I hope the camera bug gets fixed soon it's the only thing keeping me on Sense and GPE. Thanks for the list!

I used some rom of them, and my opinion is The Resurrection Remix (2) rom was great, I really loved it, becouse it was fast, but the battery life is better on Sense, and sometimes it reboots random. The worst thing is in that, the camera is closed after one shot. The CM is the same. The Dirty Unicorn is the worst, Its laggy, and unstable. The AICP is good, but when I plug in my EarPods, then the phone turned off and dont turn back if I dont plug out it. I dont know nothing about the other roms, but i will try them. I hope, I can help you.

Sounds like unusable... Have sudden battery drains on Lollipop (which is obviously a general Lollipop issue), but it doesn't sound like it gets better on MM

That's also a known bug which can be solved by using a third-party camera app. So that isn't such a problem...

I tried a lot of third-party camera apps (the htc camera too) but all of them closed after one shot. Can you tell me any of working camera apps?

I didn't ever have to delete libsslx.sso on Ressurection Remix (2) for Facebook and FB Messenger to work.

very nice and necessary initiative! I had been searching for MM for the M7 and the info is so scattered.
At the moment >I am using Resurrection Mix and I really like it.
I'm not a heavy FB/messenger user and my battery holds up great.
Today I played around with the Exposed Installer module and it's a new world opening up to me.
No Forced closures, everything is working great.
It seems to be a known bug that the camera isn't working properly with CM 13 (MM). like someone mentioned before; just google "Best camera Apps for Android>" and make your pick.
BTW, same goes for Torch, just install another app and it is done.
Also, I had a problem with calling; receiving or placing a call. The phone would crash.
after posting in the thread Tanuj97 came immediately back to me with the solution...

The kernel in the Beanstalk ROM is capable of doing double tap 2 wake. I am not sure of swipe 2 wake features but, it probably has those too.

Unfortunately, nope... I certainly wish HTC would support their perfectly capable m7 just a couple years longer :/

cm fixed the camera in this commit
they also did create the commit for pushing the m7 official to cm13.0
I uploaded a new build with the fixed camera:
Edit: Re-uploaded with a rebuild of the kernel, as I noticed that on a sync with cm, anytime the swap config was set off again. For those wanting swap and flashed the update yet, here's only the rebuild boot.img:

they al crash when receiving a call while a Bluetooth headset (or car-bluetooth) connected.
Anyone know a MM build that doesn't crash with BT ? or maybe it's a CM issue, like the camera ?

That seems to be a cm issue

The camera in your screen shots is Open Camera, not stock. Although, Open Camera, in my view, is 10 times better than stock, you should try stock camera. But knowing FXP, I would say stock camera is not even included in the build...

Yes sir i used thirdparty camera . Btw stock camera included on fxp build, but stock cam always Fc &sometimes get opened normaly with same issue green side .
Stock music geting fc too. Workaround i used aimp and working normal.

Well it's still WIP. I would say that most of these bugs are just some selinux denials (easy to fix). I haven't checked it though.
If you want stability, don't use it.

Best nougat Rom , With ColorOS Camera.

Hello friends, I have been looking for some rom with the possibility of using ColorOS camera with its plugins.
I have been watching and reading several posts where some roms are discussed, where you can use ColorOS camera.
I would like to know if you know some Rom Nougat with good development where you can use it.
I currently have cm14.1 25/12 the last update and the camera works partially, the plugins do not

Do you use it as a daily driver? I'm backing everyting up to make the switch from CM due to obvious reasons but I want to make sure I'm picking the most stable rom out there that's also 7.1

Currently using Nitrogen OS (2017/01/08), 4.0.1.c7-00013 firmware, reporting zero issues with ColorOS 2.67+camera+change.zip flash. I do not flash the CM_HAL_MOD.zip.

Ok one more question. When I flash the rom, will it be pre-rooted, or will it give me the option to do so. I personally don't want a active root on it due to certain apps I use that automatically don't work if the phone is rooted.

Sorry but probably last question. Which GAPPS should I go for to also get full functionality like the Google assistant and such. So far I tried flashing the ARM Stock but it seems to get an error and not install. Something about insufficient storage in the System Partition.

Mini is the maximum size of Gapps I guess supported by this ROM. After flashing just install 'get assistant' app from play store for Google assistant, I think in the next build the ROM has out of box Google assistant so need for a hack.

