Both of them are Snapdragon, but I'd never recommend anyone to flash any roms for a different model...

Thank you but there is no Dutch language support in the original stock rom. How can I solve this?

I can't help you with that. SM-N910V is the Verizon model, maybe check out the Verizon Note 4 threads if you haven't already: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-verizon/

Why not?
But before installing anything be sure what and why you are installing that.
Just change your CSC after flashing other regions ROMs. Then, there wont be any change..

Oh sorry for being late. I had network issues few days back.
Im using SM-G530FZ XXU
Im also tweaking and modding the stock ROM to get best results in performance
I will be uploading few days later.

AFAIK there is no stable kernel for SM-G530FZ.
