Maybe it was the October security patch, although I thought the device came with that patch installed. The November patch is 43.8MB (Kernel 3.10.73-gcf36678 October 8 05:46:28 UTC,Build MDB08L).

I upgraded to 7.0 last month and now I'm looking at my security patch date and it was last installed with the August one. I found out they didn't push me the September one and now people are getting the October one. Is there anything I can do to fix the push of security updates?
Also, I'm not rooted.

just enroll in android beta program
Just did that an installed the newest version and I'm all good. Hopefully since I unenrolled, I can still get my updated normally. Maybe when I did the beta program the first time it messed with it. Hmmm...
Woke up this morning just to find that I have a new system update. Checked it and it say it's a security update, size is about 36M . Can't flash it since I am rooted and I can't find any new update under the factory images page.
Anyone else got it?
EDIT:
It seems that the August security patch has come early this month

I am still on nougat so I presume it's for 7.1.2
Just got the July Security patch 8.0.0.325(C675).
nice... just security update? nothing else? then again, it's 1st August for me... no more July.. hahaha
I dont know if you'll are facing this, but I am facing some heating issues after July security patch update which results in rapid battery drain. I know you'll will suggest me to do a phone reset but seriously is that even required?. ?. Can't just reset phone after very new update.
Still waiting for my July security update, or should I say July and August security updates. EU version here.
Otherwise this phone has been pretty damn awesome
Are you guys able to use ldac on your Honor 8 pros?

I too have the EU Version (C432). I contacted Honor support yesterday because I saw on the Firmware Finder that there are new updates around. The guy on chat told me that my phone is on the current official build (366).

I got the August update earlier this week, faster then my A7(2017) got it.
I received an update for my yoga tab 2 days ago. Strange considering I was already running Android 7.1
The update was about 1.6GB and installed without a problem.... My only question is...... What did it DO/FIX???
Anyone know?

Knowing anything about the update I do not! But I want to confirm:
Yesterday, on April 19th 2020, I recieved and downloaded and obviously successfully installed a new update.
My build number now is "YT-X703L_S120015_200317_ROW". Still Android 7.1.1, security patch level 01 May 2018.
Sadly I didn't check the number before the update ...
Exactly

It's odd to receive an update that doesn't include A RECENT security patch. The not said "but fixes" but didn't give any details and had no new features.... So I'm questioning why the update was rather large if it only had a few bug fixes
Received an update notification, but reluctant to install. Do you have any issues or battery drainage after update? Is it stable? Is there a change log available? Can't find any info abou this on other forums.
Nope

Performance is about the same.... Maybe a little snappier than before. Battery seems a little worse but that may be the 2 year old battery degrading. Other than that I can't tell any difference.
Is update june
Finally Xiaomi has learnt not to use it's own idiocy to ruin a perfectly good security update from Google and pass it on as it is to the users.
It shows May 2020 security patch before applying the update and restarting the phone. After the restart, it shows 1st June 2020 security patch. (screenshot attached). Looks like they used the same May security patch and just change the name to 1st June in patch version.

Please fix the title of the thread to smth like "June 2020 Update is out" to be in par with other patches' threads,
Funny:
