Replica phone CPU Fake Speed - Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Does any body knows what kind of custom ROM used on Chinese fake Samsung Note 4
I had a high copy "replica" of Samsung NOTE 4
here is the link
Here are the specs (All are faked)
CPU: Actual Dual core 1.2GHZ MT6572 >> Showing in CPU-Z as 3GHZ Octacore
RAM: Actual 1GB >> Showing in CPU-Z as 3GB RAM
ROM: Actual 8GB >> Showing as 64GB
CAM: real 8MP (shooting at max 720p video / 3264 x 2448 pixels photo >> Showing as 16MP in most Cam apps even google cam, cam 360, retro cam
Front CAM: 2.1 MP camera ............ showing as it is
sensors: faking heart rate monitor, actual using heart rate apps using cam flash
the body is metal with hardened plastic, battery has the same Diameters as original
all of this and they cam with the same TouchWiz UI as real NOTE 4 with support to S-pen
even in about phone it says real info about Samsung even real IMEI !!
they even had a hacked Antutu version which shows a score of more than 41000, F!!K
how they can do such a thing, I 'm actually amazed, because some one can get really deep in this **** and people deceive him and steal his money
I bought the fake NOTE 4 with 120 US $ worthy
while the real one equals roughly 655 US $ worth
the only program to spot real component is Passmark and 3D mark
Can any one upload these Custom roms for devices like LG p715 or other Geniune devices
to give them the feel and look of NOTE 4

I guess you get what you pay for..Good luck finding a custom recovery or ROM for that. And remember, if you brick it, its a $120 paperweight

Hi i have found galaxy S3! here are the details:
CPU: Exynos 4212 1.4Ghz (my note has Exynos 4210)
Memory: 1GB RAM
Screen Size: 4.7inches
Resolution: 1280x720
Camera: front camera 2MP and Rear camera 12MP
System: Android OS 4.0
Name: (of course) Galaxy S III
here are the details of the mobile with the pics as i saw them on the antutu benchmark results while i was checking my Note's results.
how is it slower than the S2..
Lol you mean to say once we get official ICS on Note our phablet will be on top of the table with S3

So why the hell did he post the first pic if he doesn't have the s3? Just confuses everyone and noone gives a crap about his score.

Maybe want to show how he get that score
But still no individual score on antutu for s3.
Hope the note2 will dominate and use new 5xxx exynos with new mali gpu..
Saw new game with tegra3 and totally a whole lot new improvement..
Something very wrong...It shows Exynos 4212 and not 4412. 4212 is a dual core SoC, not quad-core.

This is OFFICIAL "Exynos" web site !
So if you will go to the products you will see:
Exynos 3 single 1Gz (Galaxy S, Nexus S.)
Exynos 4 dual 45nm 1.2-1.4Ghz (Meizu MX, SGSII , G-Note)
Exynos 4 dual 32nm 1.5Ghz (???)
Exynos 5 dual 2Ghz (???)
So I will get mad if SGSIII will be dual-core A15

run antutu, go into the bar charts. the galaxy s3 shows up there.
looks like samsung let the cat out of the bag.
edit: on mine it doesnt say 4212. it says 4x12, i'll upload the pics.
That's a major disappointment if those pics are true. The supposed ones from the ad agency were beautiful but this feels cheap.
Sent from my superior GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
okie, i've attached the pics i see with my phone.
exynos 4x12 processor. screen res 1280x720. im assuming the camera thing is bugged, but it should be 2mp and 12mp.
edit: theres a pic of the s3 on there. dunno if its real or not, but its there. for some reason, it only shows the s3 in the list chart, and not in the bar chart. this means that we cant see whether or not the performance improvement over the asus transformer prime is because of the CPU optimisations or GPU.
edit 2: although this is not the exact way of determining the score, i've done a rough estimate of what the s3 scores based on the list view.
for my galaxy note, i score 6522 points in antutu, which roughly lines up with the galaxy note standard in the antutu bench. so if i count the amount of pixels in my bar using mspaint (line up the end of the bar with the edge of the work area and point my mouse at the end of the bar while zoomed in), i get 216 pixels.
so 6522 points / 216 pixels = 30.19444444 points per pixel.
now if you measure the length of the the galaxy s3 bar, its 402 pixels.
30.1944444 points per pixel = 12138.166666 points as the rough score for the galaxy s3 (give or take 30 points per pixel). thats pure awesome!

