Loading 2639 works, but the phone's blacklist prevents installing 10.3.1.2267 (as expected).
Not on a STL100-1 or anything like that.

when i make a call my device me an error contact your administrator and i can't receive any call
Why BB OS 10 has not its own forum? Such as it happens with Sailfish.
I know that most BlackBerry users are in crackberry, but XDA is very focused in android, and most of BB10 software relies in android

how do you mean not working. you see the icon of the 3G data connection? Otherwise institutions wireless data connection and then turn off and on. This should I do if every time I start android otherwise I have no connection.

Anybody that reads a tech website knows about it. Samsung's already put out a press release acknowledging the problem. When it's fixed, I'm sure they'll know about it before we will and put out another press release. Nothing's going to hijack your device that you don't allow. Don't visit sketchy websites, download iffy apps with a low number of users, and don't accept certificates from website's you're not comfortable with. For the time being I'd disable "Unknown sources" in settings and enable "Certificates" in the browsers security settings. Samir pointed out earlier the naive could get in trouble accidentally. We here aren't naive.
May be i used the wrong word what i ment was an normal user who is a layman when it comes to tech and believe there are many on this site to who come for advice.

com.sec.android.app billing (version2.00.21) with no specific icon (android icon)
it has permision to know when ther is a phone call
automatic launch on start up, reads incomiung messages with maybe extra cost,id ,wi fi is it turned of or on.
is this spyware ? i only can uninstall. it has 1.2 mb

write the name of process in Googe.com (there is a search bar on the page), and then point your mouse on the button: "SEARCH", and pressright button on your mouse.

Good Question.. I just Uninstalled it using Root Uninstaller and now i can't do any payment on installed apps, because it crashes and error pop-up saying theres no billing system
So in my thought I think that is the primary universal payment app for samsung phones.
When will it become public so everyone can flash / use?

When things are ironed out do you think it will be quick to switch between horizon / Android? I'm wondering if I can just install everything I need to a SD card and switch back and forth like I do other switch firmwares.

It's L1 unfortunately so that means Netflix and other drm content is 480p only
