreen is saying.
if you dont want this you can use other bootstack

Hi predartorhaze, thanks for your info. Yes I'm serious, I'm know how to manage to boot my device, but what I want is to change this behavior for a lot of reason, one of them is if the device reboot itself, it will keep booting until exhaust the battery or a human being push buttons.
Please, could you share a link with a bootstack to change this behaviour. As I said, I've tried some, and all of them have the same behaviour.

Thanks predatorhaze, it works as I expected. I tried the splash version, in order to not to loose EDL mode, just in case. Only one 5 second warning screen shows up and if no one button is pressed, the boot process finish completely instead reboot again.
Only one warning just in case anyone would try it. The pin to unlock the phone is lost, and you would not be able to unlock it.