What will realistic Project Ara phone be and what price will you pay?

Hello,
With this being talked about now, what will your realistic Project Ara phone have?
Mine is pretty simple:
Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 2.3GHz
Adreno 330 450MHz
2 GB RAM
3.8 V 2300 mAh, 8 Wh, Qi wireless charging
Slide out QWERTY physical keyboard
4.96 in (126 mm) diagonal IPS LCD with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 (1080×1920 px (444 ppi))
8 MP with OIS, f/2.4 aperture and Xenon flash.
1.3 MP Front Camera
3.5 mm TRRS
GPS
Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac
Bluetooth 4.0
NFC
Infrared port
Every damn radio band so I can use GSM/3G/4G all over the world
Now that I look at it, this phone sounds pretty familiar.........
My price range would be $400 - $500
What about you?
Also, lets keep it realistic, real (no transformer from phone to PC or fantasy crap) and considering phone/budget of each person. Basically what Project Ara is really about and can offer.
Im editing the title again: Please keep it realistic Who knows what people are reading this thread. If we post things like 8K resolution screen phones for 200 bucks, we cannot keep this realist.c
I'd be willing to pay up to $600 for a device with 8GB of internal storage with an external storage option, a 21Mp camera with OIS and various low light optimizations, It needs to be at least dual core running at no less than 1.8 Ghz, it needs 2Gb of RAM, an adreno 330 GPU, a 4.7in screen with a resolution that's above 720p, wireless charging, ALL the radios!, wifi 80211ac, a front camera that has 720p recording and is at least 1.3mp, extremely tunable audio quality, and a slightly curved screen.

Just asking for a good DAC and a curved screen will shoot it up more than $600
I based off mine a existing phone and depending on that raised the price compared to it...
For me:
Top-line specs (cpu ram etc...)
But the extra stuff i would buy into it is a good DAC (digital analog converter). I like to hear quality music.
And a best of the bests camera with a big and fast sensor (maybe foveon x3), 3diagonal OIS, led+xenon AND full manual control in it's software. I want to control shutter speed, ISO, explosure, OIS on/off, timer, intervalometer, HDR, brust mode, pixel oversampling and RAW capturing.
I don't want to take photos like on DSLR, but these things are good to have in the creative process :--)

But I would take high specs with 3000 or 4000 mAh so it would last more than a day

Thats why you do and that is not normal usage (internet, music and games)
The phone I do (PHONE) does WAY more than any phone I (or most people) can ask for.
Really i want there to be clean choices.
saying you want a snapdragon 800 in it or a 21 megapixel camera wont help you if that phone comes out in a year or so.
An option to get it pre-assembled.
A rating system for blocks, if you replace a block, ask you to rate/comment on it after a week or so.
More then one company making them.
Multiprocessor support. Get your Snapdragon and your Exynos. More power. Maybe limit that to just more then one copy of the same chip though, i do not see how it would work otherwise.
A separate block that contains the headphone jack, usb, ... so that it can be replaced without replacing the more expensive components.
A small internal battery, so that you can exchange the battery block without rebooting.
Different body shapes. Tablet--Phablet--Phone--Phone with keyboard
An E ink screen option.
Price, depends on components.
An E ink phablet-phone is something else then a DUAL-Tegra with 3 extra battery blocks, 4k screen and no radios except wifi.
- separate DAC/amp (i imagine these will be built into the SoC so hopefully OEMs can make modules that override this)
- 4000mAh battery
- landscape QWERTY
- probably a screen no bigger than 4.7" given that an overly large screen would make using the keyboard untenable
- camera module with a decent sensor size & xenon flash
- multiple SD/microSD card support
- projector
i don't imagine you could have all of these modules on the phone at once though
I'd love to have a phone with a 4.3" 720p AMOLED screen and a Pureview Camera with a hardware shutter key.
CPU would be an Intel Atom paired with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. Also, dual-boot with Android and WP (or whatever OS I want to put on there)
Oh, and the price? $500, maybe? (modular, of course)
I should have added that please make the phone and price realistic; Some of you are saying technologies such as PureView cameras when that is a trademark by Nokia and Nokia would NEVER open source it (with reason and I agree with them)
Independent vendors such as nikon, canon, etc.. might produce modules and provide propietary bins.. nokia as motorola's competitor would probably not agreed. W/o seeing the mdk, I can only guess companies [and a few gifted individuals] would have the resources to develop, nano-cize and produce said modules.. or will motorola be taking a you design.. we produce line.. Future looks exciting either way.. I'd pay $600 for full phone [base + enough modules to make it standard] but in just [visually] glancing the [proposed] module spacing, we'd be lucky to get battery you suggested.. Doesn't seem room unless thickness added [or two module spaces used].. which is/are a bleh idea(s) imo.

