I have a Galaxy S4 i9500.
It is rooted but i still have it on its stock software.
It worked well for months, but since 2 to 3 days, my google play store stopped connecting to the internet although my wifi works superfine with the other devices i have.
i tried deleting the google account and re-signing in but it got worse. Now WHENEVER i try signing into my google account, it says that " There was an error communicating with the google servers. Try Again Later."
My Phone is useless without the google apps.\
I tried changing date/time to automatic,
RE-Installing google play services
clearing data and cache
but NOTHING seems to work out !
Please help me, i'm really desperate for any help
Hi,
Clearing data of Google Play services, Google Service Framework, and Google Play Store, log out and log in again should solve your issue.

I began having an issue earlier today with Google Play where I got an unknown error 110. I thought maybe it was just bad connection, but I still had the issue on WiFi. I looked around for about an hour for solutions, and found two common and relevant fixes - clear Google play cache and factory reset. I tried the first and there was nothing to clear. I then tried to install a 3rd app and it failed to open the .apk. I also made sure my phone allowed unknown sources, and my settings crashes every time I hit security. After all of this failing, I decided to factory reset, and everything is still the same, except the Google Play error is now 406 with the same effect. Is there a good way to get this fixed?
Currently using Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 SCH-I545 with 4.4.2.

Already tried that, both before and after the factory reset. Both buttons are greyed out. I also was forced to re-add my Gmail account after the reset. Both my usual and backup Gmail accounts have the issue in the Google Play store.

I still cannot open any .apk file manually, giving the error "unable to open file". I'm not sure waiting for Google Play to update will fix this. Also what about settings->security crashing?
My hangouts was lagging like two days ago, so I cleared cache & data. Usually after doing this it would ask me which account I would like to log in as, and when I selected it, it would log me in. This time when I tried it said "Couldn't sign in because we couldn't connect to Google. Try again." I tried on WiFi and mobile data (I was on vacation in Canada)... No luck. I even did the delete Google Play Services thing.. Still gave me the same message. Any idea what caused this and how I can fix it? Thanks a lot in advance.
Hello, today I rooted my phone to use apps such as gamekiller and when it rooted it was all fine. I could use Google services, access play store and everything. But later on I did a factory reset on my phone because it was full of unwanted data and apps that I don't need. When I did the reset and I come to log in with Google it wouldn't let me use Google account it kept saying "Couldn't sign in. Cannot establish a reliable connection to the server." I can't use Google anymore, I can't use my login on YouTube, I can't access the play store, I can't use snapchat because of Google play services. I cannot use anything to do with Google. Anybody know what to do? Would running a custom rom work? I've also researched to problem. Date and time is normal. Wifi proxy is none which all causes problems for people and Google if they don't have them....
Thanks guys
Hi all, hope you can help me fixing this strange problem on my dad note 3.
Basically whenever you go in settings ---> general ---> accounts and click on the google account the settings app crashes instead of showing all the sync options. All the other accounts (dropbox, whatsapp etc..) work normally. The phone is unrooted and updated to latest official build.
Factory reset does fix this but after a while (my dad says when the google app is updated but he's not 100% sure) the problem is present again.
Thanks in advice to everyone will help. i'll be glad to offer you a beer
yes same issue with me. after Google play service update, it causes this issues. Anybody please help us.
Same here; tried an hard reset and it works fine, then after updating all the apps (including play services) it start to crash, so 99% depends on play services; send feedbacks to google so they will fix it

Hi guys, I've been playing with Lucky Patcher lately, to be exact, I wanted to remove Google Ads. Unlucky enough, it won't let me connect to Google Play anymore. I tried forcing stop on Google Play Store and wiping cache, factory reset many times but nothing works. Please help!
EDIT: I can't even add any google account because it says: "There was a problem communicating with Google servers. Try again later"
Use AdAway instead. Root necessary.
