Hi All.
After getting the M.O.J.O. one of the first apps I installed was XBMC (OUYA version). I was able to install it fine and was able to add my media library without issues (network share).
The problem that I am seeing is when playing a movie. The movie starts playing and shortly after it pauses and starts buffering. I get the pause anywhere between 15 seconds and 1 min. Also, for some movies it plays in slow motion.
I was also trying a different version (non OUYA but with the same result).
I can play movies from the same network share on a different video player without issues.
Did anyone try XBMC? Was it working?
Thanks.
Hi,
I've played around with v.13, Gotham (alpha) and it works fine with 1080p videos.
Could it be a network speed issue? Is it with certain file formats?
I'll give it a good going over again tonight.

I don't think it is the network. I am using the same network for the rest of the devices in the house and don't have a problem. Also I can use M.O.J.O with a different android player (BSPlayer) and it works fine.
I will give Gotham a try.
Thanks.
Gotham seems fine.
I was able to play the video files with no issues now.
The build i used was Alpha 11 from December
Has anybody had any luck or even tried to get these three things working on this.
Ps4 remote play
Pc streaming using limelight
Kodi (xbmc) as media center
I have both ps4 remote play and limelight to stream my pc games from my pc working on my nexus 10 tablet and I connect that to my tv using the hdmi out. But since it is a tablet I don't wanna leave it hooked up to a tv. Would rather have a micro console of some sorts to do that. Plus I wanna plug in an external hard drive and play movies and tv shows off it and onto my tv. So I figured the mojo may work well.
Also has anybody successfully paired more than one moga controller to the mojo?
Thoughts? suggestions?
Thanks
Sent from my SM-N910P using XDA Free mobile app
I don't know about other stuff, but I have a moga pocket which paired correctly with Mojo.
Kodi works great!
No passthrough audio but everything else works well for me
Hi,
has anybody same problems with Mojo?
If i'm watching videos on amazon instant the stream pauses from time to time.
I can easilly continue streaming by pushing play but it's quite strange.
I also use moonlight for streaming games from my PC to Mojo. The resolution with 1920x1080 and 60fps works like a charm. But although i'm streaming over ethernet, there are lags or little freezes from time to time.
I ask myself if there is a correlation between those problems?
Is it hard- or software-sided?
Anybody ideas?
Thanks in advance
Edit: i rooted my Mojo without male-to-male USB cable. I used kingroot and twrp 2.8.2 for installing cm 12.1
Have you tried ask Mojo support for this? They can help, i haven't used Mojo the way you mention, only with Kodi with no probs at the moment.
The "pause" problem even occurs in kodi.
I haven't contacted them yet. But maybe that's an option...
So Im trying to stream from my gaming PC, wich is at my parents home, to my laptop. My problem is that I've got an USB Xbox Controller and I would like to play Gears of War 4 with it. But GoW4 seems to be the only game where it does not work. I dont understand it, because this controller does work in a non-streaming environment. So why shouldnt it work in this case? The controller is fine, works fine with Assetto Corsa and some other games. Can you guys help me? BTW, im streaming my entire Desktop wih mstsc.exe
I installed it but the entire tablet freezes if I try to stream a 1080p video.
Netflix works fine though.
Does this tablet just not have enough power to run Kodi?
Works fine for me
Works fine for me also.
i can stream 1080 from my NAS using NFS over WIFI
