Its Perfect if it works.....thanks alot bro

Hello @c0d3x42 the jig is used to put the device into download mode without pressing any keys !
Thanks @rezadentevil it works perfectly!

I was looking for resistor 300k color code, for a long time!
now it's time to create one!
thanks you very very mush.

Help! ipaq614c

Hi guys. Need help here. My ipaq won't charge even with te original usb cable.
It seems that the usb port is damaged - it charges only when i put a piece of paper in the mini usb connector so the pins of the connector are pressed against the ones on the usb port on the device. I guess they use too soft pins and they got deformed. Can anyone help me fix that. My device has no warranty.
I don't know if it is easy to change but this is what you have to buy :

Yep. That's the part. I found it later after I wrote the post. I guess I'll have to make a paypal account after all. Thank you thouugh. In the local service center they said they will fix it fo 15USD but I have to provide the spare part.
Any idea why this part has broken down? Is it possible to fix it without repacing it?
it sounds like either the small clip inside the USB port has snaped, or bent.
If its snapped, then theres very little holding it on so best to get it replaced
If its bent, then it may be possible for you to bend it the other way so it makes a stronger contact tot he USB plug. It will still be weaker than originally.
I have the exact same problem. The weird thing is that it still syncs and I can use WM5torage. I got around it by buying a cheap extra battery + external battery charger combo.

plz help

does anyone know how to fix my phone the pins that connect to the battery fell off hopefully i dont need a new motherboard thanks for everyone with there thoughts about my problem

It could be good news or bad news. If the contacts have broken on the surface then they can be re-soldered. If they have broken below the surface then that's probably the end of the motherboard. The Tyn has a multi-layered boardand breaks between layers are impossible to fix. We do not have a detailed circuit diagram otherwise it might be possible to solder on jumper leads instead.
Let's hope it's jus snapped at the surface. Either you or a skilled repair shop could do it.
Here is the board with the battery connector removed:

You can see the six solder points.

Can't remember to be honest - maybe they are just anchor points.
Mike
ill try it ope it works!! and thanks alot. i really like this phone

Search main board photo! Maybe you have there is?

Hello All!
I'm lookin for main board fotos w/o components like this Universal_JTAG, but in better quality.
If you have similar and both side fotos (hi resolution and sharpness or at least in more or less good quality, visible trace circuit board) please share!
Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the forum
may I ask why you need that?
For a more detailed study hardware (yeah... circuit scheme would be better... but I think unlikely to have free access) and deep modding!
For example, there is a desire to expand the memory through the free rooms, sure is achievable! Oh, I would be traced, but found broken universal is problematic nearby.
So, my research has led to some results. I was able to use two flash-cards together at same time. You can use the MMC and SD card only (no 2 MMC or 2 SD).
Stuff at me a few days ago, only to learn it
should help http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC Universal Service Manual
I saw this, is not it a bit
I am interested trace the following pads (blue mark on photo).
It is usb functions of the proc.
Where you can connect to them on board.
Please, if you know or can do trace...

I don't understand about electronics that much.. my field is medicine
My question is, can we build it?
Cheers.
Unfortunately that is not all we need. As far as I know, there is some additional circuitry in that little box.

That's definitely the case; I've read that MHL devices switch between MHL & USB modes based on the resistance across two pins on the 5-pin microUSB connector. So you'd need to duplicate that, and there's also some circuitry to convert the MHL video out signals to HDMI. SiliconImage makes a family of such chips.
Also, there's probably some magic involved in integrating the +5V from the microUSB charger input into the MHL connector, so as to keep the SGS2 charged while it's playing video. You'd at least want some current/voltage limiting circuitry to protect your expensive TV & phone from being zapped by a bad charger.

Here is a far more detailed description of the mhl adapter: http://www.wilder-tech.com/pdfs/Tektronix_MHL-TPA_User_Manual_Rev-A.pdf
:good:
MHL Cable is an active cable, meaning that there is an active circuit (Controller) within the cable, there are ways to home manufacture it, assuming that you have the required equipment and knowledge . but it just doesn't any sense. Unless you are doing it as a study case.

Black screen and (adb mode ?) bricked

Hi,
I changed the battery and now mi Mi9T doesn't want to switch on !
Just vibration, and I post you the screenshot of the device manager when I plug it.
The USB debug was authorized, and the phone is rooted, if it can be used.
Thanks a lot, I really wouldn't lose my data !

I forgot : I made cross tests with another Mi9T, motherboards have been changed, and my screen and battery are ok with the other motherboard.
Then the problem is on my motherboard.
Nobody knows ?
You probably damaged motherboard during change or shorted it. It's not possbile to tell what you did exactly through forum
So, I changed the motherboard by new, 3 switches on ok, then same problem at final remounting : vibration and black screen !
Then 2 options I think :
- I make a shorting at remount, but I don't know how, and I broke the 2 motherboards
- Something happens and put the phone in alternative mode, and I don't know how and how exit
Or your screen flex has bend pin. Check for damage at connections
I have already replaced the screen flex cable, it fixes nothing unfortunatly.
I tried with usb-c hub and a hdmi link to the tv, the hub activity light is on but no signal on tv.
It means the phone switch on correctly but the video signal can't run to the phone screen or the tv screen.
Change motherboard, it looks like something is damaged that controls screen. It will be hard to diagnose
Aliexpress accepted the motherboard almost full refund without return.
I'd want to re-order a new one, but the same issue could be happen and I can't know when and how !!
