I'm using wugfresh unlockand root and nexus 7 is stuck in bootloader. Computer says... Waiting for your device to finish booting back up and its been 10 minutes. Thanks

since you are using a root toolkit for a nexus, you should ask in that thread for help. nexus devices dont need root toolkits, and are safer and just as easy(if not easier) without them.
Nevermind success!! First time with nexus device.

Download the SDK, unzip, navigate to your-sdk-folder/platform-tools/ with the terminal.
Type:
./adb reboot bootloader
./fastboot oem unlock
Done

If your using windows use a toolkit. By the way, before you ask a question on here search online all you can and use this as a last resort.

If you have to rely on a toolkit, you shouldnt be modding ANY device.
Then guide doesn't say that tho I'm using the [[REF]] all in one nexus 7 jelly bean android development thread then go down to guides and tools click on unlock and root a nexus 7 I'm using that guide

really?
path-to-img/CWM-grouper-recovery.img really doesnt make you wonder where that file is?
put the recovery.img file in the same folder as your fastboot.exe
run the command
fastboot flash recovery NAMEOFRECOVERY.img <<this should be the ACTUAL name of the recovery filled in by you, whatever it is named.
ALSO
remember earlier when i told you to update the adb and fastboot files? (SDK) did you actually do that?
this stuff isnt rocket science, and if you dont have basic computer knowledge, you shouldnt be doing ANY modding of your device....this is ridiculous

Do some reading in the wug tool thread, there is info in there that helps with this. Start at the end and go backwards.
