(REQ) Black and white boot logo - X Style (Pure) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I was wondering if anyone can convert this boot logo from the Droid 2 to bin file so it can be flashed on this phone. Much appreciated.

Hey... thanks so much for creating this. I'm new to the Moto X - if I flash your logo.bin will it replace the bootloader warning or do I need to flash Hashbang173's fix first? Thank again!

Nice work mate. Looks gorgeous.
Do you by any chance have a b/w moto boot animation? No issues if you don't I can perfectly live with the stock marshmallow boot animation.
But just asking if you do....?

[BOOTANIMATION] Full HD BIOS

Hi, I really like bios-style bootanimation, so I created one from scratch, based on other similar ones.
Credits for the idea to the guy who did it first
(not flashable, you have to push it to system/media and change permission to -rw-r--r--)
remember to back up the stock one

This is awesome, thank you. I've never been particularly intrigued to set a custom bootanimation until now...
Very cool, thanks! Except the N5 boots so fast that the animation doesn't have a chance to finish.

mine is slower then
you can change the desc.txt to make the animation faster
1080 1920 30
p 1 0 part0
p 0 0 part1
change the 30 (fps) with higher values
This is absolutely senseless, but awesome. Thanks dude.

Would it be possible to have a version with just the BIOS and no Androit KitKat at the end?
Very Awesome
Ha, great work - love the detail on the tech specs!
Nicely done.
XPERIA Z

Do you push it right? Replace the stock bootanimation with this bootanimation. You might notice the filesize will be differs when you push it.
Works fine here, cheers

This a permission issue. Install your bootanimation with the app called "Boot Animations"

it seems like the logo is not well centered in some frames if you look at the gif you will see that it "moves"
however... Great Work!!!!
I like minimalism
edit: try this:
I added also more saturation... and corrected some little imperfections

OnePlus One bootanimation + boot logo

Have fun.
Put bootanimation.zip in /system/media/ with rw-r-r permissions or flash OnePlus_One_Bootanimation_Flashable.zip in your custom recovery.

It's probably something to do with your ROM.

Huh, I don't see how a rom can affect the bootanimation. It's fine though, thanks for the cool bootlogo and stuff!

It's possible, I haven't looked into it. People have had lag/stutter with the L developer preview bootanimation on some ROMs but not others. Probably the same thing if it lags with this one. There's a way to fix it but I have no idea lol.
I noticed some lags in bootanimation with some kernels...
Looks cool. How do I remove it if I want to later?

Bootloader image is removed by flashing the stock one from the thread I linked in OP, bootanimation is removed by reflashing ROM or replacing the bootanimation.zip
ふかつどう
Thanks. Flashed both for cyanogenmod using MultiROM, looks awesome and for some dumb reason I thought the boot logo would only be there for cyanogenmod. Guess how I felt when I booted up into PA.

Added inverted, white background version of both the bootanimation and bootloader IMGDATA.

Bootloader Unlocked

After flashing the stock rom and oem lock.bat, the phone's bootloader is still unlocked.

Im using XT1643.

Once unlocked it will always be unlocked. The status can be hidden but as far as motorola is concerned it's always unlocked.

You can name the name img to what ever you want so long as the initial command - fastboot flash boot - is correct.
I don't know!

There is no Xposed for any version of Nougat right now.
This is what I was looking for, is there a working download link? The mediafire one seems to be dead.