So I got the GAPPS installed. Getting a smaller version worked just fine. But I still have an issue with the iSu program. I got the apk and I installed that, but disabling Root in the app still didn't allow me to launch my app. I tried reading through the instructions but they aren't very clear, more specifically if i should also disable SELinux and what those zip files are and how to install them which are the: iSu_kernel_Reboot_Support_V_2_x_and_up_Enforcing

NEW AOSIP Rom(KENZO) 7.1.1 with full stable signal and volte enabled EX Battery life

Hey Guys I found the new rom which is extremely smooth and have been using it for 2 days .
BASED ON AOSP NOUGAT SOURCE.
Lineage based kernel.
Installation:-
Make sure that you are on the MIUI based latest developer rom.
1) Download the rom zip and flash it using custom recovery.
2)flash the Gapps package.
3) reboot .
(NO need of flashing any volte patch you will get volte without it)
(For people who are facing issues with stock kernel flash radeon kernel for good battery and performance.)
Pros:-
Good signal strength( No conflicting code as in Lineage builds).
Excellent Battery life.
Great customisation with lots of options.
Minimal bloatware.
Cons:-
flashlight bug( but can be resolved By App by Umang96 and team).
Camera crashes occasionally.
TRY THIS ROM ITS REALLY AWESOME

USB tethering didn't work on that so I had to restore RR. Apart from that I didn't encounter any issues.
Can anyone confirm if USB tethering works on the TEST build?

Goodix Fingerprint Works..??
Im currently on NOS.. is it necessary to flash firmware..???

Being on Latest MIUI firmware is enough no need to flash any firmware

What about Goodix...???

I must say this rom is awesome! Really smooth, very customizable and battery works better than most of roms, 3 wifi tether hours + 1 screen hour and my device have 78% of battery. This is gonna be my daily rom for a while

please tell me about camera ,and video recording, and flash sync in camera .

Take image in dark room by using flash ,then tell me if its dark or good.

can I get volte out of the box after flashing
1) MIUI 7.1.12 firmware

OR are there any other requirements ?

You need to force hal1 to have the result that you want with 7.0. Take a look to my guide.

No LTE SYMBOL.. can't download apps through lte but browsing was working fine..plz he

I have tried RR (both official and UnOfficial ) ..Everything works fine except No LTE Symbol
..And i can't even download apps from playstore..Please help me
but i was able to download through wifi..
but browsing was fine with volte

Unfortunately no but you can use pixel launcher from the playstore and make it default launcher.

..And i can't even download apps from playstore..Please help me

try doing a clean flash and make sure that you are on the latest frimware

Click the given link, use the password, and on the next screen don't click the blue button under the zip icon, click the white button on the top right, with the download icon (an arrow pointing down to a line) and the size of the rom next to it.

I've just flashed this rom. The UI is great, rom is smooth. But there are some problems of course. Gallery app is not working, I can take photo but can't open it in gallery. And the sd card does not seems to show up. But good thing is since it based on H2OS, I can flash Arsenic kernel and it's working fine. Do not disturb mode is always enabled, I can't turn it off, but phone still rang.
Edit: sd card does not show up in default explorer, but it shows and working in Solid Explorer. Both flashing open gapps and magisk are working fine.

data and gps are working fine. I don't use bluetooth so I'm not sure.

Just flashed.. Great animations, graphics, sounds and a unique feeling in general.
BUT! This rom asks for every single app for internet and location permissions! from calendar to gallery and notes, in music app and so on.. And if you don't to give permissions there is only an "exit" option and you can't use the app! Maybe it's safe but it seems to me a little shady.
There are many chinese apps preinstalled which explains the size of the rom.
Furthermore some notifications are in chinese and you don't get what they say.
I flashed opengapps after flashing the rom with no success, so I used a google installer from their store and it worked just fine..
Photos from the camera are stretched and Gallery doesn't show anything as mentioned..
wifi/bluetooth/data works fine.

details on the ROM: UI experience is unique compared to the other custom ROMs available, but very similar to H2OS. The only difference is that Flyme's launcher has tons of themes online (I hated all of them tho). ROM is really good as a daily, it contains both camera apps, OnePlus' one and Meizu's one. And after enabling Google services via the Google Installer apk, there are no issues either. And any kernel for OOS 3 will work on this ROM; I'm using Arsenic kernel. I've also flashed Magisk v13.1 and it is working without any problems with Greenify and Naptime running
