urgently Help! - Device boot looping, Can´t flash stock at all - X Play Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello Everyone,
If anyone could help me, it would be highly appreciated.
Yesterday, I tried to update to the lastest Android 6.0 Version, my Moto X PLAY in Brazil.
I installed via Recovery, using the Official ZIP. When I did it, boot loop started.
I did factory erase, now it stills get boot looping, I can go to fastboot and recovery, but that'a all.
Tried to used RSD LITE, it dos not recognize my mobile, Device status are all " N/A"
Tried to use CMD via Fastboot, some of the commnads work, some of them fails.
Not sure of what I can do to solve this =confused:

They are reported to help in similar case with Nexus phone and they are allowed even when the bootloader is locked. Flashing the original 5.1.1 kernel via fastboot should work too even with locked bootloader. This post describing how to downgrade to Lollipop should help since your troubles started after attempting to upgrade to Marshmallow: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x-play/general/reminder-how-to-downgrade-6-0-to-5-1-1-t3267253. If error messages appear, maybe it's because you're using an older version of fastboot in Windows?

Here's a zip file containing a working version of fastboot along with the setup file for the Motorola driver: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-OWWP0oC4yLVVRYSGRVcEFOd0U/view?usp=sharing

Got mine working!
I had the same problem, I was stock in the same bootloader screen.
The problem happened after flashing a firmware thru fastboot incorrectly (I was missing the las part of the system partition image #8). After you do this you cannot unlock the bootloader unless you have activated the OEM unlock option in Developer settings. If you didn't there is no way to unlock it.
I got my xt1563 dualsim back on by reflashing a compatible firmware. You can find the firmware here.
Mind the model and origin of your phone to select the correct firmware. If you select a different one fastboot will fail to flash it.
I ordered my moto x play on motorola.com I live in Mexico, because of that they sent a phone with a LATAM (latinamerican) firmware. I found this firmware, which then I flashed
Here is a guide on how to flash firmwares with fastboot.
Hope it Helps

What error says RSD? What did you do? You tried to flash recovery? If yes, which? What is displayed on phone's screen when in fastboot mode? Give us more information.

the bootloader void

I've made some sort of mistake. I now have, what seems to be a bricked phone.
Phone was working fine but need to send it in. Want to unroot. FolIowed procedures via fastboot and had good success less the unlocked message.
I got careless but can't remember exactly what I did to get me to the state I'm in.
I can boot to bootloader (but nothing else) but all commands fail. If I perform 'fastboot devices', I get - ZY2235NZNF.
Beyond that, I get failures. first command - "fastboot oem lock begin"
(bootloader) Not supported command in current status!
FAILED (remote failure)
I was indeed able to boot to the phone and was only having the issue of the unlocked message. Now... I have the ~shame~
I have no Android so I cant get USB debugging... SO frustrated.
Thank you.
My goal here is to get my phone unrooted and back to stock rom.
Or, is it dead?
Thank you for reading my post and thank you in advance for any direction you can offer.

flash twrp then try flashing any stock based ROM . once it's starts working...flash firmware using RSD lite. BTW you can't take the bootloader back to original state, you can relock it, in fastboot it'll show "relocked"
after flashing the ROM just use command
fastboot oem lock

None of this works because the bootloader is locked.
Can't flash anything.
I tried everything. i got it to flash stock recovery. not that this did me any good. nothing else flashes. locked bootloader. can't unlock. won't flash anything until it is unlocked.
How do I unlock bootloader? I've tried fastboot method with key, no go. I've tried the motogogo (whatever) tool and no no.

Thank you. But, 'should be' doesn't help me.
What now? What other recommendations?
If our phone is bootloader unlocked, at the fastboot screen it will mention software status as Modified. looking at your fastboot screen, for me it looks more serious and I'm guessing it should be fine to just send the phone to the service center. perhaps a good idea to empty the battery as well so that the technician thinks it is completely dead

You can try to copy a valid ROM to your SD Card (the file named UPDATE.APP must be stored in a folder named "dload") and to start the phone by pressing Vol+, Vol- and Power simultaneously.
If that does not help, you could still "revive" the phone with DC Phoenix: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoenix-flash-repair-tutorial
The cost is 15 EUR/USD

Hi guys, I ran into the same thing. Please let me know if someone of you manage to get out of the black screen.
I tried also debrand and then write a probably wrong oeminfo and then flashed the firmware for that oeminfo and now it's like dead, only fastboot reachable.
Please share any ideas... I don't want to get to DC-Phoenix or similar.
Thanks!
Sometimes in fastboot say the OEM it's unlocked, but that it's wrong, when you flash a OEM Info, or flash a update.app, OEM gets locked, no matter if fastboot say something else, try unlock your bootloader

it's not unlocked if it says command not allowed.
try unlocking again, it should work after that
when you flash a stock rom, the bootloader gets locked again, but for some reason it still says unlocked in fastboot mode. it's probably to prevent you from restoring warranty after unlocking your device
Thank you!

P9 hard bricked

This is my first time posting on XDA, so sorry if the formatting is bad.
I've tried to root my P9 lite installing TWRP and Magisk, everything went fine, until the last reboot that caused a bootloop.
Trying to fix this I mistakenly wiped the System partition (instead of Data), reading online people adviced to flash the update.zip, when i tried it I had "unable to mount /vendor" and "unable to mount /product".
I tried the update.app method and the eRecovery tool, but still nothing.
I read that the problem was probably caused by en error in boot.img or recovery.img, so i extracted those files from the firmware and flashed them using TWRP. By doing so i deleted TWRP itself leaving me unable to flash system.img.
I tried to flash it using fastboot, but every time i try to write a command regarding flashing i get a FAILED (remote: command not allowed).
Now i have a bricked phone, i can access fastboot but it doesnt seem to be working. I cant access adb since i can't access the recovery (at least i dont know how to ).
Any advices?
