Hi guys,
I have a Nexus 6p 64GB. I successfully unlocked the bootloader, flashed TWRP as custom recovery, then flashed the latest CM13 image. I keep getting this "Unfortunately, Bluetooth share has stopped" whenever i try to turn on bluetooth, it keeps turning on - off - on - off forever, and showing this error "Unfortunately, Bluetooth share has stopped" . For me it seems like there is something interrupting or stopping it from working so it goes on a loop.
I would like to know if anyone is facing the same issue on the same set up i have, could this be from Cyanogenmod 13 nightlies ? or is it something concerning my device. If you would like to suggest a fix i would be greatly thankful.
If i could at-least confirm that the issue is from Cyanogenmod 13, then I will just wait for a fix or ping some of the mods at Cyanogenmod forums.

Well, I am getting the same error after enabling xposed. Stock ROM, though.
The latest CM13 fixed my issue, my device is the international h1512 model not the US one. Hope this helps.

I am on Stock non-rooted 128GB 6P and I get the same error message but only when I am using the Jaybird X2's. Still trying to research if this is an issue with 6.0.1 as I did not have issues with this headset on my Nexus 6 or iPhone. Anyone else know how I can fix this?
Same boat... Stock 6.0.1 with xposed. This will present issues with my headphones and pebble!

I have same issue with bluetooth, installing cm13 with nightly from 17.04 , bluetooth work the first time, but on next day it stoped working. When push the bluetooth button it stays grey and shared bluetooth stoping message. I update to 20.04 nightly and issue is still there. (On Galaxy S5 G900f)
I hope it Will be fixed soon.
Otherwise this ROM is awsome !

Having this issue as well. Stock rom, started happening as soon as I installed xposed.
EDIT: Disabled all xposed modules, rebooted, bluetooth works. Paired a headset. Re-enabled xposed modules, rebooted, bluetooth still works.
I hate to activate an old thread but I'm having this issue on my 6P with 7.1.2.
My car is not usable with my phone.
I have tried clearing data everywhere and nothing works.
This just started happening a few day ago.
Any suggestions?

No update recently? Except 7.1.2 i guess?
Did you try clearing cache from recovery?
Did you try resetting Bluetooth profiles as well?
Does your phone works with other devices?
When you activate it while in your car, does your phone see your car Mac address/name (mine shows VW PHONE).
What kind of car do you have? I own a VW Golf 6 and sometimes my car also starts acting crazy and fails to see my phone.
I have access to the Bluetooth module which is under the front passenger seat. So I unplug it, wait a minute and plug it back. This trick saved me a few times.
If nothing works, try a factory reset? Flash 7.1.2 again? Or latest 7.1.1 if it was working yet..?

Update to 7.1.2. (Flashed multiples times. Another Flash wil not solve).
Using ROM Toolbox forced stop Bluetooth Share and cleared data.
Deleted all profiles
Rebooted into recovery and cleared caches.
I've done that more than once.
I can pair my phone to the car no problem.
Once paired Bluetooth Share will stop. Which also means Bluetooth goes away.
My car and the phone will then go through this never ending cycle of connecting and disconnecting over and over......
The car is a 2008 BMW 335. Worked fine even with 7.1.2 on my original 6P. This phone had been through multiple OS upgrades.
What is different is this phone is a replacement and is running 71.2, This one is a clean install of 7.1.2.
Oh, my Plantronics Edge headset works fine. My LG Watch Urbane 2 works fine also.
I bet is has something to do with Bluetooth Low Power, which I know the BMW does not support.

My Nexus is doing the same thing, especially when WIFI and bluetooth are on at the same time. As my WIFI crashes when the bluetooth is on.

My solution was to completely wipe the phone and install a clean version of the factory ROM.
I go a replacement device and restored from a nandroid backup and it appears something was bad in the restore.
So I bit the bullet as a last resort and wiped the phone.
I hand't wiped the data but something in a file somewhere had my phone hosed.
It may not sound pretty but a complete wipe is in order.

I actually decided to return mine to the seller........Loved the phone besides the wifi and bluetooth problem. Back to my faithful Lg g4

Good evening,
my brand new tablet does not want to connect any more to WiFi nor bluetooth.
This morning when I received it, everything worked well but after I rooted it, wifi and bluetooth stopped working!
I tried everything to solve the issues: 2 hard reset, updated to Rom JM6... in vain.
Description: in Wi-Fi parameters: when I make "activation", it shows "error" and for " bluetooth activation ", absolutely nothing happens.

I hope you dod everything right when flashing a new ROM. Wipe all data, eject SIM and SD and use the right PID file
this should work.
Try to reflash the ROM and look what happen.

I have a problem with my nexus 4. I wanted to use cyanogenmod instead of the stock rom, so i rooted my device yesterday and flashed the latest stable build of cm (10.1.2).
Everything worked fine, except for the wifi; it won´t turn on. It get´s stuck on the "turning on wifi"-page, wtih the button in off-position and saying "turning on wifi".
I´ve read some threads were people had the same problem, but nothing seems to fix it. I made a factory reset, wiped cache and dalvik, fixed permissions, but in didn´t work on cm 10.1.2.
So i tried a different build, cm 10.1.1 stable, but the problem persisted. I tried the same things I did on the 10.1.2, but it did not help. So I tried using the latest nightly, but that didn´t help either.
I thought i go back to the stock build to fix it, because it still worked after I rooted the device and still had the stock on it, but unfortunately that did not fix it. I made a factory reset, and wiped cache and dalvik again, but it just won´t work.
Long story short, i don´t know what to do now I rooted and flashed several devices before and never had a problem that did persist even nafter i tried multiple buidls of cm and wiping everything everytime; so if anybody has any idea where this problem comes from and how i could fix it that would be really great

Im having a similar problem, i think we have to flash a different radio ?

