Sell your device and buy a Nexus or you could probably trade someone straight across

Yes flash an AOSP rom if you find one or sell it/ trade it for another phone.
Touchwiz does use more memory even 4Gb RAM is not good enough. need 8Gb memory for Touchwiz.
Touchwiz has few bugs, but update should fix it.
i think i should have got Nexus 6P sometimes.

4gb of ram is more than enough. 8gb....Jesus Christ. Anyway, are you looking to replace the launcher or would prefer a stock Google look overall?

Smart Manager says i got 1Gb free TouchWiz uses upto 3Gb and thats without playing any games or muti tasking.
so imagine when playing hardcore games and using heavy app and multitasking heavy.

Ummm.... You do realize it isn't only Touch wiz running in the back ground right? Also, I own the phone and play games and multitask heavily. Free ram is wasted ram. Is it efficient at handling RAM? Not at all but it using RAM that is available is a good thing. If it only had 3GB of ram like the regular s6 and s6 edge then yes there would be some noticeable issues when multitasking. Just use the phone and don't be concerned with numbers, 2gb of ram free wouldn't make the phone faster than 1gb free.

Samsung Galaxy s3 General??
Anyway.
Samsung have seemed to change the way wallpaers show up on the s3.
I myself wants to have a full wallpaper on my desktop rather then haveing to crop it thus the whole picture not showing.
I think Samsung has gone backwards with this feature.
Do any of you guys actually own a S3??
Try changing the resolution of the image to the S3 resolution as I'm certain it'll fix it bit there will be a quality decrease.

This is the Samsung Galaxy 3 (i5800/i5801) forum NOT the Galaxy SIII forum (i9300)
Oh well doesn't matter. Post the picture here (full size) and I'll see what I can do. I'm an advanced Photoshop and picture editor I can probably make it look right. Still I'd go ask the S3 forum to see if they have a fix.

This is the fix!
Its a fault or redesign of the Gallery on the SIII. I've fixed this by adding the 4.0.4 stock Gallery app from a Cyanogen rom and using that instead. It's an APK so put it on your phone and install it, use that to set backgrounds as it crops properly. I've attached it for you.
Install quickpic from the market
some1 moved the thread to galaxy s3 forums
i'm a samsung fan myself.. i love samsung, but i'm not a samsung maximum fanatic .. LOL
i'll keep buying their phones as long as they keep making good phones, i'm really not loyal to samsung.. if next year the galaxy s4 would be something i can't like, i won't buy it... i'd choose the one that i like no matter what brand.. i wouldn't go and buy the phone out of loyalty and boast that i have the best phone in the world.. LOL
There are a few apps that can solve your problem. Go search in play store.

android manages ram fine on its own, you don't need a third party app to do it for you.

If we dont get an offical update, the Only possible thing we could do is port Samsung's 4.2.2,but it's hell of a job. And i dont understand why would someone even want that,Touchwiz is the stupidest and most bloated thing in whole android industry, followed by Timescape and sense and such. Use CyanogenMod,that's real android power, not stupid manufacturer-bloated roms. We should concentrate on cracking the bootloader and porting AOSP and CM10.2. Then we will see the true power of our phone.

Hahaha..now everybody has a DE! I'm with you guys, I hope more development will come now, but I've also enjoyed the slow paced quality development we've experienced here. While I was a bit hungry for roms at first, I've grown to like the once a week or two rom. And lately, due to being so bleeding edge up to date, I could literally wait for monthly's.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-verizon/development/rom-paulpizz-rom-t3360469
I might play around with it this weekend.. i dont have a note 4 but ive made roms for the s3, s4, s5, s6 and s6e.. ive been on sammy since original galaxy device (epic 4g and epic 4g touch on Sprint and had an S2)
of course not owning a Note 4 will be flying blind but an extremely debloated ROM is always needed imo and ive grown to learn the verizon/Samny bloat quite well if you ask me
