i have an autompumkin android 4.4 device.
i have problems with my contacts, they are synced but not all
so i think there is an limitation for the contacts.
my question is how do you handle your contacts? can i sync the contacts with google? how can i use them with the telephone app
is there an alternative telephone/Dialer app i can use?

Hello , im using stock 1.31 with htc sense and i am having problems with contacts:
if it sync with google i lose everything that is actually on my telephon..what is happening?and how do i stop this?
Also contacts on gmail are different than those on telephon is there any way to import the ones from telephon to gmail?

Previously had all my contacts on the sim. Now that I have samsung galaxy s, and will probably stick with the same O.S. for the future, it would be nice to convert all my #s to google. Can't find any option on the phone to do this.

that is a good question..i searched for the same function but i did not find a proper option...i only managed to link my phone contacts with my facebook contacts, which is really cool
Thanks, if they are linked then where is the phone number stored, is it still only on the sim or does it go into the "facebook contact" which i imagine the facebook contact is stored on the phone.
I wish there was some sort of smart contacts manager application on the PC that you could merge sim <-> facebook <-> gmail contacts all into one set of gmail only contacts.

Hi there! I just installed this ROM on my HTC HD2
(NDT MIUI DEVELOPMENT V22.1| STABLE V1.1[A2SD-D2EXT][Tytung r10])
Now i have the problem that the phone does not sync the google contacts any more. The sync is on and my google account seems to be connected(im able to receive emails ...) Other roms i had before did sync. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Did you check the settings in
Settings->Sync->Google?
There is a toggle button to turn contact sync on/off.

My Contacts were saved in my Sense Account. Just moved all Sense Contacts to Google and imported them.
I`m using HTC Sync to sync calendar & contacts with the outlook (2003 SP2) client in our office. Calendar works great but with contacts there´s a problem that all contact-pics disappear everytime I did a sync. Does anybody know about this ?

Hi everybody, I am running version 1.2.1.3 of Aura (debloat, deblur) on my phone and since I cannot obviously sync my contacts through the MotoBlur service, is there any way I could get a 3rd party app or any other method in which I could have the option to sync my facebook contacts with my phone?
