this site sells OEM parts for T-Mobile G2/Desire Z(maybe) i bought OEM Battery Cover because i scratched the sh*t outta mine
Since this stuff is OEM the parts are expensive

Why are they not trusted? I have used them many time, the only drawback to this site is that you have to typically buy in multiple quantities.
I own a small cell phone (mostly IPhone) repair shop, outside of this company typically not being the cheapest and the issue with buying in bulk, they are ok.

thanks for the post and the quality of the parts, are they good?

Those prices are pretty cheap for individuals. As a ex tech dept manager for a cell company, I can tell you that bulk is only way to get stuff cheap in the cell world (and any other product). I remember this site and they do good work. I might get an extra backhousing myself. Thanks for the reminder!

I hate to revive an old thread. So, I have been looking everywhere for the part that has the LED flash on it but I can't find it anywhere. I looked at the link above, htcrepairparts, and even ebay but can't find it anywhere.

Replacement batteries where are they?

You can find some from Aliexpress. Bit risky of course what you get from sellers without any feedback.

Newpower99 responded and said there supplier ceased production. Sounds like no more support
Wanted together one but from decently known company. Maybe go for nexus 9 instead.

Battery replacement
You can also get your battery replaced by Samsung. I gave up trying to find one to install myself. My Nexus 10 was out of warranty and could not hold a charge at all. Sent it in, they turned it around and was back to me in 4 days, replaced not only the battery but the ports as well. $107.00 but cheaper than buying a new tablet. Working like new now. You'll have to wade through their customer service menus to find the right person to help you but they are there.

Change to note 5?

Hi, so far my experience with the s6 edge plus is not so good. It overheats and sometimes is laggy. My friend who also bought the same model g928c from the same shop in UAE said his s6 edge plus broke because it overheated too much. I like the look and design though. If I sell my current s6 edge plus should I change to note 5 like my friend did? Or should I buy another working s6 edge plus? I can't return my current one because I live in the UK.

Never had any overheating or lag related to stock ROM so couldn't help you. I've heard the note tends to have more software lag due to specialized SPen programs and that the Edge+ is smoother. That's just hearsay though.

No heating here even after heavy gaming and never faced lag issues

On my G298F no lag and no overheats. @hayat55 hard reset your terminal and update it to the latest firmware via OTA, if not enough bring it to a customer service and keep your GS6+.

Samsung WON'T honor the warranty because it is only valid in ASIA. I LIVE IN THE UK

Not had 1 problem with heating and had no lag since I got phone on release. Best Samsung yet just a shame it looks like we not going to get much developing action. I lime flashing new roms and with this phone it ain't gonna happen anytime soon

One classic reason when I make such an expensive purchase is to ensure I have customer protection.
If you think about this no UK shop or outlet will willingly touch your phone as you have not made the purchase through them, however, .........unless Samsung has changed its policy you will find your phone has an international warranty. THE problem for you will be finding a Samsung outlet that will deal with your mobile. The problems are compounded as nearly all outlets use one technical shop to repair all their mobiles, don't think for one second when any Mobile goes wrong it is returned to the importer its not. iPhone maybe the one exception?
May I suggest you contact Samsung UK directly and request assistance. They may either request you send them your phone or give you the name of an outlet where your phone can be examined for problems.
I live in Southern Europe and very often the mobiles here are vastly more expensive than they are in Amazon.de, for example. On times I will take a chance as Amazon have a cast iron reputable returns policy. Other times if the financial difference is small I suck it up and purchase here. I bought my Edge+ here to avoid return problems.
One thing you will always need is your dated receipt and on said receipt it must have the serial number or IMEI of the mobile. I doubt you will find much joy with dealing with outlets etc as they have not made a profit on the sale.
Samsung UK may even be 'grumpy' about it BUT I am confident if you get to a person who knows the law and is a decent enough member of staff they will help you. Hey, I purchase such items here sometimes have a problem and call the UK office and they have, to date, always answered my questions. Do NOT let the switchboard operator prevent you from speaking to the service or customer relations department.
I know for sure such international companies used to include in the box an international warranty, Sony certainly still do even listing world wide head offices for customers to contact. I cant recall if Samsung now include in the box such a warranty?

I often purchase four mobiles a year I have now the S6, S6 Edge+, iPhone 6, Sony Xperia Z2 and Ultra etc. Though I have found all those mentioned to be superb mobiles the Samsung's appear to have developed extremely fast in a very short space of time. Hell, this Edge+ is micro engineered like a Swiss watch. Gone are those awful days of plastic metals and plastic leather etc.
Oh. I guess you could pay DHL or UPS and have it returned to the shop of origin, Postal cost would be about £10 to £15.00? Only enclose a photo copy of your receipt.

I say get a squaretrade warranty and be done with it.

I have decided that i used my Note more than i thought, i thought that i didnt want the s-pen but it seems i miss it and used it more than i thought i did. I randomly find myself reaching for it and to no avail its not there lol. This is a grea fast phone with the best display on the market but im going back to a Note.

