PIN lock screen loading AFTER Swipe when i boot = no security - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshootin

Hi I have a SGH-I337 on 4.4.2. If I wipe my Dalvik and cache I get the Swipe screen and can access my phone without ever entering my PIN! My phone has been set to PIN ever since i installed GOLDFINGER 9.0 XXUGNK4 . This only happens if i wipe Dalvik and Cache. Anyone ever encountered this?

Bootloop. No CWM (Reactivation Lock). Any way of wipe cache/dalvik using PC?

Guys, I'm in trouble! =/
I use Omega ROM (still on Android 4.3) and suddenly after rebooting my Note 3 it got stuck on Omega boot animation forever. The only thing I did before rebooting was moving some apps to SD card using Clean Master and I froze S Finder using Titanium Backup because S Finder got updated some days ago and it was activated again here. Due to the fact that i enabled Reactivation Lock I simply cant enter Recovery Mode.
Is there anything I could try except from flashing stock ROM over Omega itself using Odin?
I have important files on my internal storage. I need to recover them all.
Thanks so much in advance for all help!
Just to change/update my main doubt.
Is there any way to enter Recovery Mode to clean cache and dalvik cache bypassing Reactivation Lock? Any way to disable Reactivation Lock or wiping those caches using PC?

unfortunately settings has stopped

i have flashed the latest nightly of AICP, before that i did factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, when done, i press on display in settings i get the message : settings has stopped. its only happening when pressing the display button. any idea ?

Forgot encryption key

I encrypted my phone when I was using CM13. It was all good, until I decided to set a pattern screen lock.
Fun part: I forgot the pattern.
I rebooted to recovery, intended to wipe data, but was baffled when I saw the thing: the pattern has became the encryption key.
I tried flashing firmware with Heimdall, it boots properly but asks for the pattern.
How can I disable the encryption?

Edit: solved. I wiped data with firmware recovery.

Cleared cache, now phone doesn't boot and goes to recovery

A friend just cleared cache and dalvik cache from TWRP on his OP5 and now when the phone turns on, it shows the spinning OOS boot screen and after about 30 seconds it starts the recovery.
We tried flashing the ROM again but it didn't change a thing. We tried flashing it from the stock recovery but clicking "Install from internal storage" didn't work and ADB sideloading is not possible.
I'm running out of ideas.
Try doing adb sideload from linux instead of windows. You can also choose to load the rom from a pendrive using otg.
just flash twrp again, flash oos, boot. might ask for a password, at that point you will restart back to recovery (will be oos recovery now) and just select you dont know the password and it will wipe your phone and then turn on. then go back and reinstall twrp again.
my guess is he accidentally clicked clear system, clearing cache doesnt break anything. clearing system on oos breaks it and you have to start fresh. that or install a custom rom.... but oos is better, so id spend the time and just do it right.

Help! I have a xt1575 and when I do a wipe in the latest twrp, it crashes and reboots

So basically I installed a un oficial lineage os 17 rom in my secondary phone, a moto x pure xt1075 and I did not like the performance, so I decided to install another rom, so I was gonna wipe the Dalvik cache, System, Data and Cache. The problem is that when I swipe to wipe, the twrp crashes and reboots. So now I have no android os and now I have this phone without os. So I wandered if I could get any help on how to fix this problem with twrp.

This link is a video showing what happens when I swipe to wipe.
I also tried wiping each Dalvik cache, System, Data and Cache individually and the phone gets stuck and vibrates and reboots.
I honestly have no hope and I think I just broke my secondary phone
If someone tried to help me I would appreciate it.
I also trie searching solutions and got nothing.
