i have one problem in YU YUREKA(5.0.2) , when i tap data connection button from notification drawer it opens data usage in settings. When I
reboot the phone problem get solved ..but i have to do it many time ... i want permanent solution...please help....

I'm having problem with the TouchFlo 3D Weather tab in stock rom:
after a day or two of use, the weather won't update anymore,I usually update manually everyday
it just keeps saying "Updating..." forever and doesn't connect to internet (it doesn't turn on the data connection ) and I "turn on" data connection manually and same it just keeps showing "updating"
and the ONLY solution I've found is to perform a soft reset.
After soft reset, there is no problem for updating but after one or two days this happened again and need soft resetting which is really frustrating to soft reset day after day.
I'm using edge/gprs connection and all other internet applications (youtube,opera etc.. are working fine all times.
hope there is a fix for this weather bug ..thanks

Do you have more than one location set? I often find My Location takes ages, or fails to update - meanwhile two other locations I've selected update immediately.
With My Location, it does just seem to take a while - if I hit Update Now it will usually update eventually. The other locations update without any problem.

When i click on "update now" on weather tab ,it doesn't turn on the data connection and keep showing updating forever and I "turn on" data connection manually and same it just keeps showing "updating"
All other internet applications are working ok
If I soft reset my device, weather update for 1-2 days then the same problem come back
any fix please
Hello, I have problem with mobile data on stock rom. For example when I turn off wifi and turn on mobile data, only thing which changes is shortcut icon. But in status bar there is no sign of data turned on and of course I can ´t use internet.
Only sollution is to restart phone, but this occur every day and it is annoying.
I have frozen some apps and greenified them, but nothing really sensual.
No idea?
Hey guys I'm running Stock Rom with the latest Updates and i cannot turn of the wake on Touch feature I've turned it of in settings but it still works even in my pocket. Is there anything i can Do except a complete reset?

There are multiple settings that have similar behaviour. So you need to disable all of them to do what you want. They are fairly obvious settings, you just need to take a minute or two to flip through the settings menu pages.
Another thing to try if you have any anomalous or unexpected behaviour is to wipe the system cache from recovery mode. This has no significant downside other than one longer than normal boot and will resolve a lot of one time glitches.
In the alternative, you could do a factory data reset but as you surmise that is a more drastic step and will delete user settings and files.

I have a galaxy note 3 from Verizon working on claro dominicana in the dominican republic.
Im just giving you some background. It works perfectly even 4G lte, im not root user and a few days ago i install lollipop update and i love it but something weird is happening. I cant disable the data. Im on wifi at home and when i go out sometimes i want to leave the data off so the battery last longer and extend my data plan cuz im just have 1gb. And i try to use my data plan just when i need it but since im on lollipop even when i turn my data off i still getting massages from what'sapp and everything still working li a dont turn it off.
I try to hard reset my phone to see if i get fix but no.
Any opinion pliz

When you turn it off are you using the status bar toggle or system settings?
I used the notification bar toggle but i check in settings and its disabeled but still consuming my mobile data plan. I also try to disable it directly on settings but no change are made

Hm strange I would try factory reset
I fix it!!!! I enter un safe mode and everything was working fine and i realized that sometging were wrong with an app and it was DU speed booster with the engine + mode active in accessibility. I turn it off and everything it's fine now.

Has anyone else solved this problem of not being able to turn off mobile data? I have turned off mobile data in settings, wiped the cache partition, turned off background data on every app, turned off the automatic smart switch, tried it in safe mode and mobile data is still on. 4G symbol is greyed out in notification bar, but data is still on. Only thing that turns it off is airplane mode, which is not good as I cannot receive calls. I have read that someone with the same ptoblem did a factory reset and it was not the solution. I used to have the same problem until I installed another ROM in my phone, in this case, PHRONESIS.
I never found how to solve it.
I am facing a problem with my device ... it starts rebooting automatically several times a day...plzz tell me how to solve this issue ..
I faced the similar solution. A temporary solution is to clear cache in recovery mode.
You should wait for their next update . It is a software problem I think. They will send a update to cure this problem.
Hey I have got a solution for this . Go to your device settings and then Privacy. Then go to privacy guard. There are three dots on upper right corner. CLICK ON THAT AND SELECT SHOW BUILT IN APPS. Now search for Google play services and hold on Google play services. Scroll downside and search for auto start and keep awake. Turn them off. But keep sure that (keep awake ) is enabled.
