maize digital clock widget?

has anybody installed the maize digital clock on their evo successfully?
the clock is no longer listed in the market and ive seen it on a few evos via screen shots.
i know this was a free app on the market, does anybody have an apk for this? or another way to get it?

so it now seems that someone else did a search for it and was able to get it to come up in the market place....but for some reason it will not show up for me when i do a seach.
any ideas??

Downloaded and ran fine for me

still can't find it. WTF?

Found and downloaded it last night. The date flickers at each minute change and the option to have it direct you to the alarm clock or another app doesn't work. Otherwise, it's great!

A search for Maize and it should come up... It does for me.

Comes up fine for me as well on Appbrain. I apparently cannot be trusted to post links so...

Apps using google weather still having problems...?

Hey guys,
I waited a few days to post this to see if the problem would resolve and it has not. I searched here before posting and did not see it, so not trying to post a known problem
I use fancy widget (htc sense like clock and weather) and Beautiful Widgets. The weather has been stuck and is not working on either for a few days now. On the market under the comments for Beautiful widgets there are a ton of people complaining about the weather not working and some comments are saying it is due to google weather and not the app itself. I tend to believe that because fancy widget weather is not working either, while Weatherbug does not use google weather (i think) and its working fine.
I know many people use Beautiful Widgets here, so Im just wondering if Everyone is having the same problem and is it due to Google, not the app, as some have suggested?
If so, do we just wait? If not, is there anything I can do to fix it on my end?

I had the smae problem with Beautiful Widgets so I emailed the developer. Amazingly I got a response by the next day (tuesday) saying just what you said. He also said that he was working on a fix by using a different weather service and that it should only be a couple of days. Mine was stuck on 80 degrees but now its 79. Take that global warming...

News And weather widget problem

Is Anyone having a problem with the news and weather widget where the weather graph forecast is not showing the forecast, it only shows upto the time I update to.

Yes, mine's been like it for a while.

Same here. Where are you guys from? It might indicate some failure to communicate between a local data provider and Google. I live in France.
EDIT: Nevermind, just noticed your locations were indicated. Might be that whoever carried the data for Europe stopped...

same here, although i think the graph is correct (next 24 hours), but the scrollable bar shows wrong time and doesn't update the numbers for each hour.
i think it's like this since DST ended last week.

I'm having the same issue.
More specifically, when I drag my finger across the graph the temperature stays the same.

I am having this exact same problem on CM-6.1RC1. Has anyone reported it on the CyanogenMod forums?

I don't think that has any effect on the forecast plotter...

There are currently a few bugs filed in the google system on this issue with no official update that I can see.

The above link is an instance which also includes some links to duplicates. Not sure if additional comments would have any effect on how fast the issue gets fixed. For now I have just favorited those issues and get updates on occasion.

EDIT: Oh, and if you change location to Singapore (either irl or in settings [+1 for irl]) it works. So it's on googles end.

What's the new app in market for fixing gps lock?

There was a thread posted about a week ago with a new app that claimed to fix gps lock (not gps status). It was saying to download it, install and and run it, then you could uninstall it.
I can't find the thread. It was a thread on found reading RSS.
Anybody know what the new app was? Or where the thread may be at?

EDIT - Eh...can't locate the thread any longer...and I did search everything in XDA and Google. But the app at the Market is GPS Status. By the way, go into Tools menu and download the GPS assist.

That's it. Thanks a lot.

The app only lets you change the time server used with ensure the phones time is correct.
Minimal benefit as the current time server is fine and operates correctly and the time is returned in a standardized format. Same as a local time server.
The GPS status tool force downloads the GPS-A data. Try a reset first then a download. Makes a big difference.

Note 4 fauled to update location

I am always getting a pop up that says failed to update my location no signal Wether I have GPS on or not anybody seen this and what did you do to fix it

Do you have any weather app installed?

Weather bug and another I can't think of

I had 3 weather apps installed lol deleted all 3 popup has not came back gonna look for a new one any recommendations
