Hi guys,
i'm sharing Omnirom 5.1 with you. This rom is not stable but you can use it if you don't mind camera. we know what is working and not working .
please dont write again and again same errors.
how to flash rom:
1.flash our twrp 2.8.7.0 recovery (linked below)
2.make a full backup
3.make a full wipe (exclude sdcard)
4.then flash omnirom 5.1 zip
5.reboot system
wait a bit and now taste a bit lollipop
A suggestion from me: Dont forget to take backup for your stock rom and omnirom seperatly. with this you can easily back to your stock rom and back again to omni.

I would like to ask you that whether uve seen the kernel source or not...its not complete. ravikiran was trying to get the kernel working and got few success on booting it. So i think first of all we should try getting the kernel source working.

about this subject. we will work with Ravikirancg about this. now i'm comparing elite and e7 kernels. so we can start test it. and of course we will release a test version.
I'm interested in helping in this project, the thing is that I do not have any previous experience in CM porting or android kernel building.
Do you have any links/documentation for how to do that? what will be of a great help if there is some high level overview of the activities, something like a road map, for example, we need to have the kernel sources, then we need to compile it, then what? I mean, something to lay out the milestones so we can seek for closure.
I've noticed that Sony Xperia Z2 (CM code name Sirius) is very close in terms of HW specs to E7, can that be leveraged for the sake of this effort?
Please let me know how I can help as I have he interest and time.

About building kernel i wanna point out tha kernel does seem to work just that it doesn't have display drivers I tried xperia z1 KitKat and that shows sign of booting but no display
Our best shot is with one plus one i guess. anyway i will be back trying again after 8th to get some kernel working. As it seems ravikiran and GTAraja is back too. Maybe we can finally get some Cyanogenmod goodness

just ask some good devs to build a bootable kernel for us..
Oneplus One devs could surely help us here because they both use the same size display from same manufacture JDI

one plus one kernel working
guys i have a good news probably I flashed a kernel made for one plus one the phone boots and goes into recovery. i cant get cm working due to system partition of stock rom being different. can anybody help ?
and kindly use English it is in the forum rules. everybody wants to know what you were talking about
in this situation you must send us a log so we can look at it and say whats wrong. about messages in turkish. a friend sai to me: we are waiting for kitkat update and then they will update the kernel. so you can get this kernel and work on it.

hi sorry for not posting logs actually twrp is not letting me copy logs every time i copy logs to sd-card the file is empty. Anyway there are only two errors
1. unable to execute update binary
2. unable to mount system
i think we need to build cm12 from one plus one source hoping that stock cm12/11 of one plus one would work directly was too much i guess. but kernel boots and display works means we can use one plus sources right?

its hard to say. it can be a yes or no. display problem is oone of our our problems. its workiing ok. but. opo uses snapdragon 801 and we use 800. opo have 16/64 gb and we have 16/32. so hoping to directly work is so far from us. but of course we can use some fatures from opo.

Hey guys!
I'm a normal everyday user.
I've installed BK Manager Pro to disable some apps (160 total) to increase performance and battery life.
Almost all samsung bloatware is inactive, only two things I wanna use is Samsung Pay (works) and Samsung Pass (not working).
Could someone tell me which processes i need for getting Samsung pass working?
Here is a list of all i've disabled : Edit, I could not post link due new member, posted it below.
Hope someone could give me an answer, i tired to google it, but cant find it.
I can open the "app" and login, and sercret mode on Samsung Browers works.
But all the passwords I've stored is gone, when I enable all the processes again all the passwords come back.

Months, and still couldn't get the lineageos 15.1. But maybe someone could do something for Lineageos 16.Reason is xperia z1 compact get 9.I'm sure it has difficulties but why not?

Development for z5 is more harder than z1c but development for x64 cpu have more problems. Cpu with x32 is more lighter

I'm planning to upgrade my phone this year. Either Z2 or Z5 series. But when I look into this forum, it seems that Z5 is a dead device. No sign of development, not even a custom oreo ROM.
This is so sad.
Buy than a OnePlus 7T or a Nokia 10.

Android 9 Port to your Z5 is not the problem, but you can not found an developer for this. There are to many devices on the market. Thats the problem and the z5 device is not the yellow from the egg with the drm problem and so on....
I try it to build an android 7.1.2 rom for my z5 device, but the tutorials and manuals are not the best from google and sony aosp tutorial.
I saw that Nexus 6P has a kinda simillar hardware and has a Android P custom roms, so , why we would not just take them and start porting? I am not much into that , but i know that for that actions we have to edit boot.img ramdisk and other things... so.....

I'm the one who built an experimental LineageOS 15.1 ROM for (my) z5c...
...and I'm trying to build a LineageOS 16.0 ROM too...
...but, unfortunately I failed with two crashes, that I can't fix:
While building this rom, first hiddenapi crashes with a signal 4 and, when commenting this out in the build process, profman crashes with the same error! This is because in both tools the "inserting in an unordered set" failed reproducible:

This is fantastic, maybe I could help with the development, if you are OK, because my Z5 E6655 ,stock with Unlocked Bootloader, is not being my daily phone more. I think that we can play with it and I would install and test software you develope, I'm not a developer. I never unlock the bootloader for not loosing the good camera, that is important for me. I have pre-ordered a Nokia 9 PureView.
Then, for me the objective would be to have an stable working Android 9 pie in my Z5, keeping the 23mb camera, and with the best available camera app.

