but my phone was s-off & unlocked and i changed my CID

Oh no , i tried too many times to update my phone to lollipop and no result
The 1 thing that maybe be reason is s-off.
It was a mistake to bought this phone , i must bought a Z Ultra sony.
Bigger screen , powerful S800 SOC , higher resolution , slim , very better development support in XDA & many other reasons.
Relock bootloader doesn't work ?
I love the One Plus X I think it will be my next phone

You need to have the right build.prop to receive the OTA.
CID, OS build and build.prop all of them need to be matched for installation.

and it doesn't show me any update available when i try check software update.

If you are able to get super-cid, then you should be able to flash any firmware.zip from lollipop ota and then restore lollipop backup with twrp. Did you try this way?
But you must find FW for your model, mistake or experiment may result in malfunction or brick.

I get super CID and no result when i try to download 70mb pre lollipop update.
It's download complete but shows a variant error that means my phone customized. but i have relocked / no root / and have super CID .

For India OTA to install, you need -
MID = 0PFJ10000
CID = HTC__038
and untouched system files.

Hello Lads, i have just received official 4.3 update in my htc one. If you don't want to wait for the update to arrive to your country do the next:
1. S-OFF you htc one (jump this step if u are already S-OFF
2. Change you cid to HTC__Y13 (Norway cid i think)
3. Reboot you phone, check for updates and voila. After OTA you can switch back to your CID (it won't wipe anything).
To know how to change your cid and all this stuff visit THIS

Thanks 4 the tutorial, i got one question : How can you get rid of the message telling you that the phone is automaticaly sending informations to HTC because he IS a developper/test version

Where on the phone should I place the file ? Once I boot into the Stock recovery it doesnt detect it eventually stalls on the Red triangle then I have to force reboot.

Any idea if perhaps I can convert my phone to a global or UK model (without screwing up the radios!).

You need unlocked bootloader.
I forgot mention that you need to flash the Brazil radio to detect the SIMS.
I perfer to use this http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g-2014/general/official-stock-firmware-5-0-2-lxb22-46-t3019612, the feb 25 firmware and brazil modem.

Yes offcourse, but you in your first post ask for a ROM not related with Brazil
You can install the titan prime rom, is builded for all moto g variants, you gonna be good in signal and network
1.-Unlock you bootloader
2.-install TWRP 2.8.6.0
3.-flash the titan prime ROM
4.- enjoy

With the LP ROM, are you able to re-lock the bootloader?
You can relock but you´ll never get the state of "locked bootloader" again.There are three options:
1) Bootloader locked (and never been unlocked)
2)Bootloader unlocked
3)Bootloader locked (after unlocking)
So you won´t get back your warranty and there is no expedient reason to relock bootloader again.

The problem I am now having is that when I relock the bootloader (so it goes to Status Code 2), the phone won't boot up any more! I get the error message "failed to validate system image".

hi guys i have got the update for android 6.0 but i was on root before and had twrp installed and i dont know how i got the update for upgrading, but i tried installing but failed so i flash so many recovery, etc dont know i m noob in this then my phone got bricked then i downloaded the stock rom for my phone then it started then i upgraded to 6.0 but now when phone starts i see htc logo which we see while booting at myt homescreen and it dosent go i tried to go to recovery but it dosent go to recovery it just shows the mobile photo and some kinda red symbol pls help me

The problem may be due to the fact that you have installed the ota without locking up your bootloader it happens if u want to upgrade what HTC releases officially u have to lock bootloader and then proceed as giiven.... But now I will suggest u to download the twrp recovery and recover it , until there will have been a stable mm ROM flash able zip available rooted for a5_dwg

Tighten two volume buttons and the power button when you see a black screen and holding down the volume- and power button that would go to bootloader,in the bootloader,to select reboot.

2. In bootloader, goto FASTBOOT
3. Connect your phone to your pc via usb cable

The string after "OS-" become blanked ?
If your answer is yes, do feel free to find any MM RUU on this forum to flash on your device as from your bootloader info. your device seems to be S-OFFed. Which means any Desire 820 RUU SHOULD work on your device. But remember that you should choose the RUU that have the same number of sim slots for you.

You may search for RUU for 820u or 820s on this forum. These are dual sims varients.
Your phone is of no need to be rooted.
There are no custom RUU outside.

Try stock rom first. Dont flash any other modified rom as your device may have missed something and needed to be restored from stock.

ok i install http://forum.xda-developers.com/desire-820/development/htc-desire-820-dual-sim-device-t3222196
with this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/desire-820/general/solved-solution-software-update-option-t3269290
and i have os now but in boot color os its red like this : os-(1.22.720.1) and when i reboot my phone i cant see htc logo all time fast go to boot menu.
Please help me

What I mean is that can you boot into Android or it is still bootloader/recovery/bootloop.

i get update to android 6 in Egypt too put when i install it
ir arrived to 25% and show error and restart then open usually asking to download the update from beginning
how can i fix this???

You have to flash stock ruu or rom to update from ota

I never tried to modify my phone just original update and every time I tried to enter recovery mode it have along time then phone restarted
How can I flash stock run or rom to update from ota and what is that mean

1. Unlocked your m9+
In "download" mode :
2. flash back stock recovery
