just dont understand why it took so long for new build update as m9 is got that for long. HTC is very slow nowadays about updating the device.

Hi all,
i think there is a high change of not getting root after offical 5.0 update. My phone is not rooted or flashed but i want as soon as any good rom come.
Should i wait till with the update (when it´s out) till there is a good 5.0 rom?

in my opinion no you should not wait or take OTA's we will have custom 5+ roms why risk being completely stuck on stock .... plus we will most likely have 5.0 before LG release it (im assuming on this from my experience with other devices and the way the community works compared to companies)
Thank you for the information.

Hi guys.
A few days ago I made the update to version MMB29V, but I now constantly receive a new march update available warning (which It can't be done because I'm rooted and bootloader unlocked).
Followed Heinsenberg tutorial. I've done the previous update the same way and all went well.
That's because there's a newer build after MMB28V the 6.0.1 (MHC19I) build.
Really? Why did they came out almost at the same time?
The latest is actually angler-mhc19i-factory-fb2128bf which came out a few days after the march update. It makes the phone's performance much better, so you want it.
agreed. you definitely wanna update to the newest version. much better

They didn't come out at the same time, the MHC19I update came out a day or two later. MMB29V is just a security patch update, MHC19I contains much more.
Thanks guys!
Did the update yesterday night. :good:
I got my new x style but the weired thing is after installing 2 or 3 updates , it's still on android 6.0 but it has may 2016 security patch,
Isn't it supposed to be on 6.0.1 as may 2016 patch was released after 6.0.1??? Anyway to get 6.0.1 without rooting...???
Here's a screenshot
Plug your phone in.
No, 6.0.1 will likely never come to the handset as an official release. There is speculation they aren't wasting their time on 6.0.1 and working on a 7 release for your phone, but that is rumor and hearsay.