Protential ebay Buyer of Galaxy S7 Edge SM-G935U Beware (It's a SM-G935P)

I recently purchased 3 S7 edge G375U from ebay seller "cellitems" and my experience is far from acceptable.
Only 1 out of 3 looked new. 2 out of 3 were scratched up especially on the flash and sensor lens on the back. All 3 came with the box seals broken. When I contacted them they assured me they were new and only opened for unlocking. I was thinking what? These are factory unlocked to begin with!
I started looking more closely to these phones and it turned out all them are Sprint version G375P with G375U ROM installed. Although it works fine but I surely don't like being lied to.

For the principal, I'd go for a refund, or more assertive resolution that failing... and look elsewhere

Asking for a refund on 2. Keeping one for personal reason. I think ebay should have a better system in place to punish these sellers. It's said that most customer didn't know they got tricked. 1 star feedback will be given. I wish ebay can notify other buyers of this scam.

That's not true. Im buying 3 phones in the past and not one was a fake.
I think the buyer should be more careful and reading the ratings for example. Not reading the positive ratings.. Read the negativ ratings. I didnt say its his fault... I dont like it too and hate them sellers.

Did you Pay via Paypal? So u can Open an issue on Paypal. Until its not solved the seller didnt get his money

Ratings and feedback mean nothing, I bought a PS3 controller from a guy with thousands of 100% positive feedback, controller was a fake
Bought iPad charger from someone with very high 100% positive feedback, also fake
You want to know how they keep their 100% positive feedback? The same way they tried to get me to reverse my negative rating by refunding me under the agreement that I could keep the item as long as I changed my feedback from negative to positive (I did not change my feedback)

Yep, you can find hidden honest gems shops, but like I say, you have to sift through the 90% of fakes to find that 10% pot of gold
I'd rather pay the extra to buy from a real online shop than use eBay these days

For my personal use, I ended up buying it from Bestbuy. Even Items directly from China operated store was good. Got one of those Lenovo's fastest tablet for cheap!
Recent experience of buying new phone on eBay (all local USA sellers) is horrible. Aside from S7 edge, I bought a LG G5 in the summer and ended up returning them all, 5 times total. Again, the phone was installed with unofficial ROMs.
I would like to add, buying from individual ebay sellers (not one with a store) is mostly safe.

I would like to add never buy parts from FixEZ on ebay as they claim oem quality And most def is not...
I bought a lcd and frame assembly from them and its made of reg glass not gorilla and there cust service rep cussed me out when I sent the screen shots of the website as he told me they never claimed oem.
Which they most def did...
The screen cracked in my pocket when i sat down just from the pressure in a front pocket of fairly baggy pants might i add

There is one advantage to there being so many fakes on eBay, so long as the seller advertises them as genuine, and they are not, you can usually get a full refund along with them letting you keep the item if you complain they are breaking eBays Ts&Cs by false advertising
They'll usually try to get you to accept 50% refund & keep the item, but if you push them and tell them you want them to send you a pre-pay box to return the item for full refund & will contact eBay about their false advert, 90% of the time they refund in full and you get an automated message from eBay saying you do not need to do anything else nor return the item
And tbh, I feel no sorrow for them losing any money considering they know they're scamming so many people with fakes

Does factory sealed mean anything when buying on ebay ? Or is there a workaround for that too ? like fake seals or stickers

Everything is possible on eBay, easy enough to buy shrink-wrap and claim it is factory sealed
Stickers have often been faked
Firmware on the phone has been faked
Model number on the back of the actual phone has been faked
Model number on the box has been faked / wrong box used
Buy new if you want 100% guarantee it is what you are buying, or make sure you have a good and sure way of being refunded if you still go the eBay route

ok so I went the ebay route. I found an individual seller, not one of those cell phone stores. I got 2 of the 930FD for $460 each. Not a great price but not too bad I thought. They were factory sealed and brand new. Thankyou all for the tips and suggestions.

Guys, Is there any way to get bettery replaced for those who live in remote area, far away from service centre, with minimal expenses.

You order an fake battery from aliexpress, check youtube and replace it yourself.

I would like to ask if ANYONE IN EUROPE sent his OP5 to the official service center (is it now in Poland?) for a battery replacement and how much did he pay?
I asked OP support how much it would cost IN TOTAL
(they have only the price of the battery without tax, without labor, without shipping on their website)
and they denied to tell me the price.
They told me i need to ship the phone to the service center first; they need to diagnose it and then they can tell me the quote how much it would cost and i can decide if i want to replace it or not.
I find this ridiculous.
So as there is no way to buy just the battery (the real original one); i might end up buying the fake "original" from aliexpress and try not to break the screen while replacing it.
OP with this kind of support and every new model just more expensive ... probably never more...

I can vouch for LEHEHE batteries on Aliexpress, I've used their batteries in the past with my iPhones and never ran into any issues. The 3300mAh costs around 15$ with shipping to EU and 4000mAh extended battery costs around 20$. They also come with tools for replacing the batteries so if you feel like you'll be able to do it yourself, this is the cheapest way to replace your battery. From what I've seen from teardowns of our phones, it's not that hard to manually replace the battery. The battery part number for the OnePlus 5 is BLP637 IIRC.