Vivo Xplay 3S finally breaks the barrier as world's first 2K phone

Just when it looked as Samsung will be the first, or even Oppo who boasted they will do it first just yesterday, Vivo, at Beijing's Water Cube event center in China, has finally released the world's first mobile phone with 2560x1440 pixels resolution.
The Vivo Xplay 3S features a massive 6" 2560x1440pixels QHD(not the same as qHD) display with a PPI sum of 490 — though huge, but unfortunately not crashing through the 500 PPI barrier as expected(if it came with a 5.5-inch screen).
The phone is powered by's Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 8974AB SoC, 2.3GHz Krait 400 CPU, 3GB of RAM and Adreno 330 GPU. The power juice is supplied by a 3200mAh battery. The Xplay 3S sports a 13MP camera with f/1.8 aperture, and can record 1080p motion pictures.
Now, away from the basics, the Vivo Xplay 3S is the model of a 2014 flagship. A fingerprint sensor just below the flash and stereo speakers at the back makes you wanna wish Santa for one right away.
Is the 2K resolution a bad-ass feature or a gimmick?

Not quite sute if our eye will be able to catch the difference of such a display. Personally I can't tell the difference between a galaxy S3 and galaxy S4...
Check out this video by MKBHD. He has a very good point about this 2K displays.
http://youtu.be/E0_JrUNevdc
Note also
That Vivo is Made under OPPO's umbrella so technically speaking well you know the rest they are the first lol I want this phone so bad just for its advanced audio for wired music I cant find it anywhere I can trust to purchase it so ill wait some time it will be this the S5 or the find 7 another Oppo device! excited for either or mainly this one my last resource will be to ask a college friend who lives in china right now to go look for it for me lol
vivo xplay 3s seller
hey there,
here is the link for a trusted seller,he had problems shipping before but is now using TNT to ship and all is going smoothly, once you click on the vivo button you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and post questions to the seller,he will also put google on it for you before shipping
and i must say it is an awesome device...the antutu benchmark blows everything else out of the water, the only two cons are you cannot replace the battery and no ex sd other than that it just rocks...oh and you have to learn the os because there is no manual for it:good:

Your Nexus 6 :)

