my streak can't see the SD card :(

hi all ... today my streak can't see the SD card !!! i don't know why !!!
the sd card is mounted .. when i go to sittings and try to unmount the sd card to mount it again >>> the launcher hang ... !! and force close
my menu now have only the application installed in phone memory
i turned off the mobile and eject the sd card many times ... same !!
even if i connect the mobile with my PC , the notification in tool bar didn't show u as usual to copy and ... etc .
i can explore my sd card now only through ROOT EXPLORER application .
lately i added 4 folders " ringtones ,alarms,notifications and UI sounds " inside ( SD card\media ) which a take from this topic

[HELP] Data deleted after every reboot....

Hey guyzz Please help me,whenever i reboot my blade all apps ( installed app on sd card )and folder on root of my sd card are deleted but the files on the root of sd card are not deleted...tried everything but cant solve this problem...please dont tell me to take a new one but help me ...

Problem whit put data/obb files in external SM T280

hi guys i have a question, is there any wey to put de data/obb files of games on the external in the SM T280? i alredy tried whit gl to sd, foldermount but i cant do it.
I have stok rom 5.1.1
or is there any method to make external as internal memory?
plz anyone can help me

Note 4 SD card reads once , doesn't read 10 , says corrupted

my N910c on MM does read that i've inserted a memory card , but when i open settings > storage it says that card is corrupted, it works anywhere else , when i say set up and format it it works , till i restart the phone or take the card off then it says it's corrupted again , if anyone is similar with this issue please help me , thanks .

Moving files to SD Card error ( A5 2016)

I dont know why this happen, everytime i move files from Internal Storage to SD card, the files are corrupted ( mostly videos ). I've already factory reset this phone, format the sd card. I cant flash firmware because, ODIN always fail ( problem with security patch number ). I've tried 3 different SD Card and the result still same, the culprit in this phone. Can somebody help me ? Thank youuu !!!
