Disconnect the USB cable when the transfer completes.
Finally, open Settings > Updates > menu > Local update, select the Update.app package and flash it.
Whats new for this build ?
There are some visible differences between the 521 and the 523, or maybe not worth installing if 521 works well?

B521 have some security flaws (stagefright...) not B523.

Is it possible to get 4.4.2 69 Central Europe for Xperia Z2 D6503?
I don't think it's available yet. There is a .69 Taiwan version and a .55 European (UK and France customisation) but no .69 European.
I got update to .69 (Sweden) notice yesterday from Sony Bridge. If you can tell me how to extract FTF i can help you with that.

MD5 of FTF file: e974abff8286f295ebe09cb62fd99302
I advise checking the MD5 sum of the file you downloaded matches the above value with md5summer or similar software of your preference before you flash it.
How to flash stock roms with Flashtool
How to root 10.5.1.A.0.292
If you are flashing this over a newer firmware version, then a full wipe is essential.
Enjoy!
Ugh, AFH decides to perform maintenance just when I uploaded this! Just after I started moving stuff away from Dev Host because they're unreliable as well.
Sorry to anyone wanting to download. They should be back up fairly soon.
Edit - it appears that whatever they did disabled access to the file.
I'll upload again today.
Edit 2 - Reuploaded and working fine!

Hello!
Does this firmware contains Vodafone apps : discover, cloud, protect...?
Sorry for my bad English.
Repair the download link, it is about an hour it took my time and nothing.

I just downloaded it twice from two different AFH mirrors since your post. The download link is fine.
I have another 292 rom hosted on Mediafire here if that helps.

Hello,
I have tried the new Nordic Rom N9005XXUGPOF3. Double flash, factory reset. Unified Daemon is still using too much data. More than 30 MB per day. It worked good on 4.4.2 but tried 2 lollipop roms and still no luck.
I know I can disable it but I like the idea of having weather info on the photos, on the s-view...
Has been fixed in Saudi Arabia or Germany DBT rom?
Thanks.
In Saudi Arabia ROM this error is still present.

You can try to freeze it via titanium
I firstly disabled the service via Service disabler, then uninstalled that along with the weather apps with Root Uninstaller.
N9005 HLTE:
Rom: Audax_L
Kernel: Audax
Recovery: TWRP
Indian users of Honor 7 may have a beta test after all.
The Indian twitter handle of Honor replied to 2 of my queries with contradicting tweets but the latter gives hope

No Beta Test for Indian Users
Looks like no Beta test for India after all.
I fail to understand this bigotry though - beta test for Europe and none for India (and possibly rest of the world)
You can update it by yourself.

Update how ?
I don't think so. Indian Honor is of a different build (B170) than the European builds and hence manual update would not be possible.
Unless I root, complete wipe my Indian version with a European version, but then I will lose the use of 4G in most parts of India. So not really useful