Hi everyone
I wanted to find out what your personal Nexus 6 specifications would've been if you were in charge of deciding on final specifications. Keep in mind the costs of production and selling price to keep things grounded in reality. I've been thinking about this a while as I keep reading negative points on the Nexus 6, positive points on the Nexus 6 as well as information about upcoming and current phones in the market. I wanted to see just exactly what people want from a Nexus device in a nutshell.
I also thought this could be a bit of light hearted fun
My specifications:
Processor: quad core (or higher) 64bit processor
RAM: 4gigs
Screen: 1080P or QHD with very high brightness & vivid colours (e.g. Note 4, iPhone 6+)
Rear Camera: 16mp 1/2 sensor, dual flash
Front Camera: 4-5mp camera (flash optional - not sure if possible)
Screen Size: 5.5-6"
Body Thickness: 6-7mm
Memory: 32gb, 64gb and 140gb options
Microphones: 4
Speakers: Stereo dual front facing
Battery: 3,600mh+
NFC: Yes
Qi Charging: Yes
Waterproof: Yes (same or higher than Galaxy S5; the current Nexus 6 waterproof is expected to be more 'water-resistant')
Finger Print Scanner: Yes
IR Blaster: Yes
I believe my specifications are completely doable by today's technology and they would easily be able to sell this device at the same price or even $50 more while still maintaining a profit. Even if it is not currently doable today, I believe this phone is totally viable by March 2015 when more 64bit quad core chipsets are released.
I don't think I'm asking for much as basically all my specifications exist today and are included in many phones (at least more than half).

the problem is if such a phone exist then it will be the perfect phone...and there is no need to upgrade even after 5 years....and it has all the best things of all the phones and this isnt possible....
sorry didnt read OP correctly
Nexus 6 plus sd card slot, removable battery, and ir port. Oh and a weight of less than 150 grams. Otherwise for right now I think the nexus 6 is perfect for what I want. Next year then everything would change.
Hopefully by next year project ara is out and we can build our perfect phone. I'm so looking forward to that day!
The Qualcomm 810 64 bit big.Little kits should be out first half of 2015 from what I've read. I am fine with the N6 as it is today in 64gb format. SD card slot would have been nice but 64gb local storage is plenty for me. If they mess around and delay a VZW release long enough I'll wait to see the 810 64bit handset announcements.... I'm up for edging up Dec 10th. Just have to wait for the actual review of a VZW N6 to go up, see if it's all I expect it to be, and if it's truly bootloader unlock able. If so I'll bite. If not I'll wait.
Exactly like they made it

Even if it is not currently doable today, I believe this phone is totally viable by March 2015 when more 64bit quad core chipsets are released.
I don't think I'm asking for much as basically all my specifications exist today and are included in many phones (at least more than half).

Sounds like an awesome phone and I know we're just talking dream phones here, but I don't think a 3,600mah battery in a waterproof 6-7mm body with a 5.5" screen is at all doable at this point. The Note 4 and Nexus 6 are larger phones and were only able to manage 3,220mah batteries.
Would be nice though!
For me, the N6 would have to bring a Nvidia GTX Titan. And the state of the art i7 from intel.
Useless thread and unrealistc too. Its also funny because the only thing that you dont know if its possible or not (front facing camera with flash aka HTC Disere Eye) already exists! But a Phone with 4GB ram, body thickness 6-7mm, 3600mAh battery, its very possible at this moment...
Current N6 specs, but in my hand right now.
I'd have added a 64 bit processor and removable battery, everything else the same , the 64 bit processor wont be ready available until next year, and the removable battery is never going to happen in the nexus line so that's that
Body: space titanium
Screen protector: sapphire glass
Processor: last Intel i7
RAM: 16GB
Screen: AMOLED display (~2000ppi/dpi) with absolutely no gaps around the screen
Rear Camera: 1000mp, led and xenon flash
Front Camera: 10mp camera
Screen Size: 6"
Body Thickness: 10mm
Memory: minimum 1 TB
Microphones: 4
Speakers: Stereo dual front facing
Battery: Atomic / nuclear
Qi Charging: Yes
Waterproof: Yes (minimum ip68)
Finger Print Scanner: Yes
IR Blaster: Yes
FM radio: yes
Walkie talkie: yes
Network: GSM, CDMA, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, standard USB 3.0, satellite voice/data connection
I would like this in the Nexus 7 since it is too late to change the Nexus 6.
1. Duo sim cards. I need to have 2 phone numbers. One for business and one for personal.
2. Expandable microSD card.
3. Removable battery
4. Larger battery
5. Snapdragon 810
6. 4 RAM
7. Better camera
Everything else can be the same as the Nexus 6.
I think these are doable for the next version.

