I come here because i don't found found what i need in french forums..
So i will explain really quick , so i want to use WifiKill in university because some guys
make internet sucks with the downloads, torrents etc.. and the network admin he don't make anything. I think this guy it's not always in the university. But i want to be careful.
So i want to know if it's possible to use the app anonymously in the network like hide my phone mac address something like that, and i have already try to use the app mac spoofer but when i launch WifiKill scan the app open a window who says "get_gw_info() failed" and the WifiKill network scan don't work.
And all computers are connected to a Apple airport express.
So if someone can help me..

Closing this thread. Using such an app on a public Wi-Fi network that isn't yours to begin with is probably not the wisest thing to do, and may even be illegal.

Got any ideas,when we run the Bluetooth hack tools,we can gran access to others ppc/handphone to steal message,photo,video & alot things,shutdown,restart,close phone signal,any 1 got those hack tools?
n i try some bluetooth hack tools,is not support by Ppc 6.1WM,it show error report.

Sorry, but I don't think anybody will help you in this forum even though people can give you what you want.
These tools are legal as long as you use them within legal limitations.
Asking for tools that can "steal" messages, etc... is clearly intended illegal activity and nobody will help you do that.

they have tons of app for hacking wifi and BT using linux so learn linux then hack

Hello members, i got my HTC HD2 yday and got to admit have been playing with my new gadget since then. I come from symbian platform and this is my first WinMo (hence some basic questions, so pls bear with me)
1. I have a WPA-2 wifi authentication in my home and have mac address based access. I couldnt find the mac address of my hd2. I see a mac add under bluetooth section but not for wifi. it has to be simple mayb am overlooking it somewher. as i said getting used to winmo.
2. have few more but will let my curious mind to search for the answers by playing with it more before asking questions.

MAC can be found in Start/Tools/Comm Manager/WiFi press Advanced button then advanced tab
Note that WiFi must be turned on, else it won't display the Mac-Adress, but I guess you know that already.

A friend of mine recently got a HTC Legend and told me a very intersting story. When installing a simple battery app, the installer asked him to gain permission to access his contact list, his gps coordinates and many other things. This made me currious in terms of: is there any way in WinMo enabling the same permission check before installing an application?

Nope, I don't think so.
You may enable the security policy that will ask you every time you run a new cab or file, but still it won't show you what "connections", "resources" or "devices" does the app use.
That is weak, very weak and disappointing... I wouldn't care at all if I hadn't got mobile internet just recently. This actually is a no-go. I gotta get rid of this windows crap this instant. But on the other hand, this just sounds typically windows to me...
There isn't any piece of software that can do such things like monitoring which service accesses what resources? I better have a closer look at the WinMo api, smells like money. I just need people to get as scared as I'm right now...

Try Spb Wireless monitor, also WMLongLife has some monitoring features.
I use Dialup Enabler/Disabler to disable my 3G connection when I don't need it so I do not pay at all.

Well the Android security system is little more enhanced here. but at the end of day it there's no mechanism to give you 100% security.
Sure you can refuse to install a wallpaper app that asks for your location permissions. but if you install some location aware app then there's no guarantee that it doesn't collect your private data and upload it on some websites....
Today I want to share everyone here. I have come to my conclusion that captive portal is good for some people out there who's trying to get business running by creating a wifi hotspot service to customer... But unfortunately... "I don't find a good way to do it"<<< that's inside your brain huh? Pretty Hopeless.

Yes, the website Motocast is down, but the site motoactv.com is OK (for the moment)
I have think this. Is impossibile now login in motoactv with the credential because the motoactv don't speak with the site motocast.
But if someone know the correct link of the motocast request by motoactv, and know the code of confirm by motocast, is possible create one local site in my computer and crete one rule of routing in my router for redairect to this fake site.
Then, someone know the correct link of the motocast and the code of confirm?

HI Everyone, I recently went through this and the best solution (which I think is even better than the moto stuff), is the TCX Exporter by SuperDave. Everytime you do a workout it creates a file on the motoactv that you can upload straight to your favorite workout tracking site. I personally use strava as my primary workout is biking. Here is the link to the exporter: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1842658
only caveat is that you have to hook it to your computer for the upload, but for me it is so much nicer to have it all on strava.