Flash a different radio? What excactly does that mean? I must admit I have not heard of that :laugh:
By the way, I just unrooted my device and relocked the bootloader, but that didn´t fix the problem either.
Stock CM Kernel? If so, try flashing kernels with prima drivers. If the problem persists, I guess it may be hardware. On another note, do you have bluetooth or GPS on? Try turning those off and try connecting.

I just tried the franco R163 with prima drivers, that did not fix it. But, speaking of the bluetooth, i´ve just noticed that the same problems occurrs with that. I trie to turn it on an it stays at "turning on bluetooth" without actually turning on. Maybe that helps to know what the problem is.
What other kernel with prima drivers would you recommend?

I´ve read through a few threads on that bluetooth-issue, which apparently is more common than my wifi issue. I was wondering if my wifi-issue could have something to do with the bluetooth, because other users who have said bluetooth issue found their bluetooth temporarily on after reboot; then after a while the bluethooth issue appeared again.
In my case the bluetooth doesn´t appear to be on, but i was thinking that maybe it is, but the software fails to display that and that that is interfering with my wifi.
Could that be a possibility?
Out of the box my nexus 4 refused to connect to my TPLINK wr941ND router, wifi was set months ago, nexus 7 works as charm same with evo 3d and others. I thought wtf and turned on wifi on broadband modem, it showed up on nexus 4.... And suddenly network from router poped up as well. I switched off wifi on modem and nexus lost wifi from router. At this moment I went for a walk... When I come back done factory reset, reboot the router, no effect. Changed settings from WPA2/QSS to WPA without QSS - no change, then I changed channel from #13 (best in my location, all my neighbours using #1 and #6) to #1 and instantly nexus found network.... So it seems that sumthing is apparently with wifi, when I changed channel back to #13 it drops the connection and says that networtk is out of range. So finally I checked all the channels from 1st to 13th and it works from #1 to #10, 11 till 13 dunt work. Maybe this info will help sumone with simillar problems.

I have a problem. I'm rocking with N DP5 with DeCrypted Kernel and root.
Everything works fine until today morning. I rebooted my phone and when It come back the wifi can't turning on.
The wifi mac shows 02:00:00:00:00:00.
Bluetooth and IMEI is fine (able to use LTE and GSM)
What am I tried:
- Rebbot (several times, with sim without sim)
- Wipe Cache and Dalvik
- Flash radio
- Delete wpa_supplicant files
At last I tried to change the wlan0 interface state to UP but the shell refuses it because It can't find it.
Only have data, dummy and rmnet_ipa interfaces up.
At night I will try to reflash the DP 5 but It would be nice if anybody can suggest me some solution!
So, nobody. I checked the dmesg at boot and it can't load the wlan module. Tried with some kernel and some radio, nothing is changed in the dmesg. So I believe it's a hardware issue and I sent to Huawei. I will report back what happened.

i believe it's a faulty solder joint between your WiFi chip and your main board.
i had exactly the same issue on my LG G2, and was able to solve it after a long series of research and trial/error, posted a summarizing thread here on the forums.
i thought this would only happen on LG devices and i am not sure if Huawei has the same problems... but since you've already sent it back to them, i guess your problem will be solved in the next days/weeks anyways.

Just updated to 7.1.1 from 7.0 where all was well with the car (BMW 530 - E60), but now I have no contacts viewable from the car.
I've tried deleting the phone and repairing but still the problem persists, I can't see any contacts anymore on 7.1.1
Anybody have any idea how to fix?

my bluetooth isn't working with my 2011 GMC now that I've flashed 7.1.1 It connects for a second or two, then disconnects. This was an issue on the Pixel, but now its fixed on 7.1.1 not sure why 6P got screwed up

Bluetooth connects no problems in 7.0 to my 2011 Chev Cruze. Update to 7.1.1, drops every second. Flash factory image of 7.1.1 in hope that it might have been an OTA issue, and no luck. Flash 7.0 factory image, and bluetooth works and stays connected with my car. But after downgrading I lost the ability to restore all my apps and data, just had the Gapps. There wasn't an option to restore the info from my 6P previous to factory imaging it.. So now I have to manually search the apps out and reinstall them.
I just don't understand how Google keeps screwing this up. I'm grateful to have a Nexus and I can rescue myself, but it would be a piss off if I was not aware of how to get myself back to a place when the phone actually WORKED. It's just nonsense.

2012 GMC Sierra. No Bluetooth issues at all with MM or Nougat 7.0. Side-loaded 7.1.1 OTA this morning, now my Bluetooth connection drops/connects repeatedly (every 2-3 seconds). Have deleted the BT device from phone & repaired, wiped cache, & rebooted with no success. Stock/no root here.

I have been having the same issue, but apparently no one in the threads of the roms I have flashed do not appear to be having that issue

Coming from the CRAP build on my 955FD. The new CRB7 build is causing my car Bluetooth to suddenly stop and then resume audio but with a significant delay. It did not do this in CRAP. I am rooted and am looking for any way to fix this issue. Everything else works. I tried to downgrade but I believe we cannot downgrade galaxy phone anymore (odin stuck). Any advice would be very helpful.
What about try freshly pair your phone with car ?
Also try delete cache from stock recovery (or twrp, base on what rec. you have)

Actually formatted my cars head unit and re added the phone. Deleting the cache doesn't help either.
Because I came from ZRA5 to CRB7 with no_wipe , and I dont have any problems with car BT audio.
I dont think anyone will have other response than backup your data and do a factory reset :/
Well atleast it pairs, i cant connect to bt earbuds at all. Tried with a set of a friend aswell and the result was the same.
Atleast my usb c earbuds are finally working properly.
Actually found out my radar was causing the issue with bluetooth delay. Weird.
