I've received the update! Downloaded! But did not install it yet & I dont have rooted device so can some one help me with Pulling the OTA?
PS- I never signed for any Moto Program so its not like leaking the update!

I don't know of any non-root methods, though someone else might.
Rooting would involve unlocking the bootloader through fastboot, using Motorola's unlock page.
I wish I could be of more help!
@hamburgertrain I'll wait for someone else to reply before I update!

Dhananjay bhai please upload the marshmallow ota. Only u r the last hope left as i am tired waiting for ota on my moto x style... I had rooted my moto x style.. But even after 2 days of restoring to stock and locking the bootloader again, i haven't received any update.. I am going insane cauze of this..

TRY TO PULL IT WITH ADB : adb pull /cache BEFORE you install it
I've just downloaded it, will try tot pull but have never done so before.

Enable usb debugging on the phone and adb should be installed for this to work. This would make a lot of people very happy bro

normally id do the adb pull... no access to a suitable computer this eve though. feel bad actually, the amount of help people have given me on here, hope someone else does the adb pull this eve..

I've just unlocked my bootloader and am now in the process of rooting the device, when/if I get the ota KK update I will try to pull it again, if anyone else hasn't done so by that time.
I've pulled the update from the cache folder, currently uploading it to dropbox and will post link soon

I have a UK version with unlocked bootloader and rooted ROM. I have the stock recovery but the update fails, i get just "error". Do you know how to fix it?

it looks like I might be rooting my motox for this if you guys get a zip posted on here....makes me wonder what I didn't do to not get to be the few who did get it.

Stock? There's nothing but stock atm? Also we can just unroot right? And we could still flash it all while a custom recovery is installed right? And just flash some files through fastboot.

Soak test having bug in finger print
Finger print having problem while adding more than 2 finger, even unable to delete all finger print. hope moto release full nogat firmware asap and all youtube blogger went silent who have said that after flashing this firmware you will get official ota. RIP those bloggers.
you may have some other issues .
i have used for a week and i dont find any bugs in that file.

How many of you think about the delay of the N update is because MAYBE Motonovo are updating to 7.1.1 intead 7.0?
'cause has been pass a week (maybe 2) and we don't have news about the update. My MXF is from iusacel and i don't receive (yet) the upgrade, this forum (or others) don't have even the Update.zip to flash 7.0.

I did not understand. Do you want to restore the backup 6.0 in order to test the modem operation?
I just want to know if in order to restore 6.0 I have to only restore my backup via TWRP or would I have to also flash proprer modem afterwards?