Well, at this point, we all know the Samsung galaxy s4 mini is straight up a legendary phone, but, can it be used in 2022? Well, yes, probably... But with some tweaks and a custom rom.
WARNING! YOUR WARRANTY IS NOW VOID, AND IF NOT DONE CORRECTLY, THIS COULD TURN YOUR DEVICE INTO A USELESS BRICK OR INTO AN ANDROIDPOD. UNDERVOLTING, OVERVOLTING, AND OVERCLOCKING CAN DAMAGE YOUR PHONE IF NOT DONE CORRECTLY OR WITH THE WRONG SETTINGS! FOLLOW EVERY STEP HERE AS IT WAS OBVIOUSLY TESTED, AND DON'T SKIP THE BACKUP!
The steps:
1- First, update the s4 mini to the latest version of android on its stock ROM. You can do that by going to settings, then "more", then "about the phone", then "software updates". The latest and greatest should be android 4.4.2 KitKat.
2- Rooting it - Now, you have to download kingroot from here, and no guys, it won't steal your data lol, just reset before doing this.
2.1 - Now install the apk from the link I gave you, and skip the apps' introduction. Then click to root and wait some minutes. The phone will restart, but that's not a problem.
3 - Installing TWRP - As you may know, for a custom rom to be installed, we need a custom recovery, right? Yeah, so now we are going to install it.
3.1 - First, go to google play store and download the official TWRP app and run it. Allow its root permissions by going to the KingRoot app or clicking allow on the popup.
3.2 - Then, click on TWRP flash and then on "select device". Search for your S4 mini version and download it. (Download ".img" images or if it doesn't detect, download the other file.) ( 3G DUOS: GT-i9192 serranodsdd / 4G: GT-i9195 serranoltexx )
3.3 - After downloading it, click on "select a file to flash" and select the file you downloaded. Then click on flash to recovery.
4 - Installing the custom rom, kernel, and gapps. Before installing them, of course, you'll have to download them lol.
4.1 - Download links:

PUT ALL THESE FILES ON YOUR SD CARD
4.2 - After doing that, turn off your phone and press Volume up button + power button + home button until you see "recovery booting" on the top left corner.
4.3 - If something about modifications appears to you, swipe the thing on the screen to allow twrp to modify the system
4.4 - Backing up - Click on "backup", then on "select storage" then on "micro sd card". After that, check system, boot, recovery, efs, modem, persist, and preload. Then swipe to backup.
4.5 - Installing time - After you made the backup, return to the home screen using the middle button. Then click on "wipe", and then "advanced wipe". Uncheck everything then check "Dalvik / art cache", "cache", "data", and "system". After this is done, return to the home screen, then click on "install". Now browse to "external_sd" and first select the Bliss rom. Then click on "add more zips" and click on the open gapps file. Then again click add more zips and click on the remix kernel. Then swipe to flash.
4.6 - Then, return once again to the home menu, click on "reboot" then on "power off". Then take out your battery for 20 secs, insert it again and turn on the phone.
5. Setting up the phone - Allow any root solicitation you get - Now, after setting it up, go to settings, then on kernel auditor.
Now copy my settings:
CPU:
Max CPU frequency: 2052mhz (this is a 300 MHz overclock, pretty high actually)
Min Cpu frequency: 162mhz (this won't affect the performance and will let the phone reduce battery usage when needed, set it the way I'm saying)
CPU governor: intellidemand
multi-core energy economy: disabled
CPU Voltage:
Reduce 135mV from all of them. If your phone crashes, take out the battery and start again. But now instead of 125, 115, 105 and ahead, as undervolting is different for every phone. (won't reduce performance, will save energy)
CPU HotPlug:
Turn IntelliPlug on and turn off MPDecision
Intelliplug:
Eco Perf
Touch Boost: on
max CPU frequency with the screen turned off: 162mhz (will save a lot of energy)
Temperature: (This won't damage the phone (tested in my phone), but if it does, I'm not responsible)
Frequency Throttle Temperature: 90c (100c if you're not gonna use it while charging)
Core throttle Temperature: 95c
Poll: 1650ms
GPU:
Max GPU frequency: 627 MHz
GPU Governor: OnDemand
Screen:
Color profile: Perfection
Battery:

Set all to 50 MB

probably your battery is bad, try to direct charge it with a 5v supply
Hello, I just tried to install the kernel zip file on my i9195 with latest twrp and it just said that it was unable to read the ramfs.
Also, I am using Android 11, which has kernel 3.4.113, I am not sure if it is smart to install a much older kernel and also there is no su binary in Android 11. :/

The android version unfortunately can't be Android 11. It needs to be an android 6 (Marshmallow) or android 7 (nougat) rom based on lineageos or AOSP
