Temasek ROM is something you all must be very familiar with. So, while looking a bit I came across this. It's a ROM by someone else but I don't know why he didn't release it on XDA!
So, here's me sharing it. I hope you all would like it.
Flashing procedure is same as other ROMs.
1. Wipe cache, dalvik, data and system
2. Flash the ROM
3. Flash Gapps
4. Reboot
5. Wait and voila! Enjoy.
If it doesn't boot then try flashing it along with Su latest version!
Edit: I came across this through Google+ page of CM

Hi. May I suggest putting what variant of the G Pad 8.3 this is for in the thread title? V500, V510, VK810.4G...
Thank you sir!
I couldn't get the variant from the filename because the file has been deleted.
V500. To Beroid goes the credit.

My SD Card remains as unwriteable external storage...pardon me if I missed the change-log that explains this...So havent really tested the ROM extensively...ES Explorer kept hanging, force-closing and overall speed of device slowed down...will try re-flashing now...

I'm curious as to if, anyone has tried the BAM ROM 2.0? They just uploaded the 20140101 Build and I am using PA now. I ask for feedback because I was unable to locate a thread on the LG G2 forums for them as of yet. Also, the file size is 333MB so was thinking maybe they included their own GAPPS package with it. Anyways here is the link

I just flashed and to get it to boot properly, you need to install Aysir's PAEK kernel after flashing the ROM. And don't flash GAPPS. Looking in to SuperSU at the moment. Looks like I need to flash that as well. All in all, it looks good so far.
Member, Due to this ROM being Ban from XDA, I have edited your posts; why you might ask....the maker of this ROM, felt the need NOT to comply with XDA policy on ROM's and hence his banning to include his Work....so please do not post any bam/jellybam etc.
Thread Closed and links removed. Happy New Year.
This is not my work, all credits go to the original authors. Qualcomm for the Dalvik libraries, and Code Aurora for the Bionic libraries.
This patch should boost your device, both battery and performance.
Only tested on stock roms but may work on aosp too. Simply boot into recovery and flash, then wipe dalvik cache and reboot.
Your rom must be deodexed, also back up before hand just incase something goes wrong.

This works with latest CM11

Also here are the original threads

The Z2 bionic patches seem to the best among them, all dalvik patches seem about the same.
There may be some issues with compatibility of the patches with some ROMs so make a backup of system partotion and flash away
PS: @NeophyteGS2 link to the original post and some credits to them would've been great, just my two cents.

Qualcomm, they made the processor for both the Xperia Z and Nexus 4 - the S4 Pro.
EDIT: There's some conflicting instructions in the 2 threads, so I just wiped the Dalvik cache and cache partition FIRST, then flashed the bionic and dalvik zips and rebooted. I don't notice anything in particular, the phone still works, it may well be much smoother. I didn't notice any slowdown previously so...

I was actually sent these files from somebody else so I was unable to credit any original posts, and I am now aware of multiple posts regarding these patches. Saying that, if anybody does find these useful they should thank the author of the post in the general section as he posted first.
On another note, I'm now working to get the new adreno beta libs working on our devices and should hopefully see some improvements from these.
Sorry, this thread is now closed.
I would suggest you to move this thread to the General Disucssion section

Introduction
At the end of 2016 I started to seek nougats for Tab 2, found AOSP by Ziyan and Android - Andi
flashed it, examined it, Discontinued it......
Here we gonna discuss it.
What is the need?
Tab 2 was released in 2012 and in mid 2014 was discontinued by Samsung thus resulted to get this to be called OLD but in my eyes its still new with great potential and great reliability so I just want to keep this device alive till 2019. So that's the reason....
CURRENT STATE
Nougat development is doing well and with the help of you I can or all devs can make it better.....
So just because of this learned porting and started porting, successfully ported 4 out 5 ROMs will upload them all......
DEVELOPING CIRCLE
Roms that are being supported by me are :-
AOSP
Lineage OS
AICP
Resurrection Remix
Thanks To @[email protected]
SlimKat Roms
CyanogenMod
LineageOS

And is compatibile with my tab 2 10.1 WiFi only? Also where the hell is the guide to root that Device, i saw it once and i never found it back... (yeah i'm probably stupid)

Awesome dude, thanks for the tips, i'll wait that my tabet charge will be over 80% (just for safety) and the i'll root it. I downloaded both ".tar.md5" and ".zip" file but when i go to choose the file with TWRP in the directory that i put them, the app explorer don't see them... -> update, the TWRP app let me see only the 2..8.5.0 version of recovery, while the site on github start from 3.x.x.x. also i tried to flash the img files extracted from the 3.x.x.x. recoveries and it told me "flash failed".
Also my Galaxy Tab 2 just crashed while rooting with Kingroot (it was trying the could method) -> EDIT: i reset it and when i open the kingroot app it start from where it left , it was a "crash" because the stock rom have not the reboot function?
BTW i thought, you said that galaxy tab 2 is unstable, but i remember that the first stock rom was very well optimized with no lag, then i updated it via samsung and then it come to lag and IT IS VERY SLOW. so you mean that installing a custom rom will not solve the problem?

Nice share.:fingers-crossed:
Just tested playing around for 10 min. works fine.
I don't know if I missed something but I followed instructions to flash the rom but after waiting for 1 hour, I couldn't get the rom to boot. This also happens on the Pixel Experience rom you shared in your original post.
I flashed Lineage OS 15.1 after trying and that rom booted after 3 minutes, so I think the issue is in the roms.
Is always on display included?

Are you on open beta 3 firmware? If so are you decrypted or encrypted. For me. It didn't boot while encrypted. But it did while being decrypted.
Same with pixel ex. If it doesn't boot in 3-10 min. Its not going to boot

Here's his work. I've not tested it on my device. If someone wants to test nitrogen os 8.1.0. U might need to be decrypted. Check if mist things work. Check if front camera works also. Gl hopes it works. Currently I don't have time to test it.

Honestly even 3 minutes is too long for a boot on this device. It's got 6 - 8 gigs of ddr4 ram with a snapdragon 835 - if the boot is taking longer than 1 minute I start to get worried about a bootloop. Usually it's a 15 - 30 second process on the first boot, and even shorter on reboots.
Am I crazy wrong about this? I swear my boots never take longer than a moment.

Format data in recovery then copy the ROM and Gapps to the device and flash. Should solve the issue. It did for me.
I sold my 5T. OnePlus are rumoured to go into administration soon over the company collecting and selling customer's data in China. Various members of the company have left, it was just this week that Adam Krisko from OnePlus left and he's one of the developers of Oxygen OS. It was a good wave for OnePlus.

Rest is Good
I've been meaning to make a thread for what seems to be a rather scattered dev scene so far for walleye that has migrated away from XDA and I'm not quite sure why. Everything seems to be G+ now.
AICP
I'm running AICP and have been since late Feb. Hector's got weekly builds for walleye going now and you can flash them like you're used to in TWRP (without formatting & sideloading)
His instructions:
adb reboot-bootloader <--> *check you are in slot_a
fastboot boot twrp-3.2.1-2-walleye.img
adb shell mkdir /sdcard/ROMS/
adb push aicp_walleye_o-13.1-UNOFFICIAL-20180320.zip /sdcard/ROMS/
flash aicp-rom
Wipe Dalvik
reboot
So basically just transfer to phone and flash, wipe cache and reboot. Ignore No OS message.
Errors: vendor mismatch and modem service FC. Neither affect function or performance.
Remember to re-flash twrp after flashing the rom.
