help with unbrick LG G2 F320s
Background: LG F320s With Stock rom 30h, android version 5.0.1, TWRP recovery
*i cannot remember if i turned on the usb debugging mode or not. Will it affect my connection when i try to flash the kdz?
how it begins: i was playing my the xpose module. after activate a module and reboot , it never boot up.
What i Tried and failed
1) Press vol down and power to enter the twrp recovery. i failed to do that.
2) Try flashing the KDZ. but always said cannot connect to server in 2%
Any ideas?( I really dont know why i cannot access the TWRP. I follow the instruction. Completely power down by pulling out the battery. Then hold vol down and power to turn the phone on. When the LG logo appears i release and repress both of the button again, nothing happens. I think i followed the instruction correctly.)
Many thanks

[Q] Rooted L7 boot error.

I rooted my L7 using some auto root program, installed a app deleter, deleted Google Movies
now, my phone died and when I try and turn it back on, I get an error message saying "Secure boot unsuccessful error:errorlogo"
i don't have any custom recover mods or whatever installed, and the normal method for booting into recovery mode " Volume up + home + power" doesn't do a damn thing.
is there a way to fix this?
if so, could you guide me through it in a very detailed way?

try an HARD RESET
while loading on lg bootlogo press VOL- + POWER + HOME for some seconds
else
flash a firmware with KDZ
just try kdz in download mode, u should make nandroid backup before doing any thing!
Try booting into Emergency mode.
1. Hold the down volume key
2. Plug in usb to phone
That should automatically put you into Emergency mode. [Same thing as recovery.]
you can use this thread for l7 flashing with kdz http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2486512
Are you alreadly OK ?

Hey all! I've been fighting with similar errors for a couple days and I figured out what happened. I was stuck in fastboot mode the first time due to installing the d802 Cyanogen mod on my d800 AT&T phone on accident (wiki threw me off...) and the second time I attempted to flash a boot.img that was close but not quite right for my phone, causing the boot verify fail issue.
In the first case, my phone eventually went dead and I was able to enter download mode by holding volume up and plugging in the cable while it was still dead. In the second, I found that holding all buttons (volume up, down, and power) continuously eventually made it shut off completely. BUT you have to KEEP holding it, even after it reboots!! Once I got to that stage, the LG Flash software worked wonderfully. Once you get it reset, double and triple check you have the right rom file, then check a few more times just to make sure. Hope that helps!

I probably souldn't have done that...
Code:
ERROR : BOOT certification verify
[830]-----------------------------------
[880]
[930]Secure booting Error!
[1030]
[1080]----------------------------------
That's the error message I get when I boot, this is after I hold the power down button for about 10sec. Then it goes back to black.
The solution seems to be here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582142 . Problem is that I used a kdz file to install my ROM and it doesn't have any img files.
When I connect my phone to my pc, a whole lot of local disks pop-up, of which I can acces only 1. This one has a lot of adsp.b00, adsp.b01, adsp.b02, etc files in it together with some other bXX (where XX is 01 to 26) files.
i haD usbhq_bulK and many drives all i had to do was flash tot.with flash tools if your doesnt go into download mode.. use srk toold to nuke download mode if it fails then open phone and short circuit the motherboard..

I have the same problem, no download mode on my G2 (European version, stock kitkat without root, bought it a week ago).
Just to be safe, the way I tried to launch it into download mode was:
1. Powering off the device.
2. Holding the volume up button.
3. Plugging in the USB cable (while still holding the volume up button)
The LG logo shows up for a while, after which the charging animation shows ups...

Your phone must be turned off
So, press power button and select “power off”.
Then, press the volume up button on your LG G2.
While you are holding the volume up button, plug in your phone’s USB cable.
Keep pressing the Volume up button until the download mode is being displayed.
that is the known method for G2 unless you flashed a custom boot-loader or changed the keys to enter download mode or recovery etc .... now try to enter a hard reset mode but don't apply it or all your data will be gone i say again don't approve it it is power+Vol down
if it works i think the keys combination are still in default then try to enter download mode again
if it didn't work return the mobile to be fixed or changed
Thanks for your reply!
The method you described is the same as the one I used, unfortunately it doesn't seem to work. I can't seem to get it to boot into recovery either...
I believe this reddit post describes my problem:
https://www.reddit.com/r/lgg2/comments/2n4gqa/unrooted_lg_g2_on_stock_android_442_kitkat_will/
The OP's conclusion is:
So I rooted and installed AutoRec and that got me Download Mode. Afterwards I used LG Flash Tool to flash the stock KDZ file onto my device to unroot it and to see if Download Mode is still enabled which it was not.
I believe this is LG's way of preventing users from upgrading to unofficial/unreleased firmware.

I managed to fix the issue by performing an emergency recovery using LG software. It must have been caused by one of the OTA updates.

No download mode and factory reset mode after OTA

Hello, i flashed by LG Flash tool lg firmware JB and by OTA updated to newest 20h for mine D802.
I have stock rom, no root no mods, i wanted to check to my status in download mode if "ROOTED" or "UNROOTED" by when i turn off phone and vol + and plug usb does not make anything, just after while it show battery is charging, then i tried to turn factory reset mode.. and it's same, vol - + power and repress power - no reason, vol - + power then release buttons and vol - + vol + - no reason. My ROM is working, but service modes does not work, how to recover or turn it on?
Help. No download mode after OTA.

Bootloop LG Logo and only downloadmodus

Hi all,
I have a problem and hope you can help me.
I was on Cloudyfa 3.2 and want to go back to stock.
Tried to flash the kdz with the LG tool but it says the phone is rooted and stopped at 2%
I found a tip on XDA to do a reset (advancd wipe, not internal storage) and then turn phone off and boot to downloadmodus.
After that the phone still says rooted with red letter. Flashing kdz still not possible.
Now comes to problem.....i can't enter recovery again.
I tried volume + and power. volume + and power, volume +- and power.
In all those combinations with phone off, push volume buttons, then power. If I see the lg logo, release the buttons and push the volume buttons again.
Tried those combinations several times but unfortunately no recovery.
I can go to downloadmodus but then..........LG flash tool doesn't worok.
Can somebody help me???
Update:
Tried two laptops (windows 7 & 8). Drivers installed correct.
kdz flash stuck at 2%