I hate when people just put the best of everything in these threads, of course that would be the perfect phone but be freaking realistic(and also original) it will cost 1000+ euro.
Personally for me a nexus 6 with smaller display (and a smaller battery accordingly, you can't have both) at around 5 inch, instead of a 2k display a 1080p well calibrated one and a Samsung isocell sensor, snapdragon 805, 3gb, front facing speakers(so what the nexus 6 already has)
So a mix between a moto x and the nexus 6.

sure in the year 2020 lolz
nexus 6 current specs + plus these addons would have been great: usb3.0 microHDMI, removable battery, microSDslot
prolly the top 4 addons to any NEXUS phones but will NEVER happen
5.5 inch display may be better... But with very small bezels including top and bottom.
3900 Mah battery.
I'm still very eager to see what the unlocked non Verizon version of the droid turbo looks like. That one's even easier to get to perfect (for 2014)...add band 12 LTE and an unlocked boot loader.

I didn't see the thread as useless. I explained above - all I saw were debates; negative, positive and random comments on what people thought the Nexus 6 should have been like so I thought it would be nice to actually see a more clear picture of what people would've liked in this phone, or its replacement.
I'm sorry for not knowing if the front facing camera is possible or not...thanks for your input.

I dont think my specs are a perfect phone at all; if these specs came out now, someone would better them next time and therefore THAT would be the 'perfect phone'. Come this time next year I'm sure the specs I listed would definitely not be called unrealistic since 4gig phones are expected early next year with 64bit processors, QHD big screens (5.5"+), IR, OIS, 1/2.5 camera etc, expandable memory, big batteries etc.
64 bit processor, 4 gig ram and high quality vivd 6" IPS screen. Those are all I'd add to a already great phone.

New Yotaphone 3 specs released via GFXBench

GFXBench have released a fair amount of new information relating to the unreleased Yotaphone 3.
This information can be seen here, and (amongst other info) includes the following:
OS: Android 7.1.1
CPU: Octa Core 2.0GHz
GPU: Qualcomm Adreno™ 506
Memory: 3.4 GB
Storage: 51 GB
Back camera picture: 11 MP (4000 x 3000)
Back camera video: UHD (4K) (3840 x 2160)
Front camera picture: 12 MP (4160 x 3120)
Front camera video: 4096 x 2160
NFC: No
Simcards: 1
I'm quite happy with these specs, especially the 4K video recording. However, the lack of NFC is a little unfortunate.
What are your thoughts?
I just hope there will be some community support. I'm not buying any new phones that have no devs for ROMs, kernels...
again no dual-sim!!!
SDcard man! Why the hell you don't put a f*****g sdcard hole??? If not, at least I need an internal 128GB... oh of course, I only have to pay 100$ more for that extra of 64GB....
Any info of the batery??
There isn't info regarding fingerprint sensor, but it have a pedometer :-|
This specs could be wrong or from a test build... There is a spec sheet for the Yota3:
"According to a spec sheet provided to Engadget, the Yota3 packs a much bigger 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display on the front and a 5.2-inch 720p E Ink touchscreen on the back, both of which are the least you'd expect after such a long wait. Likewise, you'll find a fingerprint sensor on the front side. It'll also come with Android Nougat, 4GB of RAM, dual SIM slots (one of which also serves as a microSD slot), a 12-megapixel main camera with dual flash, a 13-megapixel front camera, a 3,200mAh battery and a USB-C port which also does audio output."
@michael.santos , from where did you get that info? And also important: does this information also discredit the estimated prices were said here?

...it will be a tough sell with that aging chipset plus an apparent lack of new innovation.
LOL, the only phone on the market that's any different from all of the rest of the phones, won't sell because it lacks innovation.
Seems innovation today is more MHz and different radius on the edge
How about some RGB LEDs, upside down screen, I'm rich app and e-celeb logos? Now, that's what I call innovative!
No NFC?
The specs look great - slightly larger display, slightly larger epaper display, more RAM etc.
But no NFC would be an issue for me, and the CPU does not look like the fastest either.
