[Q] Nexus 4 Random Reboots and Sudden Battery Drain, Stock 4.3

Hi,
Anyone know if this is solvable issue or anyone has any experience or ideas what's going on with my phone? My phone shuts down randomly and when i turn it on after few seconds, it has appx 5-10% less battery then before!! it has happened 3 times in last 10 days already.. And really frustrating..
I don't have any shady apps and using stock 4.3 so no rooting as well..

but since upgrading to the kitkat port the issue is gone.

How to get kitkat on N4?! I thought its not out yet!!

Try downloading 'BetterBatteryStats' from XDA, and 'Wakelock Detector'. Both of these apps can help you pinpoint what is draining your battery. With 4.3 I found that I had a kernel wakelock issue that was fixed by keeping wifi on. Best of luck!

[Q] Battery Bug

I just got my Galaxy S5 on monday from T-Mobile. It has a bug where the battery was drained by Google + (25%, but disabled it after), Instagram with 10% (uninstalled it), but now, it is Google Play Services doing it. I have photos to show what my issue is. I am running stock T-Mobile latest kernel and rom.

Drive is too high as well when I force close apps through the native task manager often. Idk what is going on?

its wired , I didn't have anything like that , try reset factory or reflash your firmware using odin, here is my battery state but im on the previous firmware (NE2)

Google services battery drain

Hello everybody,
For some reason, even after device complete reset, the Google Play services always on the of the Alarm list under BBS.
I'm mostly connected to 3G. It doesn't matter if I'm connected to each one, the problem continues. I feel the the battery drain really fast!

The number of Wakeups for the Google Play Services is always (ALWAYS!) higher than any other apps. Sometimes it reaches 300+ wakeups!
Another problem. The phone keeps rebooting by itself... don't know why...
I'm on Dr.Ketan v14 rom, but the problem existed even before this release.
Any solution for this kind of problem?

In BBS press and hold the wakelock, from there you can see what service causing that. In my case, it was the "UserPresenceService" causing the wakelock. I disabled it using this..Take a look at "Disable Service"

Battery drain... Is this normal?

Hi Guys,
I am getting a massive battery drain over night while the screen is locked.
This doesn't make sense to me. I am rooted with Arter97 Kernel and the deodoxed rom from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/s6-edge-plus/development/deodexed-aoh3-t3195044
It was working fine a few days ago.

If it started a few days ago, its most likely some stuff you changed? Try uninstall apps you recently installed, might help.

Seems you have very bad phone signal. Turn airplane mode on then turn on wifi and let it idle for 2 hours and see how much it drains

5.0.2 Battery problem (hard resetted a few times)

Hi everyone!
Everything what I write is about stock rom:
After upgrading from Jellybean to Lolipop, I had a serious battery drain problems because of "Android System" even though I did hard reset a few times. I decided to go bback to Kitkat and had no problem with it. But nowadays I wanted to use Lollipop again thanks to its design and upgraded to 5.0.2 TRV30d with PCSuite. But still I have this problem, "Android System" uses a lot battery. I
You can see battery usage statistics, there is a problem with Android System in Lollipop but I can't understand the problem. I need your help guys!
I've only talked for 5 mins and connected to Wifi most of the time. I never turned on GPS, Bluetooth or NFC.

Install better battery stats to catch the root cause
