[Q] Fails to load Wifi drivers

This issue is mostly present on AOSP 4.3> ROMs. It occurs randomly and if I look in the logcat it says "WifiStateMachine: Failed to load driver". Then, when I try to turn wifi on nothing happens. The slider goes to the right but stays grey. And if i go out and then back to settings the slider is back to the off position again. In the logcat it just says "Turning on wifi: True" or something but nothing happens since the drivers failed to load.
Anyone who knows what's causing this? I have tried different modems, ROMs, old and knox bootloader but it seems to be coming back.

I got the same error after installing cm-13.0, have you figured it out how to rectify this?

Some ROMs require the phone to be using the latest bootloader and modem which means the phone may be running a modem and bootloader that are outdated.

[Q] Camera 360 issue

Hi!
I've got a problem with an app Camera 360 Ultimate. After installing everything works OK including front camera, but when i want to switch to the back camera then there is an issue: "Camera won't start. Please retry later or restart your cell phone". Of course i tried restarting (rebooting) but nothing happened. Does anybody know how to solve this problem ? My device: Galaxy S4 i9505 on Cyanogenmod 12.

MTP USB Device Failed

My Lenovo A3000 was working fine till it got infected with some viruses. I tried many apps like CM Security, Avast , Malware Byte but it did not help. So, I did Factory Reset. But after that I found that Google Play Store is not working. It gives a error massage "could not be downloaded due to an error 491". So, I again did Wipe data/ Factory Reset(pressing Vol up + Power button, U know how to do that I do not know the technical term). This time I get new problems like "unfortunately gapps has stopped working" and "android keyboard has stopped working aosp". So I decided to flash stock rom which i found in another post of XDA . But when I tried to install the driver to flash the rom i got another problem which was my computer did not detect my device I mean it was supposed to show a device like MTKxxx in device manager but it did not. When I switch on the Tablet and connected it to pc get another problem like "MTP USB Device Failed". So. it will be very much help if anyone can help me with anything. Thank you.

unable to resolve host

Please help me fix this
After i flash the raging beast kernel, my phone get warning "unable to resolve host ... " In some apps, it can't connect network, but it can in wifi
I try to restore default kernel but still facing this problem, reflash & still facing this problem

Back from hardbrick

Hello,
I managed to reinstall my hardbrick phone. Turns on, it works, but there are bugs:
- the screen does not respond properly to the touch;
- find the wifi network, but it will not connect
- in camera mode, "gallery application unfortunately stopped" message.
To be complete:
I found two ROMs for the phone. The original and an upgrade version. Both of them were downloaded from needrom.com. After installing the original, there were only two errors:
- camera;
- WiFi.
After installing the upgrade, the screen error came up. I tried to reinstall the original but there was a problem with the screen error.
Now it's just softbrick.
The phone is a Chinese device, SSTX P8 +. MT6580
Can anyone help me improve my bugs?
