Looks like a clone s4 as it's running 4.4.4 & that's not even out ?

If it is an S4 clone, no one on this forum can help as its for the genuine Samsung Galaxy S4 model.

4.4.4 version don't exist. They edited build.prop for hiding the real name of the phone.

Both of them are Snapdragon, but I'd never recommend anyone to flash any roms for a different model...

I can't help you with that. SM-N910V is the Verizon model, maybe check out the Verizon Note 4 threads if you haven't already: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-verizon/
