Hi all,
Here´s a new possibility for P7000 allowing u guys to diversify now and then
It´s not my work all the credits go to Elephone developers, the original thread can be found > Elephone HK
Be aware this is still Beta so perform a full backup before installing, flashing this rom, you will need flashtool to do so

Developers for the project Cyanogenmod a510F ? (A5 2016)

Hello,
I was wondering if someone could develop a Cyanogen rom for SM - A510F because rom samsung stocks are really bad , and I think I 'm not the only one who would like this project be Successful , I know this request work, but if it is done , know you'd be the first to do so.
Thank you not to mark comments as " developers do not have to do it , the 2016 A5 is too rare"
There already I find a good rom bunch for a500F (A5 2015) so why not embark on the A5 2016?

There are already 151 responses , but the creator of the post gives no sign of life which give this topic inutil .

hopping ROMs for A510_ too, but it's said that CM ROM for Exnoy CPU is hard to build.

Ah for exynos processors is as difficult as that?
My old S5 mini CyanogenMod 12 and had a exynos processor, but then it's probably over time that Samsung has made its more complicated processors

Of course , in my memory it had no or very little bug , the battery was fine and nothing for the other features also reported .
So I wonder if this has to change to the new generations of processors exynos ?
I wonder if anyone has ever try to develop a cyanogen rom for a5 2016?
Lots of other phones of different brands , different processors running on cyanogen , why not a5 2016?

I don't know the reason either.
if there is a CM ROM for A5 ⑥' I think I will still not so satisfied.
Because my phone model is A5108, with 3g RAM 16g ROM,which is different with A510F,which cause that I can't flash the A510F ROM to update to Android6.0[emoji45]
In fact,many Chinese users are Waiting for a 6.0 MM or CM ROM.
But,eventually,if someone build a CM ROM ,IT will be a good new.

I`ve been waiting anxiously too. I posted a reply to be a tester to that post, and after a little while, i DM`d @aapav01 but got no answer.

Now i checked that he actually edited his post and he says he needs testers for only A710, which means testers for A510 and A310 are found, there`s progress and the roms shouldn`t be too far away :victory:

It's cool , but it's since May this topic exists, it has been tester or from the moment he opened his topic , I myself contact to test its Roma , he said he did not have time and he had studies . So personally I do not really believe it does not look very ambitious air.
I would really like a true and good developer is looking at this project that I think is delayed by a lot of people

We all totally appreciate your efforts and are thankful to you. :highfive:
Guys, I have a request to all you tech heroes out there, PLEASE TRY TO PORT HTC Roms and XPERIA Roms for our beloved device "KENZO":angel::laugh:
Every other ROM out there is very much the same as each other(I even thank you for those ROMS, because you guys did so much hard work to bring those for us) there is nothing new and unique stuff.
Please put my request into your consideration
Please i want every forum member to support this topic if you agree with me and want HTC & XPERIA Roms for our KENZO.

No matter how many support this, it is not possible now
It was possible before back in 2013 but not anymore
Its not just for kenzo, you wont see any HTC rom or samsung rom (Keep aside the touchwiz rom, there's not even a port for touchwiz launcher or any of the UI elements or apps as of now) for any device unless someone has too much time to try the impossible

Probably u haven't visited yu forums [emoji14] there u will find every and any ROM ported for the device.

I do have yureka
Only Vibe UI n MIUI are the only usable (or available) ones
No device has a direct port of Xperia/HTC/Samsung/LG in the past 3 years

I have a secondary phone Xolo Q1010i [MTK 6582] and it does have a direct port of Xperia E4 rom. Fully working.

K3 note rom is just Xperia Mod AFAIK
all other ports are from Chinese OEMs like Coolpad UI, Qiku, MIUI

Are you sure, I have used Nubia, miflavor, and oppo ROMs as daily drivers. HTC Samsung and xperia are not done most probably because of their size. They are about 2 GB almost

As i said , its easy to port Chinese roms
Oppo UI, lots of devices are there.
Colors OS officially supports many devices they used to be too

For main stream, tier 1 brands its not possible because they link software to firmware for most of the UI elements

Hi, I've tried a few ROM for my Kate but none of them have the "switcher", that means the possibility to schedule the automatic switch off at xx hours and the following switch on at yy hours. It could be an interesting feature to include in a ROM. Maybe some have it, but Im not aware. If you know, please suggest me.

[TESTERS NEEDED] AOSP MM - new BL

yesterday i finally finished the first build of oneplus aosp mm (difficulties everywhere, but thats what i expected from oneplus ...). i'm not home until the upcomming weekend and would like to have some feedback regarding the system stability. I'm planning to extend this project further with up-to-date security patches (this one's from may?! thanks again oneplus for providing it.).
Why i do so? well, we need a good (aosp) base for advanced custom roms and a new stable system optimized for just oneplus devices.
My intention?
Spread the word of aosp to everyone ????
Requirements:
- you are running the latest oos 3.1.3 with twrp from blue spark
- willing to take some risks (even they are minimal and won't break your device)
- you know how to report bugs using logcat/dsmeg
- you are a flashaholic??
