I am considering purchasing the international Edge + instead of the Tmobile version in the United States because it is much less expensive on Amazon.
Tmobile suppports wifi calling, but would it work on the international version of this phone?

Hey guys,
I spoke with a sales guy at carphonewarehouse who mentioned there were PAYG SIMs with daily data plans with a fair usage of 50MB per day. Which with limited use is doable, I average a little over 60MB right now. But he was not able to advise on 3g compatibility with a T-mo USA phone.
I have a Samsung Vibrant (T-mo USA's Galaxy S), which uses 1700/1900/2100 for 3G.
Can anyone help with the compatibility question, or even recommend a UK PAYG provider?
I'm pretty sure the Vibrant has extra radios in it and is compatible with both the European standard 3g and AT&T US 3g... Don't quote me though
europe mostly uses 2100 for 3g so your should be good
I'm traveling to USA soon and want to buy a data prepaid SIM. Will my Hong Kong S4 (LTE version) work on T-mobile's 1700MHz LTE network? If not, what hazards should I look out for when choosing a prepaid SIM while in USA? (Preferably with voice call and 1GB data for 2 weeks span)
Thanks.
Michael
Can you use a euro s7 edge in the us on sprint?
Doubtful. Sprint (and Verizon) use CDMA, and Europe has standardized on GSM for calling. I doubt the Exynos versions of the phone have CDMA radios.
While Sprint is limited on which unlocked and international phones work on its network, if you *are* able to activate it on Sprint, here's info about the limitations:

I have a very interesting question about using the AT&T variant of this phone on the T-Mobile network. As you may have noticed, AT&T is finally offering Wi-Fi Calling on their network, and this phone is compatible with such feature. My question is:
Does the T-Mobile Wi-Fi calling work on the AT&T variant of this phone?
Does the AT&T Wi-Fi calling work on the T-Mobile variant of this phone?
I'm on the T-Mobile network, and I'm considering getting the AT&T variant, but I'm not willing to give up this feature.
Hi,
I'm on AT&T and planning on buying an S7 Edge. I'm trying to look for a unit with a good price and don't care if it's a different variant but I'd like to know what I'd be missing by not getting the AT&T one (G935A):
1. If flashing the AT&T firmware on the T-Mobile variant (G935T) or any other (Verizon, Rogers, etc), will it work just like the AT&T one and will it activate all the LTE bands? or AT&T will still not recognize it as an AT&T one? any other AT&T feature that might be missing?
2.- Does the VoLTE and WIFI calling on AT&T works in any other S7 variant? I think I read is possible but root is needed.
Thanks!
I can verify that using the Verizon S7 and S7e works with AT&T firmware. All AT&T LTE bands including VoLTE and WiFi calling work. No root required.
I have tmobile S7e that I flashed the AT&T firmware on. It's running great and works great.
