Please, someone fix this, it's a very good kernel, but the camera not work in I9300I...
Edit: In I9301I had a bug in front camera, when Renix63 fix it, he accidentally fixed the camera for I9300I, problem RESOLVED
If someone have this problem, install the new version (1.6) of kernel.
Markus, but Renix fixed it for I9301I right? I9300 is S3 device, not Neo device.

Yep, he fixed it for I9301I, and when he do this, accidentally fixed the bug camera in I9300I too... And... I not mentioned I9300

Hello XDA !
I have ported ( using Kingbabasulas tool ) Xperia Open Source Projest (XOSP) based on CyanogenMod by Team Canija.
I was doing what tool told me to do but i have faced some problems. For example in signing (Rom is not sined now but it is still CWM flashnable) and some permissions file are repeated.
I cant test it now. My phone is running stock gingerbread and now i dont have time to update my phone to jellybean or KitKat. I need testers.
Instalation
1.Be on 4.1.2 or 4.4.x rom
2.Make backup.
3.Install like CM 11.
4.If u are I9070P remember to change tee folder.
5.Authot of XOSP told in I9001 thread that gapps included in rom are not working correctly. (it will be solved in next build)
For now after flashing rom flash this gapps :

Some notes for/after flashing:
1.Status 7 Assert failed--->Delete assert lines in updater script.
2.Make backup before doing anythink.
3.If rom boots tell me ( i will post more informations)

Open your .zip file and go to META-INF/com/google/android/updater script open it and u will have world assert in firts line i think. Delete two firts lines after this world witch this world. This method was used to falsh CyanogenMod on I9070P.

I dont have problem witch downloading. Try another browser.
Try opera or google chrome.
If this problem will exist i will crater minror (XDA serwer).

I cant create minror. It stopps uploading at 100% . After re-flash file has disappered.
So sorry but this is priblem witch your network/browser/cimputer/phone. Try to use another device to download.

I think MIUI v5 and v4 author did it . But i will try. It is based on CyanogenMod 11 so it has CM kernel so recovery and download mod should work. But what if there is a mistake in modificaited CM 11 updater script ?

But rom porter asked me to copy some set.perm lines from I9001 updater script to CM one. I think if i will not copy this lines XOSP will not be fully installed.

I`am sure the S5 launcher will be ported as a mod or in a rom or released as a theme in a custom launcher like Nova or similar.

I think it will, the Note 4 will be released in about 6 months so thats still a long time.
BTW here is the S5 TW launcher http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2703680. You need root for this.
Unfortunately I do not have root, and do not want to modify anything, so unless I sell is Note 3. because I should never see the aktualizcji with the new TW UX 2014 for fast

Tried it...first WiFi didn't work...I changed kernel.so WiFi working but Sim card didn't recognized..
So is there any working miui rom?

Its my second S5, its scandal that Samsung ignores their own Touchwiz, its not smooth and lags as hell.
CM 12.1 latest nightly is also lagging now in my phone.

By the way why there is so little ROM's to S5 and some developers calls developing to S5 "crappy"?
