GPS fix for LG G3 6.0 MM aosp roms.
(Marshmallow) Temporary fix for early builds.
This zip replaces 1 lib " libloc_api_v02.so" in MM rom pulled from LG G3 stock lollipop.
Do not flash on Stock MM.

FYI. Fix will be gone when you update your ROM. Best to see if GPS has been fixed by your dev. If not flash this again.

Works thanks.
Broken 6.0 D850. Working. I am indoors with 2 floors above me.
Works for me as well but it caused my phone to run hotter then normal. Ls990. Broken Nebula
Appears to be working on my d852 running CM13. I am noticing my phone may be hotter than normal. I just flashed the zip so I'll give it some time and see if it settles down.
Thanks, good job!
It also turns your phone into a handwarmer also..lol. Mine has been warm too but return to normal after settling. I'm testing more zips too see if all those libs actually need to be replaced or not. Just to be sure.
Edit..Only 1 lib needs to replaced. Will upload a new zip soon. This will be replaced " libloc_api_v02.so"
New zip up.
Anyone has similar fix but for LP roms? I'd be grateful for a link.

Thanks so much for your solution! My vs985 with CM13 can use GPS now!
After flashing CM13, it can search all the satelites but no fix at all! Don't know why CM doesn't use this stock lib for G3......
Brilliant!! Worked like a charm! The one thing my ls990 needed was a working GPS, and you did it, you awesome bastard! Thank you!!
I tried this, I have 21 sats but 0 fix. I'm on CM13 using a d852. Not sure why it doesn't work for me. I have tried a few different CM nightlies
At least you have Sats showing. Have you tried Gps status to reset agps data or clear map data and try again.
I did some testing today with the the d855 30b kdz. I extracted libloc_api_v02.so from it and replaced the one on my CM13 install with it. It does the same thing the stock CM13 one does; no gps fix or any satellites seen. So I guess we're stuck using the older file for now.
Fixed broken GPS on RessurectionRemix 6.0.1 Thanks
Works perfectly on my ls990 running candy 6. Thanks so much for the fix!

I had a ZERO fix as well until I ran GPS Status/Fix and did the AGPS reset and it works like a charm now. Some times you have to let it sit for a while to get it's first fix as it may be downloading the information but after that first initial fix you should get a fix within 5-10 seconds, that's the way mine is.

Sorry guys I got it built yesterday then got distracted I'll see if I can't get it booting this morning
*it looks like my problems are early in init I get a boot USB comes alive but adb never kicks it reboots first so I need to investigate ramdisk.
ramdisk seems fine it may be a problem with my custom package I'm stealing the cm10.2 build changes and going to try running make otapackage that way maybe it's a permissions issue
*ok been looking around and aparantly everyone is using the r1 branch because the r2.1 branch and the dev branches don't quite work lol I'm destroying this repo and syncing again
*FINALLY I got the aosp build system replaced with something a bit more practical and I have a build with a compiled flashable zip woohoo still only a partial boot but it's going faster
*arghhhh I put cm10.2 together in it's super duper early state and didn't get any life out of it either I'm off to bed

Hello
I'm Italian, I installed your Rom is I had no problems installing and booting.
the wifi works well, the GPS satellites located (I have not yet done so to make the fix), the Rom is very fast and responsive (ok that has few apk installed).
Unfortunately, the 3g does not work, does not view the SIM, my provider is TIM (Telecom Italy Mobile)
Congratulations for the great work anyway.

The way AOSP is set up, it uses the same alphabet order when there are incremental builds. O comes before V, etc. V being the latest I believe.

Duh, I had a brain fart. Built from aosp. Was thinking my Samsung ways and taking a ROM and hacking it apart, not building from source.
Thanks guys

CyanogenMod tries to build a new, fresh "nightly" version every 24 hours for each of the devices it supports, which includes the most up-to-date changes to the source code, provided from all over the Internet. Of course, the nightly builds may also contain newly-introduced bugs, but hey- if you feel adventurous, you can help make CyanogenMod better by trying these experimental builds and reporting back bugs to the developers.

