You can't do it in one step, or only with your phone. My guide has detailed instructions on how to update:

There is a update that wants to download to my phone, one of the updates that will unroot your phone. The thing is driving me nuts popping up every 5 seconds. Is there a way to shut that thing off??
Thanks

There is a way just to give you some hope. You have to remove something. I think it might be SDM. But I'm not sure.

There just has to be an easier way than to take the update, run Odin to reroot, then reflash Superuser. That was my only point. I will do all that if I have too
I see your In IA. I don't see neighbors on here too often.

I started up my phone yesterday and it wouldn't load past the droid eye. I tried all the factory resets and everything but nothing worked. Droid XT907 Unrooted
Were you doing anything to the phone prior to this? Is your battery okay? Can you boot into fastboot? If you can, go to this thread to flash the latest firmware: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2873081 .
