Hey everyone,
after flashing my S6 edge with the custom rom xtrestolite, I finally managed installed xposed installer on my phone. I really like the xposed module called "xuimod", so I download it and setted it up on my edge. Now, my edge keeps restarting as if I'm booting up my phone manually. The issue is that it keeps restarting over and over again. Any ideas how to get rid of this boot loop?
I would appreciate any help!
Thanks for your efforts.

Just curious, what is your favorite Xposed modules for your Galaxy S7 and S7 Edges?
For the people out there with Xposed installed!
If you dont have Xposed:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/ver...-to-notes-root-install-xposed-unroot-t3411039
That thread has a version of Xposed that worked on my device, regular Xposed bricked it and I had to adb install the uninstaller to get it working again.
Im runnning Echoe Rom, on my Tmobile G930T.

Does gravitybox work on a regular s7 snapdragon with xtouchwize installed? I've read it causes boot loops, I'm worried since I can't use tworp to recover.

No it works I have both without any issues
I use all of these. So far so good. I have it had any problems. Not everything works flawlessly, like the Google Assistant Enabler doesn't work everytime I try to run it, but at least regular Google Now on TV opens up instead.
I have a regular large tmo S7 running Echoe rom

Here's my list on my G930T. Thanks for sharing guys. I added a few that I had forgotten about. I'm about to add GravityBox too.

Hey all trying to help a friend of mine out, his AT&T s7 is stuck in a bootloop that just shows "recovery booting...." Can't boot into the os, but I can access download mode. Any ideas? Not sure what happened to kick it into this, my buddy isn't too tech smart to be playing with settings and files so my guess is as good as yours as to why it's in this bootloop.

He was already on 7 before his phone went tits up. And this build matched the one that was on it
Sidenote my s7 edge is BQE1, shouldn't the s7 be on the same?

Got me in this one. That firmware should boot it. I know there is a newer one or now but it's the same bootloader. If it's passing odin and flashing then I'm not sure what else could be going on.

Hello guys,
Haven't been on the forum since I rooted my s3 years ago. I have now got a redundant s8 which I am looking at stripping right back and rooting with the intention of using it as a portable music player. After having a look round the forum it's not very clea to me what method I use to root my s8 and what Rom to use.
This is my build number:
PPR1.180610.011.G950FXXU5DSHC.
Any suggestions would be helpful
Many thanks
Paddee

Odin kept getting stuck on setup connection etc. After a bit more research needed newer version of odin and to reinstall my phone drivers on my PC. Managed to get it flashed so just leaving it plugged into my pc for 7 days. Hopefully not having a sim in it for those 7 days will affect it? As I have my sim in my new phone. Thanks again!