I really haven't had any issues.. been running the nightlies since they were available from other users who built them, now just running the official ones. I will report anything I find, but so far it's been flawless.
The only issue I seem to be having is incoming mms photos are really compressed. Anyone else have this issue?
I believe the only major bug currently is, VoLTE is broken.
I just installed 4-21 yesterday and seen that today's build 4-22 will have the 5.1.1 merged so I dirty flashed over 4-21 and all seems good so far. I can't test VoLTE because I don't have it in my area.
I just did the same.
I did notice some weird stuff on the 4/20 build, but I think it was related to my DPI change. I reverted back to the stock DPI and everything seems ok now.
I have volte on Verizon but I believe its like chroma if u reboot u have to turn off then back on
Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
4/22 build is slow to send SMS at times and noticed the messaging app is goofy at times. I'll be in a message and normally it would say the contacts name on top, sometimes that is missing.
Will wipe and try new build and report back.
Has anybody else had issues with Bluetooth randomly shutting off and requiring a reboot to turn back on? I'm on 4/23 update.
I'm running into an issue where I just can't get cm 12.1 to boot. I had an issue w/ Chroma and flashed back to the latest factory images including bootloader, radio, everything. From there, I have TWRP back and working but no matter which combination of cm12.1 build I try with any of Zen, Franco or Lean kernels along w/ the gapps from the cm wiki, I just get stuck at the blue robot and expanding circle boot logo. No amount of time sitting (10+ minutes) allows it to pass. Admittedly I have not tried w/o a kernel, but I don't want to encrypt it. The phone boots fine with stock just fine. A new install of Chroma works as well without issue. Thoughts anyone? Thanks in advance.

Probably some changes have been done that those kernels dont support, for Zen did you use the anykernel zip? That *should* work.
Also, VoLTE works, but you must first toggle it off, then toggle it on. If you reboot, you must redo these steps, but it does work.
Anyone got volte to work on verizon yet on the latest 12.1 nightlies?

4/28 Nightly with the "super alpha" xposed 5.1 is working great for me.
Outstanding.
My favorite ROM is possibly just hours from being released to the public.
This ROM is typically soooo stable and features tons of customization.
I imagine we'll have to wait for all the usual features to be added.
I mean, it is the FIRST to drop.
This is still a fresh ROM and will likely have some ironing out to be done but that is what the ROM world is all about.

Yes. Seems fine, a little laggy compared to stock imho. And camera is lacking. I went back to stock as I couldn't get the official camera on play store. I've extracted the apk and will test a other day. Lazy.
Seems snappy for me. Got this error FAILED (remote: partition table doesn't exist) when trying to flash the vendor, but it still booted and works fine (gave me a an old vendor error on first boot, but doesn't seem to have affected anything

I wonder if I need to flash the vendor if I'm already on NMF26O?
I flashed the full 7.1.1 to both slots. I wonder if I could dual boot this on one slot and stock/root/Elemental on another slot.
EDIT: Just had a thought. Since both slots share userdata, wiping to flash would this rom would wipe my other slot as well. :-/

Hi XDA,
Before some days, I'd unlocked my Redmi 3S's bootloader.
To be true, I hate MIUI. So, when HridayHS made the AOKP ROM, I could not resist myself for flashing it on my phone.
So, I flashed it, but after flashing it, my Wifi got stopped.
Its address is appearing 02:00:00:00.
And, there's one more problem. My phone's sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor) are not working. They were working before I changed the ROM, but now, they are not working.
And, my mistake, I did not take the backup of stock MIUI ROM.
I have tried downloading the stock MIUI ROM from the official website and flashed it, but again...wifi not working. :'(
Kindly help.

Try kernel above and report whether the WiFi is works or not, in my case, my WiFi works after installing the kernel above (But don't expect a in-kernel feature cz it's still WIP )

Icarolo, kindly check PM. Can I have some files from your backup?
Flammenwerferx, nope buddy. I've already tried flashing it, but still wifi Mac address is 02:00....
I've even tried changing ROMs but this didn't solve the issue.
What to do?
Update: Wifi started working. What I did is, I'd a file named CM Wifi Fix which was for Xperia, I think. I extracted that zip and placed the files in my ROM and rebooted and it started working!
But still, sensors are not working.
Hi can you give me that file ?
I never had issue with the sensors...

How did you get the kernel to boot? What toolchain you used? I tried to boot the kernel with no changes after compiling from the sources given by Xiaomi but it doesn't boot. Could you tell me how were you able to get it booting?

I don't know, that's Darshan's Kernel
I also compile using UBERTC and have no luck, got some errors and fixed it and compile it successfully, flashed and stuck
I think you need to contact him at [email protected]
