Wow looks like the G is in great demand!

Just ordered mine for the USA version. The ship date changed from Dec. 2 to Dec. 9. The international version ship date is still Dec. 2 though.

The Brazilian version comes with earphones and usb charger adapter but truth is, we pay a lot more for those "extra" items.

Same here, Dec 9th.

I believe the US version has always been December 9th. I ordered the first day it was available (November 26th) and it said December 9th even then. It's always only been the Global version that was shipping on December 2nd, not both. None of the news sites ever seemed to report this distinction though.

Yeah, I believe Motorola wised up to the fact that they were going to miss black friday and basically the whole gift giving season in the US under their original plan which was to release in early January. That was the first thing I wondered about when the Moto g announcement came.

Here in Chile it's having a great success. One small department store has started to sell the 16GB version last week for US$188 (equivalent). Now it is becoming difficult to find it.

Yep. Also, there's no 8GB version in Chile. And we get a wall charger instead of a USB cable.

I ordered it on the 30th. Hope it ships earlier too.

In Canada, we only get the 8 GB version locked to Telus or Koodo; however, people have been scoring the phone outright for a cheap price as part of the BF deals.

Just bought one to replace my Gnex. If I don't like it, I will just get the Nexus 5 when its back in stock. I have been curious about this phone for its low price and good reviews.

My cousin and I both ordered a g. He ordered a International Version and me U.S. Version. His shipped yesterday and he said he'll have his tomorrow....

Also ordered 2 Chromecasts, delivery estimate is 6th to 8th. Status still says pending though

I had to close out and go back in a few times before I went through.

Got NX5 ordered ships in 2-3 weeks. I hope they ship early! Rummor until last few days was orders not until 13 Oct.

question regarding the screen resolution.
old nexus 5 2013 - 1920x1080 @ 440ppi 4.7"
new nexus 5x 2015 - 1920x1080 @ 423ppi 5.2"
can someone explain this? i'm not versed enough in screens to make sense of this cause initially my thought was the screen is worse???

Old Nexus 5 was 5", not 4.7. And the larger the screen the less pixels given the same resolution.

I just placed two separate orders for 5X, one order for white and one for carbon + folio case.
Both orders had the same shipping date: Oct 28-30.

I got charged almost the same day as i ordered it. but my estimated delivery is at oct 28-30.

That's one of the soonest ones that I've seen, very nice. In my case, I cancelled my order, was kinda disappointed with specs so I am going to wait for youtube reviews as well as you all's reviews and see how the phone is going. Not a big fan of the Nexus 6's size (originally bought it as a temporary phone til the Nexus 5X went live...)

Well, at least if you do decide to order, you wouldn't need 1 day shipping since you live in the same city as where Google ships from. I really hope they ship out by the the week of the 14th just cause I have a hard time waiting for anything :fingers-crossed:.

Ordered a black 32GB N5x from the Google Store within a minute or two of the order page going live. Delivery estimate: 23-27 October.

Hopefully we get our N5X's a bit early. I just checked the Google Store and estimated shipping is still at 2-3 weeks on pre-purchase (and was actually slightly adjusted down from 3-4 weeks on the popular combos).
Shipping at 2-3 weeks would put it around 10/16-10/23 ship date which should easily meet or exceed the 23-27 delivery most of us got quoted.
It looks like most of the volume went to the 6P, so we might not have to go through shipping spreadsheets like the N5 launch!

Sure did. Checking those forums, A LOT of people say they should get them 1st or 2nd week in November. Here most of you guys are getting them in October.

My Galaxy S3 is in bad shape, so I'm really hoping my 5X gets here sooner.

Originally ordered 32GB Quartz right as it went live with an Oct 23-27 delivery time frame but cancelled it an hour later and ordered the 32GB Ice Blue instead after seeing some better pictures of it. New delivery is Oct 30-Nov 3 which I am okay with as that puts it's arrival right around when my 6P comes so I can better compare them and decide which one to keep.
I will be using on Verizon although ultimately see myself moving to Fi later in the year.

Creating this waiting room so we can post when the "panda" white and black pixel xl start shipping. I ordered two 64gb and 128gb ans have a shipping date of nov 27 with arival of nov 30 to dec 1. Only post on pandas since these are the ones that are being delayed.

I was about to order it in the beginning, but just when I was looking for my credit card number, it was out of stock. I switched to black and later found panda was back to stock with a long lead time. Hence I stick to Black order, but Panda is a nice color.

Nice.... That’s the earliest I’ve seen. I ordered the 128 GB as well. My ship date is November 6th, with delivery of 8-9th. Crazy how ordering a couple minutes later, can mean a couple more weeks until you actually have your phone. Maybe we’ll get them early, like some of us did, last year.

Pixel/XL was the first Google phone I actually didn't pre-order... was happy with my 6P (at the time LOL). They actually had ones that shipped earlier?

That's not bad at all! I've seen a lot of late Nov orders. The earliest I think I've seen for the ? was a day or two before mine, not sure.. getting too excited

Yes, I had forgotten that some of the Pixel and Pixel XL orders were shipped early last year, until I saw on one of the other posts, where people were talking about it. Some got theirs a couple weeks early. Don't want to get anyone's hopes up, but it's happened before.

I'm hoping they ship early. I got a November 20th ship date but noticed today the hold on my credit card was gone which is interesting....
Edit: Apparently the hold is supposed to disappear. I was under the impression it stayed on the card until it shipped and the pending charge would be finalized but apparently that's not how it is handled.

Hopefully they come early than its listed but it weird that when they first when live they were going out of stock then they would become available again that was happening for like the whole next day thats how i was able to order a second one.

On the way is a 64GB Panda. Ordered within minutes of the announcement and got a 22nd of Nov delivery date. Anyone know whether best buy has them on display yet? They now do in the US.

Then ordered a Black one and a Black&White 128GB one from Rogers - no idea when those will ship, but I am #4 on both lists. I'll pick up whichever comes first and cancel my other orders!

Also to answer the question that was put out few post back,
Software/Firmware on Google Pixel phones in Canada will not
be touched / changed by any Carriers, if the bootloader is unlockable
from Google, that will remain the same delivered to customers.

Ordered 64G XL panda from Rogers on Oct 13th. No deliver date yet.

I honestly don't see the point of pre ordering anything from any service provider in Canada. You ll have it in hand faster if you go to the store and pick it up on release day .

Any of you guys worried about the burn in that's happening, that should take a while to occur. On my gs8+ which I had since May, doesn't have any signs of it.
