Did you sort this??
If not....As you have already triggered KNOX at 0x1 you can install official 4.3 via odin.........install custom recovery (Philz I would recomend) via odin.....and then flash Omega v13 without the modems!
Hello All.
As the questions states, I am looking for a stock kernel for the international S4 (I9-500) running Android OS 4.4.2 which changes the SELinux properly from enforcing to permissive.
Is there a kernel out there for this S4 version that does what I am needing? Basically, because on 4.4.2 SELinux is set to enforcing and because programs like SELinuxModeChanger do not work I am thinking a kernel may solve the issue?
My build number is XXUFNE7 if that helps.
Many thanks.

Hi everyone, anyone knows how can I use V4A on Lollipop? Tutorials for other phones say that SeLinux needs to be Permissive, but on S5 it can't be switched to because of Knox. BUT I remember that on KitKat I had SeLinux Enforcing and I was able to use V4A! Please help!!!

A recovered flashaholic since Aliance Rom 5.5
Same problem, i m on alexndr BOE6 rom
Solved: install Boeffla Kernel, set SEAndroid to permissive in Boeffla Config app and reboot. After this, go to Application Manager in settings, go to All tab, search SoundAlive, tap on it and then on Disable, and then install V4A and reboot!
Known that most of Note 4 Exynos users has come to Lollipop. But due to some reason I need a custom kernel with init.d support and a little customize in "init.rc" on stock "boot.img": setenforce 0 to set SElinux mode from Enforcing to Permissive.
After Googling and Ubuntu, Decompile and recompile things. I can't get Kernel to boot as normal.
I wrote this thread is to ask a favor, if anyone has or want to do a similar thing, please share your work, experiences for everyone who has same demand/needed.
My Phone is SM-N910C
Running Lollipop 5.0.1 (XEO)
If anyone interested, I will attach my stock boot.img of Lollipop 5.0.1 for SM-N910C and tools that I used for customized kernel.
Respected XDA Members,
I wanted to ask that i have ADAM KERNEL Installed On My N910C Running on stock 5.0.1 can i install XPOSED FRAMEWORK on my mobile with it?
Or i have to get a custom rom for that
Your answer is highly appreciated
Thanks
As far as I know, for XPOSED Framework to work, DEODEXED ROM is required.
The stock ROM is an ODEXED one.
Permissive kernel is required only to root 5.1.1 ROM
